Michael was able to squeeze me in his busy schedule and did an amazing job with my full suspension. As he found other items that needed attention he fixed them along the way. Excellent customer service with craftsmanship and timeframe. Bus came out of the DubFab shop way better condition than when it went in. I'll def be going back to Michael in the future. Thanks DubFab!!!

I will be honest I m not a huge review guy. But just thought I should let everybody know about my experience. Dubfab build some incredible high-end well engineered stuff. I noticed in the video they had a certain fitting I could not find I called and talk to Michael on the phone and even though it was only a $15 part he took time out of his day to pack up and ship it out to me. Great experience.

Mike and his crew killed it. Dropped off my spindles Monday. Had them back Tuesday. Bus was rolling by Wednesday. Fast quality service. Answered all my question plus some. Thanks for the Help and quality service. &

Michael is a great fabricator and businessman. I received an 'all in' air ride beam from him within the timeframe he promised the order. He drove 6 hours to deliver it, which was above and beyond. He has been working with me to provide all of the rear end air ride parts as well.Michael is very knowledgeable about what setups work and don't and is willing to help you figure out the right one for you. He is busy, but makes himself available to provide sound advice.People need to recognize his services are so amazing that you need to get in line. Before you place an order online, talk to him about expected timeframes. This way, you know what you are getting into. His products are worth waiting for. I am happy to support American made custom VW bus fabricators to keep them in business for all of us.Disregard any negative reviews from people that had unrealistic time expectations. Get the tines from him before ordering and he will deliver on his word. Old school. Five star.

Needed some help with some Beetle trailing/control arms and ball joints. Not his normal thing but he was beyond helpful and an awesome dude. Good guy to have in the VW community.

This guy is a scam artist. Myself and a few friends of mine in Hawaii have given this guy over $30k also parts for full front and rear air ride suspension setups also other products that he offers now it s been over 2 and half years with no response to emails, phone calls or text. We have vehicles on jack stands waiting on this clown so there is no other choice but to pursue legal action and sue and possibly criminal charges as well.

I dropped off my spindles on a Friday. Dubfab had them rebuilt and ready to be picked up in under 36 hrs. He did all the work while he was moving his shop. Amazing service

I ordered some parts in March of 2022. It is now a few days from March of 2023. I was able to get in touch in June on 2022 and they promised that my parts were in the works. As of today I have called, emailed, left messages, and even tried the chat bot on the linked website. I still have received no response. I m afraid I will need to take matters up with my CC in order to have my money returned at this point. Don t waste your time and money ordering anything here.Also I m happy to take this review down if a refund can be issued.

6/22 7:30pI ordered a bunch of parts for my 23 window clone about 7 months ago. Great communication in the beginning, stand up guy. Timelines came and went, now no communication, haven t heard anything, no response to getting a refund. Absolute worst. Stay away.6/22 8:30p (in response to reply below)Great so send me a refund ASAP. Either through my PayPal, or contact me for zelle or I ll even take your credit card over the phone.8/16So, Michael called me, very apologetic and said that parts are starting to come in. I wanted a refund, he said he didn't have the funds to reimburse, that he would have to "sell me parts to get me the refund" and that he wouldn't be able to deliver the entire order (would miss the transmission) but the lowering parts would be delivered in 3 weeks. Here we are.... 5 weeks later and he's now ignoring my calls BUT posts on instagram couple of times a day. I get times are tough, but lack of communication is unacceptable. Absolute crook. Stay away...

Dude did right by me, received parts in probably 3 days all correct and helped with guidance in areas he doesn't service but knew how to approach it.

Take or defers and make people wait with nothing but excuses and then after 2.5 years of waiting they just stoped returning calls and emails
