Smitty's got me the best deal on replacing all four of the tires on my SUV. I called around to several different places and Smitty's was the best price in town. Not only were they were the best price, but they had the tires for my vehicle shipped to the store and ready to be mounted the next day. They only had my vehicle for a couple hours before I was able to go pick it back up. They're quick, the prices are great, they're efficient, I love everything about this place!

Absolutely incredible staff and services that include tow. Very friendly front desk and mechanic workers. I worked with mostly Brandon who I think is the owner and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure we could get the vehicle working and back into my family's hands. With honest prices and great work done by them as long as I live in the valley I'll be coming back here to get all my work done.

Overpriced and untrustworthy. Had one of my vehicles serviced here. They forgot to put the new tires I had purchased on the vehicle. Took it back and they reassured me all the other work I had paid for had been done but when I took the car to a different mechanic a few months later they said the motor mounts I thought I had replaced needed to be changed also.Left a different car with them hoping to get my ac blend door replaced as it was clicking regularly. They kept the car 3 days only to tell me they couldn't find the problem and even if they did it would cost over $1000 to tear the dash apart. I was easily able to reproduce the clicking noise on my way home. I "you tubed" the problem and fixed it myself in about 20 minutes with a part that cost $25

Brandon is incredibly experienced, honest, and his team is very efficient. They quickly have become to go-to mechanic and I ll continue to trust them working on my vehicles. I'm from Washington, stayed in Ogden for two weeks for a training program. My car's transmission gave out and after calling over ten different mechanics, some booked out until July, ford dealership charging almost 1000 for a solenoid, some flat out refusing to work on fords at all... these wonderful folks came through. They changed my transmission fluid and filter, changed my oil, gave my new spark plugs and replaced my solenoid and I thermostat for a reasonable price of $1068. Where I'm from that would have been at LEAST $2000. They took my car the same day I called them. Now my car runs quiet and is as happy as can be. BIG thank you to the folks at Smitty's, THE BEST mechanic shop in Utah, PERIOD.

Great experience with Brandon at Smitty's. They replaced a warped exhaust manifold which is not an easy job. They fit me in quickly and got the job done in a timely manner and for a fair price. Great communication and worked with me so that I could drop off and pick up my vehicle after hours. This shop is high on my list for future auto repair and maintenance. Very helpful and confident. I was having issues addressing a check engine light on my own. I made an appointment for the next day and brought in my car. They quickly identified the problem, addressed it and helped me get it through emissions. Smitty's team has recently did a transmission replacement on my newer model acura. They gave me a price that was affordable for me and the turnaround time was within a few days. Car runs great and my family is very happy. I would highly recommend them

Smitty fixed got us in fast, quickly diagnosed the issue had parts ordered and then fixed all before the afternoon, he even pulled out blocks for my toddler while we were waiting. The price of parts and repair were surprisingly less than anticipated, he is a honest and pleasant to work with. We will be taking our vehicles here from now on.

Could not recommend this place enough, would give it 10 stars if I could! I was visiting and needed to have my car looked at because it was making a funny noise and I was driving it to Florida in a week. I called and they were booked for another week but since I was leaving before then, they were able to squeeze me in.They were incredibly honest about where the noise was coming from and said that it wouldn't impair my driving but if I would feel more comfortable, they could do the brake work before I left town. Honest mechanics are hard to come by and this place will be 100% honest with you, even if that means they won't make as much money.Totally recommend Smitty's if you need any maintenance on your car or need it serviced.

Loved the experience here. The owner Brandon is a great guy and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix some electrical issues on my 2003 Duramax that other mechanics wouldn't touch. Highly recommend this shop honest work and affordable.

It's nice to know that there is an honest mechanic in town. Easy to work with and gets the problem fix in no time. I have gone to Smittys a couple times now, we have 3 vehicles in our family and each time the service was outstanding. We have all been to a mechanic that either it was time consuming or seemed to be outrageously priced, that has never been the case with Smitty's. I decided to give Smitty s a try when I saw on a FB page that they claimed to be 6.0L Powerstroke specialists. I was trying to get my truck ready to tow a 7600lb travel trailer down to the Book Cliffs for the rifle hunt and I wanted a couple of things done before we left (blue spring update and a door ajar switch). I called and spoke with Brandon and he had availability within two days and said that he could have the truck ready within one business day. He kept in contact with me all along the way and the bill ended up less than what he had quoted me over the phone. His rates were very reasonable and you can tell he takes pride in his work. The day I came to pick up the truck there were 4 6.0Ls at his shop. I guess you could say his claim to be a specialist for that particular diesel engine is already known! If you are looking to try out somebody new for your vehicle, give Brandon a shot and help make this man s dream of running his shop full-time a reality! 5 stars! A+++

I recommend Smittys. My husband s 1995 Nissan truck was having serious issues that other mechanics in town couldn t fix. Took it to Smittys and the mechanics had it fixed and ready to go in no time. This guy is honest, fair and fairly priced. The type of things you'd want out of a mechanic. Don't hesitate to take your car here.
