I wasn t going to write a Google Review on my experience but since this problem just won t go away here I am. 2 weeks ago I had 2 broken down vehicles. I needed a rental vehicle while both of mine were in the shop. I am local to Hurricane, so I turned to Small Town for a rental vehicle. They were great to work with me and get me a vehicle! They even extended my contract on the rental while my vehicle was in the shop longer!Well while we had their rental van one of my kids broke the plastic retractable sunshade that goes in the sliding door. I felt like honesty was the best policy, and since Small Town had been so good to work with me, I admitted to them what happened when I returned the van. They told me no problem. We will get it fixed, we have your card on file, and we will let you know how much this is going to cost you.I got a phone call the next day. My total was going to be $475.00. I about fell over. I had to pay for a plastic sunshade from the dealer as well as labor for Small Town to install the shade. So $475.00. I made a bigger mess of the situation by paying the dealer directly for the plastic sunshade. Now here we are trying to settle our bill with Small Town. Almost 2 weeks after returning the rental van. Long story short: If you choose to rent a vehicle through Small Town Auto just be prepared to take whatever charges are needed after returning the vehicle. They have your card on file.Edited to Reply: Thanks for the offer for next time. It is hard to think about what could happen next time when we are still in the middle of this mess . Since there is so much confusion on what is paid for .. The actual sunshade is paid. I sent in receipts showing that the part was paid and cleared my account. So please stop trying to charge me again for it. The only thing I owe you for is the labor to install the sunshade. Please fix the pending charges you have on my bank account and delete my card that you have on file.

Small town auto was so easy to work with, felt no pressure for buying a vehicle. Felt welcomed and wanted while we were there.Now we have our dream car!Will always go back to them if we need another vehicle.Thank You Shawn!

I took my 2009 Cadillac STS to Small Town Auto as Randy had helped my husband with a tail light on my other car. He liked Randy, the mechanic because of his eagerness to help and find the problem. He found the problem within a matter of minutes!So we took my car and left it with Randy and he said he might need it for a few days, no problem. The car was sputtering when accelerating up hill. Randy called us that evening, had found the problem and fixed it within one day! AND She's purring like a kitten!Randy is honest, caring and a terrific mechanic.I recommend him 100%

Wonderful prices. Not only did they pick us up from the auto shop we were at but after we returned the car the next they took us back to where we were staying. They also gave military discounts. The associates were friendly and professional.

My husband and I just purchased our fourth car from Small Town Auto. We have only had good experiences buying from them and will never go somewhere else! They are honest and not pushy at all. I would absolutely recommend them!

I was in need of a rental car. These guys handled my needs with kindness and respect. I'm happy to know we have small businesses close by that cater to our needs. From pick up to return they were very accommodating. They also have a fleet of used vehicles for sale. I will continue to use this company when I need what they supply.

I am visiting Zion and had an issue with my brakes, I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. Within an hour my brakes were fixed! I had a great conversation with the lady managing the operation from the front desk. I cannot thank y'all enough for getting me back on the road and in a timely manner.

When I moved to southern Utah my Dad ( A mechanic) said "Find an honest mechanic and pay whatever he asks."I found Small Town Auto, the Hintons, and Randy (the mechanic).I have never met a more honest group of people. They are in it for the "long game" and want every customer to be satisfied.

Do not rent a car from this place. They know that they are one of the only car rentals in the area and use that to their advantage. I received a car with a broken windshield wiper, radio buzzing, and numerous, like 20+ chips/stains/scratches. It was overwhelming and too much to take photos of before leaving with the car. There was a HUGE area of missing paint from the front of the car. How in the world do you have customers paying $500 for a car and give them a dinged up one? When I said this to the associate, he said yeah I know it s pretty torn up . Not only this, but I rented the car for 9 am when they open and was sitting outside with my luggage for 10 minutes waiting for someone to open the store, and didn t get to actually take the car until 9:30. I sent the company an email to try to resolve this off of a review but they haven t answered in 20 days. I worry that this happened to me because I am a women solo renting a car.

I ve bought two vehicles from small town auto and both have been very dependable and for a great price! The inventory they have is very clean and nice. The lot they have is filled with newer cars. The lot flows very nice with vehicles that make sense and not just random ones other lots have got on trade or cheap to make a quick buck. Everyone is so friendly and courteous here. From the salesmen to the mechanic. My cars where very clean inside and out and looked new. Kudos to the detail staff for that. I will without a doubt recommend that if you are looking for a car for personal use or for a student this is the best choice to go to.

I LOVE Small Town Auto!! I have now purchased three cars in the past two years and have had a great experience all three times! The first time I was able to assist my mother in purchasing a Lexus which she loves and we all love that she was able to get a car that has all the latest and greatest safety features! She never thought she would be able to afford a Lexus - but she could with Small Town Auto's! Then a year later when I needed a new family car I was able to trade in my van for more than any other dealer was willing to give me and buy MY Toyota Highlander, and got a great deal on an older car for the kids to drive!! I will only and always shop at Small Town Auto's because if they don't have what I want they will find and get it for me!

Went in today looking for a car as mine is old. Walked into the establishment and was greeted by a man who seemed shocked that I was there. Informed him that I was in need of a car and wasn't sure if they do financing in house so I shared my credit score and asked if they could help. He informed that they outsourced to the credit unions which is fine. However, the interaction had me feeling like I shouldn't be there and I honestly wish I wouldn't have stopped. The gentleman I was talking to looked at his coworker and informed that he had the last one and it was his turn. Which to me was a little insulting, as it made me feel like an obligation. Based on my interaction with the employees I don't think I would recommend this dealership.

We bought a newer car last year at Small Town Auto and it was a great experience. So this year when we needed an older car, we also headed over to Small Town Auto. This experience was just as great as the last one. Kason was knowledgeable, no pressure, and made the process easy and quick. The free car washes are an added bonus. We trust Small Town Auto and it will always be the first place we go when looking to buy a car!

Buying a car here was a great experience!They were very nice and honest, I didn't feel like I was pressured into buying the car, but they showed me what they had and let me make my decision. They had the best price in town, and in my opinion the best service in town as well!

Small Town Auto is great. I purchased a Camry from them recently. The sales associate, Kason, was very helpful and friendly. Helped me find financing, and get the purchase through. Very honest. Good prices. Willing to help out until you re completely satisfied. Would highly recommend!

Worked with Kason. He was incredibly nice and extremely helpful. We bought a truck and had it 5 days when some pretty major stuff happened with the transmission and they absolutely helped us out with it. I recommend them and I ll definitely be back to buy another vehicle from them.

I really had a great experience with Kaulin, unlike any other experience I had buying a vehicle. I liked his no pressure sales style and he actually "sold" a vehicle as opposed to just hoping I would buy what he had on the lot. Pricing was better than anything I found in St. George. They truly earn your business. Go be and see what I'm talking about!

Working with the guys at Small Town Auto was what buying a car should be like. The environment was laid back but professional. They were willing to work with us in a unique situation and got us into a quality vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a car.

I rented a car from them and it was outstanding. Kelly Railsback was super fast and very kind. He walked me around the car to show me the imperfections. It was great to know that they where aware of the imperfections. The only issue I had was that the back seat had dog hair in it. It was almost like it didn't get vacuumed very well. Aside from that it smelled clean and was well kept.

I recently bought a car here from Kason and I am thoroughly satisfied. Kason was very helpful and attentive and made the experience of buying a car easy and fun. Love the family vibe you get when you are shopping here. You can tell they actually care about the people they are selling to. Overall I would highly recommend Small Town Auto Sales to anyone in need of vehicle. You will leave with a smile on your face. I know I did. Small Town Auto Sales is the best!!! I have bought 2 cars here and wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Both times I have made at least a 3 hour drive for it and it was absolutely worth it! It's an easy buying process, great cars, and incredibly kind people.

My experience buying a car from Nate Wright and Small Town Auto was like no other car buying experience I've ever had!! No pressure at all whatsoever at any point, no overcharging, no surprises. Actually, the biggest surprise was that it ended up being less out the door than Nate originally quoted... that's an awesome surprise!!! Nate listened to my needs, asked questions, made suggestions, and helped narrow all my criteria down to a specific type of car. Then he worked tirelessly for over a month researching vehicles, getting my feedback to find just the right one! All this, and the only time I stepped on the actual car lot was to quickly sign papers and drive away in my new (used) car. I'm impressed with Nate and his knowledge, enthusiasm and honesty. Thank you for showing me that car buying doesn't have to be a miserable, painstaking, frustrating process!! I would highly recommend Nate Wright and Small Town Auto to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

The car buying process went very smoothly with Small Town Auto. Unfortunately the issue arose when we tried to trade the vehicle in a year later after buying it. They told us it was a clean title but after trying to trade the vehicle in at another dealership we found that the vehicle had actually been involved in two prior accidents one of which the airbags had deployed. This substantially lowered the value of the vehicle by several thousands of dollars. We were very disappointed that a dealership that presented themselves as trustworthy and honest had not fully disclosed the condition of the vehicle we were buying.

Everyone is remarkably friendly and down to earth. They helped me get a great deal on a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and I'm glad I went with them. I'd recommend them to anyone in southern Utah looking to buy a car.
