Hurricane Car Lot has been nothing but amazing!! This is the second time we have used them to find the car of our dreams and they never disappoint. Both times we were looking for a very specific car and both times they were able to find us exactly what we were searching for and always managing to find our perfect car within our budget!!! Fully recommend Hurricane Car Lot 10/10. It is an amazing feeling to have a car dealer you can trust.

Great place to work with. I've got 2 cars 3 suvs and 2 motorcycles. All of which have been amazing experiences. I did have a couple small repair items that concerned me but they were super willing to check out the problems and purpose a repair option that was, what I felt to be more than fair and easy to coordinate with my schedule. Definitely an A+ operation. I alway tell people my experiences and how well they take care of me and my families auto needs.

Hurricane Car Lot was amazing. I was buying a car, but was also in the middle of a lot of travel. They put together everything and I was able to do all my part electronically. Everything went without a single hitch. I could not be more pleased with the exemplary customer service. Thank you!

Amanda is rockstar. She researched my particular vehicle and gave me all the information I needed. She went out of her way to make sure the after purchase experience was as good as the presale.I don t generally give reviews. I don t give praise if it s not warranted. But this whole crew deserves it. If you re in the market for an automobile go see em.

These guys are great! I've had only good experiences with them. They were completely transparent about every vehicle I looked at, and made the buying process as easy and smooth as it could've gone. This was my first time buying a vehicle all on my own, and I couldn't be happier with the new van :)

Bought a motorcycle from them.It was a 2005 Honda shadow 750cc.With less than 500 miles on it, great deal right?I asked them to have a certified mechanic inspect it and report anything wrong and I'd buy it 3500 cash.They said they did, so i held up my end of the bargain, cause i trust people at their word.I go to drive it off the lot, guess what i find ?21k miles on the odometer, the turn signals don't work. Its night time and i have to navigate it back home .I'm taking it to an actual mechanic soon, let's find out what else they missed. Ill update this review when their done.

I bought a great RV Ford Lazy Daze with the seller Mia. She supported me in all my questions perfectly. I am German and I had many topics with insurance and the title. The virus problems have been during that time and it made life difficult for all of us. But with patience and intelligence we solved all the problems and we have the best RV of our life. Its such a great vehicle from 1994 and we crossed the complete states with it. It was the best holiday of our life. My son, my wife and me had a lot of fun with the RV.

If you re in the market for a vehicle, this is the place. The staff are friendly and they work with you no matter the situation. My family has boughten a few vehicles from here and they are super helpful and understanding. Great service and nice cars as well.

Great experience. They gave me a nice price and knocked off a little bit for some tire wear. They had everything ready for me before I came in, I had to make a few changes and again they had everything ready when I got there. The whole car buying experience took like 12 minutes, it was awesome!

My experience was so great I test drove it and loved it and there were several people interested and I just couldn t get to the car lot because I was working nights so I was worried I wouldn t get it but I called Samantha up and asked what do I got to do so I don t lose this car so I put a down payment so I didn t have to stress. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family thanks again

Lily was AMAZINGLY NICE, fast and professional!We bought a Chevy suv and she stayed after hours to complete the transaction, if I was hiring for a receptionist she would be my first choice!$25/hr for sure!!!(Seriously)10 stars if it were an option!!Thanks lily

In July 2022 I had lost a vehicle to an engine fire and I desperately needed another so I went to this company for a solution. They set me up with paying so much down per week $580 for six weeks so that I could get a 2015 Chevy Cruze, they then claimed they would hold the vehicle until I made the full down payment. On my fourth payment, they took the money and later said they sold the vehicle to someone else. They tried to convince me that I called them and said I wasn't interested anymore, this was never the case. They kept all the money I paid and refused to refund. They said it's non-refundable and non-transferable. However when I consulted with my bank and an attorney for fraud, this dealer transferred the money to another customers account without my authorization then refused to tell me who and why. Then someone with a similar situation posted a review and the dealer responded calling me out, wrong customer... A few months go by and I try again at purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle was a Cruze with diesel and was listed for just under $6000. They said initially over the phone, after I submitted a credit application, that the down payment would only be $2000. When I arrived to pay, they changed it to $4500 and said it wouldn't go towards the purchase of the vehicle so I'd be paying $9500 for the vehicle and not the listed price. They claimed it was because of my credit being so bad. This is a violation of federal laws. Yo-yo pricing... I stood up and told them to FK off! Left and never returned.. I wouldn't recommend this dealer for anything. They shouldn't be in business.

I traded in my truck which I had purchased from same. They knocked off value of my trade in because of an issue that was pressent when I bought the truck from them. The interest rates are REALLY high, but the customer service and sales women are wonderful and I love the car I bought. They have an amazing selection and great prices on their vehicles!

Way over price with down payments on very I m expensive cars for example 3,000 on a car that isn t to much more the sales people suck they didn t greet me or nothing when I went some employees acted like they hate their jobs
