I originally brought my f250 in for suspected head gasket failure and confirmed that it was the headgaskets. This was back in September and I was told it would take about a month or so and I gave the go ahead. The job then proceeded to take almost 4 months with terrible communication until the last month or so HOWEVER, the situation was rectified and they got some better people working there now and I was very taken care of and updated on every detail of the process. The work is very high quality and holding up great, their warranty is excellent and everybody I ve been in contact with has been extremely friendly and helpful. They even replaced my radiator for free when it started leaking a couple months later just to show how loyal they are to their customers! All in all after spending over 8,000$ and putting over 1000 miles on the truck so far I can confidently say i will be bringing my other vehicles here and I would definitely suggest taking your vehicles here for just about anything you need done. Andy and the rest of the people there are awesome and do amazing work and I have no complaints at all!

These guys are great! Besides being very friendly and courteous I never felt they were taking advantage of the fact that I am a woman. Very thorough and explained everything they thought needed done to fix the problem with my old truck. Took time to figure it out and didn t break the bank!They now have a new loyal customer!Thanks guys!

Great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good at communicating and keeping you up-to-date. I appreciate that they have loner cars you can use if available while your car is being worked on.

I am so grateful for the team at Steve's Automotive Specialist's in Logan UtahTwo days before I was supposed to leave for a trip to visit my family my car battery light went on in my car. After replacing the battery, I bought from Costco, which we thought was the problem, as I was driving home the battery light came on again. So, the next morning I went to Steve's Automotive Specialists to see if they had time to check it out as I had no appointment. They were already booked tight with a very busy day, but they said if I could leave it, they would at one point take a look at it today. Around 3:30 pm I got a call, and they said it was the alternator which I had just bought from Auto Zone a month earlier. So, they put a new alternator in my car and gave me the old one so I could take it back to AutoZone. While driving to AutoZone, all my lights started going on and my car was not operating as it should, so I made it into AutoZone and then called Steve's Automotive and told them what had happened. They came to AutoZone and took my car back to the shop and gave me a ride back to the shop. After working on it again they found out that alternator was not working as it should. So, they ordered another one and put it on, then the car ran well. All of this took several hours and the entire crew at the shop stayed after until 7:30 pm that night until my car was fixed completely. These people went to great lengths to make other arrangements for me in case they couldn't get my car fixed before my trip. They were all so incredibly helpful and kind, and really did go out of their way for me on a Friday evening, I 'll never forget how wonderful all of them were. So, a super THANK YOU to Doug, Mindi, Andy, who is the owner and was the guy who came and picked me up at AutoZone to rescue me; and the mechanics, and the entire team stayed until my car was fixed so I could leave for my trip the next day. They even called me while I was on my trip to make sure I made it to my families and to see how I was doing. You simple DON'T find that kind of service these days so I am and always will be grateful to the entire team at Steve's Automotive Specialists. They really do put your needs above their own. We need more businesses like this one, who still believe putting the customer's needs first is right thing to do. Andy, and his crew walk with honesty, a wonderful thing to find in our world and these times. You can trust your car to them.Thank you all so much,Sophie Jenni

Great prices they don t price gouge you or try and scare you into getting a more expensive service. They keep you informed the whole time about what is going on with your vehicle and what they are doing to it.

I had a great experience. The price for the repair was very reasonable. The work was expertly done. I would refer Anyone to Steve s repair my quote they gave me a spot on. Everything that was done to my truck was explained to me before .

Originally went in just for an oil change and happened to mention that I had some more serious problems that I had been told had to be fixed by a dealership. When I explained the problems I was told that their mechanic's could also help me. Within a couple of days they had all my car all fixed up and I was pleasantly surprised about how low my bill was.I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Easy to make an appointment and I love the text messaging with reminders of the appointment and updates on the progress of my vehiclw after I've taken it in. I own a Mitsubishi and there are few places to take it locally for a full synthetic oil change. Staff very friendly and helpful. My "go-to" for maintenance on my car.

Steve s Automotive is the best! Members of my family had been before and recommended them to me. I am so glad they did because I had a great experience. Great people that were very personable and enjoyable to work with, and were very thorough with my car to make sure everything was done correctly and to notify me of things that will need to be fixed down the line. When I went in to get an alignment, and these folks found out that a previous owner of my truck had botched the lift kit install so that it couldn't be adjusted. They were super up front about my options(even took me back in the shop and shiwed me everything they found), and one of their guys spent the whole day putting everything back together right. At the end of the day, it ended up being an extremely fair price considering all they did, and now everything looks great in the front end of my pickup. I'll definitely be coming back in the future, these fellas know how to run a business!

Have been to multiple Steve's automotive locations now, Hyde Park and Clearfield. They have always done great work, and helped me out with a loaner car when I had to wait for parts this time.

Jaime and Mitch at Steve's Auto were great. I came to them because of a very reasonable coupon deal on a full synthetic oil change. They did a very thorough inspection of everything else I could consider addressing, and even looked at my SUV's history on CarFax to understand if I actually needed what was typically recommended by the manufacturer. Very helpful. I didn't feel upsold at all. Zero pressure. In the end, I did opt for an air filter change when they showed it to me and they rotated my tires just because they were good dudes. I came during the last hour of the day but they happily fit me in and I was out of there with all that in short order and right at $100. That's a ridiculously good deal. Highly recommend bringing your car in for service here.

I took my vehicle here a couple of weeks ago to have the oil changed after getting a recommendation for this place. I had a few concerns they looked into and they were very easy to work with on finding a time that worked for me to come back for the follow up maintenance I needed to have done. They were also able to do it fairly quickly while I waited in the lobby, which was nice.The manager, along with the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and kind. This company seems to be very genuine and honest. He made sure to go over any concerns they found in detail, explained the costs of everything clearly and got approval for any work they would do before they started- something that not many places do anymore before they hand you the bill and you get blindsided by things you didn t even ask for I am over all extremely happy with the service this place has, the quality of work they do and the prices they charge. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles back here in the future!

Steve's automotive is great! They were upfront and honest about all the repairs and even sent pictures of the faulty parts. There were no surprises at the end (financially) and my car is working great. Kind and knowledgeable staff. I recently had a hip replacement surgery and so was not in the mood to do a lot of work on my own car. I had heard good things about Steve's and so took it in to have a new headlamp installed and the door button replaced that controls the overhead lights in a 9-year-old Kia Sportage. The bill came out at over $500 and they "strongly" recommended additional services including new tires, engine work, axle work, etc. that would have been an addition $2500 - all this for a car the has a low book value of $3800. I really was not worried about the tires because I put on maybe 100 miles month and the tread was just on the verge of needing attention, but the service manager made me feel like a cheapskate for not doing everything they recommended.Not a place to with a lesser vehicle if you don't want to spend a whole bunch.

I usually have my truck serviced somewhere else, but decided to give Steve s a try. Jason did a diagnosis and I was called to come in and talk about what needed to be done! Excellent customer service and hats off to Jason for all of his hard work. Michael kept me updated on a regular basis which is a major win for me! This is an excellent shop, clean and well organized. They take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Steve s Automotive for any vehicle repairs that you might need.

Michael, at Steve s Automotive, was so incredibly helpful to get our van ready for a road trip! He was honest with the what was immediately needed and what could wait until later. And even with my last minute planning in bringing it in, he worked so hard and got everything ready in such a short time.
