Probably hands down the best dealership you can work with. They constantly are trying to get you the best deal for your a vehicle that will be a perfect fit for you. I got my V8 mustang there and Ty did an amazing job making the whole process quick and painless. I will definitely shop here again in the future! They have wonderful service!

Don't buy from here. I got off of my mission in July and saw a good deal on a 2011 Subaru forester. I figured this would be a good daily to get me through school. we bought the car and in the process, my dad asked if there was any sort of warranty they offered. We were told no. Not even 2 days after the purchase, about 3 dash lights came on and I realized that they sold us a car with no oil in it. you'd think these vehicles would be freshly serviced at the time of purchase. we kept good maintenance on the car the whole time we had it (not even 5000 miles) and all the sudden the engine just gave out. We took it to a trusted mechanic and we found out the engine was completely shot. we bought the car at 153000 miles, and when I called to explain the situation, it took about 3 minutes of pressing for them to finally tell me that they don't offer warranties on cars over 150000 miles. This was not explained at the time of purchase, we were just told flat out that they don't offer warranties. if we had known the contingencies, it would have raised some concerns and we probably would have taken our business elsewhere from the jump. It seems they do this because they know the quality of the vehicles they're selling and don't want to have to take any responsibility. They'll butter you up and make you feel good at the time of purchase, but all they're offering are ticking time bombs. When I called, the guy basically just told me i should have known this would happen and accused me of calling him a liar when I asked questions. shady business practices, go to Utah Car and Truck in St. George. we haven't had problems with their vehicles. Foresters should last 200,000-300,000 miles. It's suspicious that it was knocking on death's door right off the lot.

My husband and I bought a SXS (not their typical vehicle for sale) from them and Chris made the whole process easy. The whole sales team is great. Can't say enough nice things about these guys. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great deal.

I'm trying to keep track of how many vehicles I have bought from the Car Barn over the years and we keep returning to them because they never disappoint. I think we are up to 8 vehicles in the past 13 years; teenage starter cars, our family vehicles, work trucks. It doesn't matter what we buy, we have been so happy! The Car Barn has great value and very personable and knowledgeable employees. We have also done several trade ins and we always get more than we thought we could. Thanks for being our "go to" car dealership! We love the Car Barn.

I just purchased a used 2014 Toyota Corolla sport and it was the best experience ever. No pressure, here's the key go test drive it, here's a different key try that one. Got a great trade in on my Jeep love my new used car. I highly recommend the car barn in hurricane utah.

Honest WARNING! AUGUST 2022. My son saved a lot for a large down payment. The Mustang be wanted from them shook violently when he test drove it. They convinced him they would fix the problem and signed a Due Bill guaranteeing him a sound car. They even sold him a warranty. That kept it for a week fixing it and then delivered the car to him. They did not fix it. We called them the next day and told them it s still shaking. They tried to say my son could ve done the damage the day after he got the car from them. They said Utah Law states he bought it as is. We called and called and they screened the call and wouldn t pick up the phone. We had to call from different numbers to get them to answer. They never helped again. My son had to continually fork out more and more money of his own. He is still dealing with the problem. Awful place.

I purchased a car one week ago from the Car Barn and my experience has already been rocky! After one day of having the car home it was already leaking oil. I took the car in and was told that I would need a $1200 repair to stop the leak! I am now scheduled to get the car that I just purchased fix already.The sales team I worked with kept reassuring me that "Our mechanic is very through!" If this is what "through" means to them I would hate to see the alternative!Now with that being said I do love the car I purchased and it has awesome potential, once this issue is fixed I think it will be exactly what I need! I just wish these issues were resolved before I made the purchase!

great & honest staff . we purchase the vehicle from here for our son , absolutely very cooperative & friendly staff . they do allow us to do pre-purchase inspection . give the complete details . we have very good experience & i am recommending this place . we loved our purchase .They really have good vehicles in a good price & less milage . Within 12 hours of having my car, problems arose. Before I knew it, I was spending more money to fix the car. I was promised by a salesman that they would help with any car problems within the first year of purchase. They only did so once with the Aux adapter. But when it came to any engine or brake problems it was hard to even get an idea of when my car would be looked at. I learned to give up on the staff pretty quickly. I told management my thoughts and she waved it off saying I was promised the wrong things and I should know better. They didn't even replace the mirror that was broken previous to my purchase. My salesman promised it would be replaced and they were just waiting on the part to come in. Needless to say, that part never came in. In the end, after problem after problem, I found out the transmission was the biggest problem after getting the big name dealership to help me with the brake problem. Let's just say the car I bought from them is no longer my problem.These people knowingly sell you bad cars and don't care to help you out. They never talked about a warranty. (This was the first car I bought, I should've seen the red flags. At least I've learned from my mistakes.) Don't go.

Bought a car from here. I had a great experience working with Ted. He was fun to deal with and was very up front with me on everything. I went there to look at a different car than the one I bought. On approach he informed of the issues on the car. We talked about my needs and showed me better cars. Thanks for a great buying experience

My son was looking for a car and they had the one he wanted. We knew nothing about this place but went in to check it out. At first the people were real friendly and promised everything. We got the issues in writing for repairs. Getting these issues resolved was a pain. We called and texted frequently and their communication was less than ideal. When we bought the car we were told while the work was being done we could have a loaner. The day finally came that we got a day set up for the repairs and they said no to the loaner. We had in writing to have the interior detailed and when we got it back they did nothing not even a vacuum. When we purchased the car we asked if the oil was changed and they said they checked it and it looked ok. The day after buying it the change oil light came on and when we called and asked about it they just said well it looked good and said it wasn t their problem. I would be cautious in your dealings because they do not hold up 100% of their promises.

Warning : This business is unethical and a complete rip-off. Do not waste your time with these thieves. The St. George Police Department and the State of Utah have been informed by multiple consumer complaints of their sleazy business practices. They tried to rip-off my family by selling us a mini-cooper ($9,500) that we then took to a local mechanic to inspect, the engine and transmission ($7,900 to repair the damage) were leaking oil and were ruined so bad the car could not stay running.The employees at the Car Barn denied any knowledge of the dangerous undriveable damage to the car even though they had their own "mechanic" inspect the car prior to the sale. We made a formal complaint to the St. George Police and the State of Utah. The St. George Police Department is very aware of these con artist, know the owner by name and had investigated a consumer complaint the week before we filed a report too.The employees and owner are the pond scum of used car rip off schemes.

We bought a Mini Cooper here in March and the check engine light came on right as we left the lot. We called and they were pretty rude and basically told us that we probably caused all the issues. However, we had bought the car 30 minutes prior. Overall, our experience here was pretty terrible and we wish that we hadn t bought from here. I would caution anyone who is thinking of buying a car from here. We will for sure be telling all of our friends and family about the experience. We are newlyweds and this place caused a lot of issues for us. I don t write reviews but I wrote this one to caution those who are considering purchasing from this dealer because we really don t want this to happen to anyone else.UPDATE: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We contacted them again and they promised that they would do a trade in. We worked with Richard and he assured us that they would make it right. He then went on to completely ignore any texts or calls. The service from this place was the worst that I have ever seen. They don t care about their customers and are extremely unprofessional. I can t stress enough- our experience with The Car Barn was horrible and we don t want anyone to have the same experience. Just avoid it all together.
