Decent self car wash with 2 self wash stations as well as an oversized wash station for big rigs and boats. $4 to start, then you can increase time with quarters. I wasted the first 30 seconds trying to get the water going.

Worst self serve car wash I ve ever been to! I would have been better off flushing my $4.00 down the toilet it would have wasted less of my time. The foam/soap didn t work, the high power rinse was barely strong enough to get my truck wet Very disappointed..

Went to this station to give our car a good scrub one evening. A staff member (I assume) was cleaning the built up dirt and grime with a hose in the bays. They had strung their hose through one bay and then turned back to clean the other, so it was blocking two bays. I waited outside for a few minutes and got some quarters from the machine, and then went and politely asked if they would mind moving the hose so I could enter the bay for a wash. I was given a good glare and somewhat snarkily told they were doing it "right now", which was a little unnecessary, but oh well everyone has bad days. Water pressure was great but at least 4 out of the listed functions didn't work (bug spray, degreaser, ect.). Likely they were just out of the product. Overall not a bad wash, just wish they had a few more of the functions I planned to use. The coin slot didn't end up working so gotta find somewhere to spend 20 quarters lol.

Out of state people here looking for a car wash after visiting Toquerville Falls. Why aren't there more car washes like this one? Really great concept. One bay is an automatic car wash, two bays DIY pressure washer, and then an outside bay for RVs and boats. Love the idea of an outside bay for boats and RVs because you don't have to worry about height requirements. Thick, pink suds for washing. They also have vacuums, but we did not use them.

Owner basically ran me off for bringing a muddy jeep to his car wash. I ll spend my money where it s wanted. On a rainy day nonetheless. I even went back to ask if he was the owner just to make sure some disgruntled employee wasn t running off business. It s probably time to get out of the game, or change the name of the car wash.Employee was 50+ year old man, long hair looked like life has been hard to him and he was working this morning at 8:30 am.

Worst experience ever. I went through the drive through. Spent $10.00 and my car is covered in oil!!! Nobody around to talk to or answer the phone. Happened around 2:30 on Friday April 7th. I tried to wipe it off with a towel and it just smeared.

I used the automatic car wash the other day and realized, during the wash process, that the machine hit my truck. I waited until it was safe and moved over a few inches and the wash continued without any more problems. After the completion of the wash I got out of my truck and found that there were two scratches, down to the bare metal, on the drivers side of my truck. I called the number that was posted and after several attempts talked to a man who said someone else needed to talk to me and to send him pictures. I sent the pictures and waited for a call back. The next day, after not receiving a call back, I again called the posted number several times until I received a call back. This time it was a woman named Jenni who informed me that the car wash would not help with ANY repairs because it was my fault. She stated that I was not between the lines on the ground and that is why my truck was damaged. I informed her that there is no sign stating that you have to be between any lines and that the machine is smart enough to tell me to back up if I am to far forward and I had assumed that I would also tell me if I was not centered. She scoffed at me and said that there was not floor sensors and again it was my fault and they would not cover the damages. BTW I'm the type of customer that pulls my truck out of the bay and washes it when I am done and this is how I am repaid. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!

We tried to use quarters, wouldnt take them, but kept them, so used our card, the machine charged us 10$ and said authorized but the equipment wouldn't turn on.. so a half hour and 11 bucks later, still have a dirty truck :(

Multiple vacuums ate all our quarters without working. The number provided to call the owners doesn't work either. Go somewhere else

Update 2/7 the company refunded one of the charges.First bay doesn't work, I had to place cone in front of bay to prevent others from using. Contacted company to voice charges. Company reached out to us and stated they would take care of incorrect charges. We were charged $15 twice. The time we had to rinse seemed long, we got all this off. Voiced on second call we'd be reporting charges. Then billing got corrected..

You ll want to avoid and here is why! The amount the screen at the wash said I was being charged WAS NOT THE AMOUNT I WAS CHARGED. They charged me 33% more!! Now it s a process to figure out why. AVOID!!

Pay attention to all the negative reviews. Went to use their RV bay. Card doesn't work, went to Chevron got cash, thankfully one of the change machine's worked, all other machines out of order like air fresheners, cleaning supplies. Went to put in quarters, which happens to be jammed with quarters. Of course no employee like it says there is supposed to be from 9-5, I was there at 1 pm. Complete waste of time, and $20 worth of quarters in my pocket. Don't be like me, pay attention reviews are accurate!!!

The automatic car wash only rinsed half of our vehicle. Had to spend an additional 10 to rinse it all down. And there was an 8nch of mud all over the bays. Sad it's the only do it yourself place in town.

This place use to be my go to place for self washing. Unfortunately there was no spray wax and the dryer hose was busted at the top just blowing out air. This place needs some preventative maintenance more often.

Best carwash ever. They have a gun that you can use to blow dry your car.My car has never been cleaner at a self serve car wash

Not sure why there is so many bad reviews. I m from out of town and I stopped here to get the salt off of my truck. Everything in the diy bay worked great. From the foam brush to the blow dryer it all worked as expected. Keep up the good work!

I am from out of state. I pulled into the automated wash. Paid 13.00 on my credit card, as I pulled in it started spraying and as the arm started to go by it completely stopped and the red lights came on and said I was finished. I pulled out and called the service number to report incident. Said someone would get back. No one did. I decided to give it one more try. Used my card for the next charge down. This time it actually worked. However the truck did not really come clean. I have used these type of machines and usually gets clean. I have a dually.I expected at least a credit on the first charge since it did not work.

The touch free automatic car wash did not clean my car. Very disappointed. I have used the bay s before and was highly satisfied. Don t waste your money on the touch free automatic wash.

I am very unhappy with this car wash I used my debit card, and when I was done washing my car I kept trying to push stop and it would not work. So they charged me a wopping 15$$ !!! I would very much appreciate it if I can get a refund I will take this negative review off. Fair warning, if you don't wanna get robbed then don't go to this car wash.

The automatic car was was down and a large dump truck was in one of the bays and a motor home on the side bay so I thought I could vacuum first but when I put my two dollars in, the vacuums didn't turn on. I wasn't about to waste another two or more dollars to figure out which if any of the four vacuums did work. Unfortunately the number didn't answer nor a attendee on site to refund my money.

I liked it until I got home and checked my bank account the next day and found that they charged my debit card $10. When the self wash machine said $4. That's not cool at all, don't steal money from people. I apologize, I made a mistake. I didn't realize that money would be held for a few days and then charged proper amount. Thank you so much for response, I'm learning. Hopefully no hard feelings, nothing but the utmost respect. Thank you, Red Dirt Car Wash. Highly recommend this car wash, their equipment works great. I jumped to conclusions, won't happen again.

I have loved the washbays at this carwash and vaccums here for many years it is alittle beat up and broken down but it is hard to find amanual wash station for my car and automatics are to expensive so i am happy this is here.

The soap doesn't work and neither does the dryer. According to reviews a week ago this was still a problem that the owner heard about, still isn't fixed. We tried calling and no one will answer and mailbox is full. My car is not clean and now has water spots all over it. Never coming back again. But the machine took my money and I couldn't get it back..EDIT: New owners now own this car wash and I haven't had any issues since!

Just OK. Credit card readers only work intermittently, and during the summer you can wait a while here. Also this is three self wash and one drive through automated wash, but the automated one is pretty mediocre. The time allotted for the hand spray wash is way too short. Almost always end up paying 2x to fully hand spray a truck.

Pulled up with my truck covered in red dirt and the employee with long gray hair told me I had to go wash it down. I thought to myself. Yeah. That s why I m here . I m from out of town. And don t exactly have any other option. I ll go to quick quack across the street.

Used a credit card, selected the $10 wash. Wanted to get the silt, bird poop, bug goo, etc. off the car before we went home. Was pleasantly surprised by how well the stay in your car express drive through wash worked. Definitely worth $10.

This car wash was like most other places. I used one of the bays instead of the drive through car wash. I thought everything was okay but I was running low on time and I decided to swipe my card. I would recommend prior to doing this is to read the instructions. I didn't realize that there were instructions posted. Didn't really have time to look around at the time, I was more concerned about not running out of time. Long story short I ended up getting charged $10.00 extra dollars for an additional two minutes or more. That was my fault but I would like to inform others to make sure you know what you are doing and what charges may apply. The only other problem was having to wait for certain features to begin after selection. An example would be switching from the tire cleaning to the presoak. Not a bad place just be more informed when using other features.
