DEFINITELY take your vehicles here!!We took our truck here to figure out what s wrong with it (hadn t been running good) we could not figure it out for almost a year. We took it in 3:30 Wednesday and by 3:30 Thursday Dustin gave us a call with the diagnostic, he asked permission (greatly appreciated) before getting the part and fixing it! By Friday morning he called again saying it was ready! Amazing service! Their prices are hard to beat as well, he also figured out other things needed to be fixed and told us about it for the future!

AVOID THIS SHOPI took my van to casey to do a full check and fix anything that was needed so I could drive across country and back. They only took an hour on the inspection and then told me everything but the brakes were perfect. I paid them to do those and it took them a week before I heard ANYTHING from them so I was carless for 7 days. Two days after picking it up my brakes, power steering went out and lost all power to my gas pedal. I had to have it towed and looked at by specialist mechanic. He told me that I was driving a hazard. That the driver side bolt that holds the motor and engine in place, was gone and the passenger bolt was one bump away from falling out and having the engine drop. Because the motor was bouncing around it was grinding on the power steering and it ripped the belt and almost put a hole in the actual system. They looked at the brakes and told me that when Casey did the breaks he didn t even replace the actual metal part of the brake pads, he just put a new liner on it and called it good which happens but is bad practice but there was a ton of mud built up in the brake reservoir causing them to jam. I tried calling casey 15-20 times and left 4 voicemails about the issue before taking it to another mechanic and never heard from them. After fixing the issue I finally got through to them and they told me I was wrong and that I should of paid them more than I did for their services. NEVER GO HERE

Was not able to use them as the wait was too long, however they recommended another mechanicThat I COULD TRUST...Will try again as whom was recommended was great. Super nice AND honest

Our car BROKE DOWN 17 miles before Springdale! Our wonderful Wonderful AAA driver Jon recommended them! Absolutely great. It took a little less than a week. But they were honest and efficient!

I was down for my daughter's soccer tournament. My van started acting funny so I took it over to Auto Zone to pull the codes. I had a misfire in one of my cylinders. I needed to get back home(5 hours away). The manager at Auto Zone called Casey's, they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road and home safely. They were all so kind and professional and answered all my questions. Thank you Casey's for taking care of me and my girls and getting my van road worthy so I could get home safe. If I ever need mechanic services again when I am down that way I will definitely be calling. Thanks again

I was traveling from out of state, on a holiday, when my Jeep started overheating on the freeway. I was really in a vulnerable spot, but when a local pointed me to Casey s, I was greatly taken care of! I got to his shop on a Monday morning and when I told the owner (Casey) what was going on, he immediately brought my car in and had his guy take a look. The mechanics at this shop are very thorough with diagnostics and found the actual problem. They did not try to up charge me or sell me parts that I didn t need. After only two hours, the Jeep was completely fixed and they only charged me the lower end of the going rate for the work that was done! My Jeep purred the next 800 miles I had to drive in the desert sun all the way to my destination. Casey s operation is a great place to go for an auto needs I highly recommend it!

While on vacation in Zion NP my truck broke down. We searched for a mechanic who could at least look at it and give us some idea what was going on. Casey s told us they were busy but if we could get there before lunch he could hook it up to the computer. We got the truck started and made it to his garage successfully. He stoped what he was doing to come out and look at it. After diagnosing the problem gave us some tips in case the problem occurred again before we could get back to Oregon. Fortunately The problem didn t occur again! We really appreciate that Casey took a look at our truck right away and didn t charge us anything for his time! Thanks Casey s!

I was on a roadtrip in Utah and got stuck with an engine light on. Casey made room to get it in and did a daignotic on the spot. He got the code codes cleared up and on the road super quickly. Great team. Camping at Watchman and my Sequoia belt started screaming. Casey said to bring it in. They did a quick diagnosis in the lot and ordered the parts immediately. Dustin fixed it in no time as snow flurries came and went while I sat in the car. Awesome.

We were travelling from out of state and check engine light came on. We stopped at Casey's and their tech, Dustin was able to to diagnose the engine code. He assured us that light was nothing serious and sent us on our way. He was friendly @.! Helpful and didn't chsrge us anything for our time. Ps. We came into hurricane and our ac system quit working while driving in 110 degree weather. I called Casey s shop and they were kind enough to fix our ac system as they were closing for the day. We were passing through on our way to California and they had us on our way in about an hour. I would use their services again. Thanks for all the help Casey!Service: A/C installation & repair

These guys are on it. There staff is very personable and knowledgeable. I can bring my vehicles here with confidence knowing they have my best interests at heart. That is hard to find in the automotive industry. I highly recommend that if you are looking for safety inspection or a certain degree of custom work. Casey's auto is your place.

I have had multiple experiences with Casey's Auto Repair. All have been stellar. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very popular because of his honesty and integrity. So there may be a wait, but it's worth it.

I definitely recommend this place. I drive from St George to Hurricane specifically because this place won't hassle, lie, try to screw you over, or make fun of you indirectly. (Bad experiences elsewhere) but yeah, prices are reasonable, people are nice, and my car runs great. It was recommended by a friend too.

Casey's Auto is by far the best mechanic (casey himself) I have found in southern utah. He is honest, straightforward and awesome to do business with. He goes out of his way taking care of his customers. He has never tried to up-sell me or convince me that I need something I don't, giving me an honest timeframe I have to certain services. I am so glad I found him!!

May 2016: So, there I was, in Hurricane UT, at night, on vacation from Georgia on my RAV4 and my front brake pads start making scrapping noise when brakes are applied. The brake pads are worn out! Not what you want when driving mountain roads. I asked my AIRBNB host where I could go and she recommended Casey's. First thing the next morning I went to NAPA, got pads and headed to Casey's. After telling them my situation, they got my car right on the rack and changed the pads and checked the rest of my car for any problems. Got me back on the road quickly and safely. They were friendly, skilled, extremely helpful and very reasonable on costs. Highly recommended!

On a road trip from ID to CA, we had a tire leaking air. After finding that both a screw and a nail were the culprits, Casey had us back on the road in a jiffy, but not before he checked all 4 tires and made sure the fluid levels were good as well.

Took a truck in to get a trimming belt put on and they had the truck for over 2 months got it back and sis not run at all took it back then finnaly another month later just got tired of it and picked it up and my 21 year old son fixed it and got it running beter and filled it with a gallon of antifreeze to boot and way over priced for the slow turn around and bad quality
