We were on vacation in our RV in Kanab. We noticed we had a couple of balding tires on our motor home and went to see Shannon the owner of Best Tires. He helped us pick out some new tires and guided us to the best ones for our needs ( not the most expensive) ! He ordered them for us and they were there the next morning. He put them on while we waited and we were back on the road in no time! He is friendly and professional.

Not sure if the same guy owns this place , but couple years ago I was in need of his service to mount 4 trailer tires for me, after we had a couple blow outs on out fifth wheel, he hooked me up at a great price and got me moving again. So if that was you sorry it took so long for the review but thanks.

Helped our family out by staying a few minutes after to check our tire as we were passing through, and we had seen a piece of metal stuck when we stopped nearby. They were super friendly, helpful, and generous with their time. Thank you!!

I was planning on replacing tires the summer of our road trip, but decided I'd do it when we got home. Bad move. Had a flat several hours east in Mexican hat and managed to limp to Kenab with a can of sealant in the tire. The guys here not only patched the tire, but quoted me a great price on a new set (which I asked for as we were staying in Kenab). Took a couple of days to get shipped, but installation was quick and painless and was several hundred less than I was budgeting at home.Really happy I rolled in here first.

Went there for tire rotation on my road trip, he didn't screw lug nuts back on properly and my tired fell of my vehicle. 2 lug nuts broke off in Kayenta AZ where there was no dealer ships just one mechanic who didn't know what he is looking on, didn't have parts and wanted to screw you on money big time. Had to cut my trip short and drove home 1,500 miles with 2 broken lug nuts, praying my car won't break. Repair back home cost me $600. On top of $50 that I payed for tire rotation. So...yea thanks.

Our tire was loosing air and we made the lucky decision to pull up to this shop. They took care of it immediately and were SO nice about it. Thanks to them we could continue on our road trip immediately. Highly recommend.

These guys were awesome! I had a screw in my suburban tire & a brake line on my boat trailer completely dragging on the ground. Just walked-in with no appointment. They fixed the car tire flat in 5 min & had my trailer brakes fixed & I was back on the road in only an hour. Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews but this guy deserves it. I drive a Dodge Ram and had major issues and he took care of it no prob. I usually work on my own truck but this time I needed to take it to a real professional and that is exactly what I got pro service, fast, and the price was better then I expected. Other shops wanted to charge almost double. I'm pretty sure the mechanics name is Shannon. Bring it to him if you need help. He's really busy but made the time to work on my truck right then. Definitely a five star place. They were professional but also really friendly.

Stopped here while on a trip. Did not do a good job of balancing my tires. Had to get 2 of the 4 redone as soon as I got back home from the trip.

Pulled in to the grocery store across the street. TPMS for my trailer earned memof low pressure - picked up a nail. Took the tire over to Best tire and wheel. Immediately repaired. Thx :)Tire.holdimg pressure now. See pic.

I had this sudden squeeling come from the front end of my miata. As I pulled up Jeff heard it & told me to pull it into the bay & took all the tires off & inspected the problem. Must have been a rock because I left & the sound had gone away. Jeff was really nice & I'm thankful for him helping me out right away. I recommend going there.

Best Tire & Wheel in Kanab is truly a great, local tire shop. The owner Shannon is kind, knowledgeable, and quick! He truly went out of his way to help me out in my hour of need. He seems to be a very personable guy and clearly cares about the quality of his work. I highly recommend owner Shannon as well as Best Tire & Wheel to anyone in need of new tires for their vehicle.

I got a flat tire during my road trip in Utha and Shannon from Best Tire&Wheel in Kanab really helped me. He was very friendly, very patient with me ( I couldn't decide if I should fix one tire or get 4 brand new tires) and very professional. It is nice to know that there are car mechanics like this , people that want to help, not rip you off.I definitely recommend his services.

Highly recommend Best Tire & Wheel and the owner Shannon! On a road trip - I punctured a tire in my Porsche and called ahead just before closing time to see if they could stay late. They quickly worked on the vehicle, showed and explained the damage to the tire, and patched it up and got me back on the road. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and great to deal with!

Several scheduling issues, was supposed to order a part, wasn't there when I showed up, he said the shipper sent the wrong part, I highly doubt it. Strike 1. Was supposed to order another part so we could do both jobs together, I show up on the day of repairs, he had no recollection of having to have ordered the second part and wanted me to come back yet another time for that, I declined and went ahead with the repair on the 1 item only. Strike 2. I was supposed to pick the car up at 5. He called me at 4.30 impatient where are you, and I said well I'll be there at 5. I offered to pay but the card I gave him declined; I was going to search for my credit card when he said, it's OK I'll just hold on to card and run it tomorrow. Well as it turned out, I guess he said I'll hold on to your CAR. I ended up there before 5PM with credit card in hand, and the shop was closed, my friend had to drive me all the way back home, and I have no car overnight - which I told him several times was what I could NOT do because I live alone and I cannot be without a car overnight in case of emergencies. Apparently he doesn't listen to his clients at all, he's too busy complaining about the lack of pledge of allegiance and how the country is going to pot. Strike 3. Picked up the car and it just reeks of cigarette smoke and i got some weird xeroxed handwritten invoice. Will not use him again.

I was Not impressed with the owners' customer service and Attitude. I had a very negative experience. I would strongly recommend using Ramsey's Service. I brought a trailer in to have the bearings repacked . upon removal and inspection of the tires trailer needed new tires.. This place has no Inventory of tires on hand. if you are in a hurry Do NOT SHOP HERE. The tires are way over priced. the owner admitted to Charging more for out of state vehicles, Owner said, " I Look at the license plate and the further away they are from the more I charge " NOT REAL HONEST....But don't worry He claims gives the locals a discount ...NOT EVEN. (I am a local ) I confronted him about the price of tires after I had shopped around. I told him his prices were a lot higher than Most of the competitors. Unfortunately I had already paid..... He started in with an attitude saying ALL sales are Final and getting quite belligerent..... The tires finally came late the next morning. I needed to be on the road.Kanab Tire Best tire and Wheel did do a good job of repacking the bearings. As a local I Will not Use them again. However I Next time I will Use Ramsey's around the corner.

They charged $100 for an oil change on my vehicle for synthetic oil (high mileage). I should ve asked how much it would be in advance but I also think since their prices are so high that they should have mentioned it upfront. I ve never paid anything close to that much for a premium oil change in the 20 years that I ve owned the vehicle. I called to see if the price was correct and Shannon said that the reason for the high price is because Kanab is in a remote area, and the markup he has to add on the local NAPA parts store. Lesson learned

On a road trip across the US, our front left tire had been slowly loosing air since a couple days prior, and the car had started vibrating. When refiling the tire with air, we spotted a staple stuck in the tire, and happened to spot Best Tire and Wheel down the road from the gas station, so we decided to stop and have the tire looked at and see if it could be patched. Right after taking it off, however, the employee noticed that the tire was starting to separate, and concluded that the front right tire was separating as well due to the imbalance in air pressure over the past two days. He then quickly changed the front two tires, and got us back on the road in under 20 minutes! We had two more long days of desert driving ahead of us, so he saved us from a very bad situation. We're very grateful for how efficient and friendly he was, and would strongly recommend to anyone passing through with car troubles!

Front end was making a lot of noise and no one else in town would touch it because it was 3:45 pm on Saturday. I pulled into His shop as he was closing all the bay doors and he took a quick look and found it was a loose control arm which was an easy fix. He tightened and did a wheel alignment and was done in 30 minutes. He totally saved me two days otherwise I would have been waiting in town until Monday to get into somewhere.

Such fantastic service! The owner Shannon is a really great guy, he is super nice, friendly, and really helpful. He even helped us when we got stuck in some sand in a trail. This guy deserves a 5 star no doubt

Firstly, the man DID fix my leaking tire, with a plug. BUT, it took him about ONE MINUTE and he charged me $35. I made the mistake of letting him know I was from out of town in a rental... Great service, ripoff prices.

Unbeknownst to us, our 4 year old son unlatched the tailgate on our trailer while we were pulled over for a photo op. When we started to drive away, it swung open and bent the latch so it wouldn't align properly. We pulled into the hardware store next door to buy some tools and try to repair it ourselves. Shannon saw us messing with it and came over to offer assistance. He surveyed the damage and had us pull in front of his shop. After some inventive use of a crescent wrench and a hammer, a few squirts of black spray paint and we were as good as new! I gave him something for his time, though I honestly don't think he was expecting it. It's awesome to encounter nice people along the road willing to lend a helping hand. He even gave us some tips on where next to camp. If I were local, I wouldn't hesitate to go back for other needs!

They are the best ..I have been there like 4 times now and I am calling t make another appointment . They are fast and I have never ever had t bring anything back.i see someone put a bit pricey. I thought he was more then fare with me call other shops you will see he has best prices in town. his tire repair is best prices . he always try's to get you in if emergency . i think he is best we have.

Van broke down with bum CV Axel on the way to Zion. It was a serious problem and with vacation on the line, a serious opportunity for a "typical" mechanic to milk me for everything under the sun. But, Shannon, on the other hand, did the exact opposite. He focused on the bare minimum work necessary to get us back safely and completed work at a reasonable price! Very happy and wish honest mechanics like him the very best!
