I wholeheartedly recommend trusting this shop. We brought in our 1995 Dodge Ram van with a transmission leak that had been overlooked by other mechanics, and we were exceptionally well taken care of. The staff took the time to thoroughly explain the issue to us, ensuring we had all the necessary information to make informed decisions about our vehicle.When we inquired about what was needed to guarantee a safe journey to New Orleans, they performed a comprehensive inspection of our van. Based on their recommendations, we opted to pursue a few preventive repairs, which left us feeling confident and secure to continue our travels.This shop is equipped with all the necessary tools to handle repairs on our 10-foot-tall camper. The expertise displayed by the staff is truly commendable. Everyone we encountered was not only lovely but also extremely professional.Highly recommended!

Darrouza auto has been awesome to work with! They were very responsive and professional in all of our communication! One thing I thought very convenient was that I was able to set up my appointments with them through text message.They informed me of things they noticed about my car that could use some attention in a way that wasn t pushy or rude.They are honest, professional, and fairly priced!

Darrouza quickly repaired and continues to repair our 1997 BMW. It was not working and needed extensive work just to get it back on the road. They were able to get it on the road and quickly. It's exciting to drive our old car around. I recommend this place, especially if you want good quality work and in a quick matter. Very professional and they can give you a written estimate of all your repairs before working on your vehicle! Thank you Darrouza!

I recently had my vehicle s oil changed and ball joint replaced at Darrouza Auto Deal and Repair, and I m pleased with the service.The staff at DAD were courteous and professional and during inspection found the issue with my ball joint on the front passenger side which was overlooked when my tires were changed after hitting an object in the road. They explained the ball joint replacement process and answered my questions. They ensured that the new ball joints were properly installed and aligned.The repair was completed within the estimated time frame, which I appreciated since I rely on my vehicle daily. If you need general maintenance or ball joint replacement, DAD is a reliable choice. Their skilled technicians and commitment to customer satisfaction make them a solid option.Based on my visit, DAD delivered competent ball joint replacement services. Honest mechanic! I took my 2011 jeep wrangler here for a second opinion. I was told, by another local mechanic, that I need to replace my gas tank. Much to my surprise, and gratefulness, Baheej looked at my jeep with me, and showed that something just wasn t plugged in and the gas tank did not need to be replaced. From there, I trusted him to do more work that I knew needed to be done. He was efficient and the price was great! This is a beautiful new shop. Well ran with clear estimates and photos. Wow, what an impressive, and professional auto repair and sales business. 110% professional yet friendly and caring. Price was more than competitive, down right reasonable!! Work completed timely, as promised and professionally done. I can t say enough good about it from Joe at the front desk to Baheej, the owner. What an asset to this community. I will be returning with all my auto repair needs in the future, no question!

Went in for an oil change and a check up and they gave me a detailed list with pictures of upkeep my car could use like new spark plugs and filters. I was able to easily accept what I did and didn t want to get done and was on my way! Super happy with the service!

I went in to inspect a car I am buying. Staff were very professional and nice. They gave me details of any problems with the car and photos of the undercarriage. The mechanic took it on a test drive and gave us good information. Overall a great experience.
