Chris is a fair and honest mechanic. That's why I trust him to work on my cars. He treats me as he would want to be treated. If there is work to be done, he does it as economically as he can. We have paid Chris a pretty good sum of money for his labor to repair our damaged cars. But sometimes he helps me diagnose a problem, even chasing down options, and sends me elsewhere for the actual work. He doesn't charge me for that, even though it takes his time. I appreciate that very much. That's why I keep coming back to Jensen Motors.

What I love most about Jensen Motors is I can trust them. Chris is completely honest and often undercharges me for the work he does. He always errs on the side of caution and won't "force" me to fix things that aren't necessary. It's so nice to have found a mechanic I can trust and rely on. I have never posted a google review before, but Jensen Motors deserves 5 stars.

The people at Jensen Motors are fantastic to work with. They are knowledgeable and have done a great job servicing our vehicles for a number of years. They are honest and you get the feeling that they care about you and your vehicle's needs.

Wow. I have never trusted an auto mechanic more than Jensen Motors. They care. They explain problems and issues with the car. They re honest. They ll take you out to the car and explain and show you when you had no idea and they ll have you feeling like an expert. Jensen Motors is the most knowledgeable, friendly, helpful repair business I have ever worked with. They are fair, almost too fair, with their prices. Such a good family owned business. I recommend them to everyone.

I went there for an emissions inspection. I thought I would save a trip into Logan where I usually take my vehicles. I expected it to be a routine inspection. After fifteen minutes they told me it failed but he knew what was wrong and could fix it quick for me. I was surprised because I hadn't had any check engine light on. I had my son (who is a mechanic) check it out with his scanner and all faults cleared. Then I had to go through a drive cycle so I could get it inspected by the shop I usually go to. They said there were no faults and couldn't explain why I "suddenly had a code appear". I still can't explain except that someone was trying to take advantage of the situation. I realize it is hard for shops when they don't make anything doing inspections but that is their choice and they shouldn't take it out on unsuspecting customers. Lesson learned! Now I'll drive to Logan to the shop I can trust.

We have had so many problems with shady car repair shops in the past. This was such a breath of fresh air. We didn t discover them until we moved to Hyrum, but it is worth driving out here from any part of The Valley. We've been going to Jensen Motors for a few years now. Greg is a good honest mechanic; he doesn't overcharge and will only fix what needs to be fixed. In the one instance where we had a reoccurring problem, we brought our vehicle back and Greg made sure it was really fixed without charging us any more. His son and daughter-in-law's business, C & S Auto, is great too, if you need to purchase a used vehicle.

This is the only good experience I have had with a mechanic since I moved to Cache Valley. They took the time to inspect everything that could be wrong and found the problem and explained it very simply. And even though there was something wrong they were very straight forward and gave us all the options of what we could do. I will try to go to them for the rest of my life.

Bought a truck from them and they assured me they spent their time on it to make it all right...well 3 weeks later, I had electrical issues that cost me $3500 and everything on the truck was just thrown together and mismatched all sorts of things. Speakers were completely wired wrong, bumper is crooked, stuff is glued on, door panels are installed with drywall screws.....NEVER would I send anyone there
