Took a truck to them that wasn t running well. Asked them to diagnose and see if they could fix the problem. After the truck sat there for over a week, they threw 1 part at it that didn t fix the problem and told me that they couldn t figure it out and needed to take the truck somewhere else. I also had to call them to get this information . They didn t call me. Very disappointed. Bad customer service. I was hoping for something better locally in hyrum.

I took my Yukon to another shop 4 different mechanics test drove it and couldn't figure out what was wrong..Tyler took it for 1 test drive and knew exactly what was wrong with it.. he is my go to for any problems I have with my vehicle i strongly recommend him to everyone who needs any mechanical issues resolved..

Every time we call, Tyler answers the phone. He is so nice and gets us in as soon as he can. We love taking our cars to him. Would totally recommend him!!

I'm a long haul trucker from Hyrum. My daughter called me when I was on the road to tell me her engine light came on and her car was acting sluggish. I told her to bring it here and have them look at it. They told her new spark plugs and coils was where they would "start" for $800. Yeah right pal. Came home and took care of it myself for $125 and 30 minutes work. Crooks trying to take advantage of a young woman. Shame on you. Stay away from this place.

Well, considering why I'm going to a mechanic, this is the best place in town. Tyler, unfortunately, knows me by name and is very familiar with my truck. Always gives the cost before work is even started.

Very impressed. Took our vehicle in for what we thought would be an expensive repair (another place quoted us $700 and said we'd have to wait while the parts were ordered). CarSmart fixed it quickly for a fraction of the other shop's quote - just $150.

They always do a great job and have alway's been able to fix my car and have it back to me that same day. They are very very helpful and friendly every time I have gone to them. I feel like I get a good deal every time. I would recommend them to anyone you won't be disappointed!

Sometimes hard to get quick appointments, but always worth it. They won't take advantage, and they honestly find the best options dn price for you

Non-bullshitters giving great service. While getting a quote they gave me a worst case scenario estimate allowing us to prep for the worst while finding the best case pricing. Everyone was very polite and respectful, plus they put up with my monumentally terrible jokes. A+ all around. Turns out my family had been going there for a while now for all their miner fixes and tune ups. Even better.

Easy to work with and they get oil changes done quickly. I can't say they are the cheapest (they are probably average) but they do not charge me to diagnose a problem or check on a concerning sound/ vibration.

Tyler couldn t be nicer. He got me in super-fast and quickly diagnosed the issue. He found an inexpensive fix to what could have been a large bill elsewhere

Came in early morning for a safety inspection they told me they had 2 jobs that would take them all day and that they could help me tomorrow I find it hard to believe there was no time for a simple inspection that should be one of the easiest services they provide. Needless to say I went to Hyrum tire where they could help me that day but I actually believed them based on the number of cars surrounding the place (it was more than 2).

Fast, polite and honest. I asked for a tire rotation with my oil change and instead of doing it and having to pay for it, they were honest and told me it was not needed yet.

Hyrum CarSmart has always been very dependable and when I have been in a pinch they have always been their to help. I have had to have my vehicles towed on many occasions and Norm has always dropped what ever was doing to help get my vehicle to his shops.

I live in Logan and I still come out to the Hyrum CarSmart! They always get my car in quick for oil changes and such, and always try and get you to save money by suggesting to bring in coupons instead of "finding problems" with your car that make you spend more money than you need to

I have been in a few times, mostly for inspection or emissions. Had an issue getting an older vehicle to pass the emissions and they were very helpful and reasonable price.
