Great stop up the canyon. Growing up mist gas stations didn't have public restrooms so don't take it out on the clerks. We had a very friendly young man help us. Would definitely stop in again

I do go to this gas station once in a blue moon as they are the closest stop for me, it s always overpriced but it is convient, some of the people working there are actually really sweet. But they are now giving free candy for a positive reviews and I just wanted to share that fact. They need to build a better reputation rather than buying their reviews. One big thing they could do is price tag more than a few things in the store so when you go to the register you re not in complete shock with the total.

I stopped for a restroom break. Realizing that local businesses need support I put $40 gas into my vehicle. As I walked up to the store I noticed a sign posted no public restrooms. We apologize . I went in and inquired anyway seeing as I needed to go. The attendant (who I feel sorry for) apologized and said that restrooms were not available. Come to find out that the restrooms were closed initially for Covid, then Weber county had some additional say in the matter, and to top it off the owner realized he was saving $800 a month by keeping the restrooms closed.What a lame excuse to deny a public amenity.I hope that others read this and voice their dissatisfaction with the owners decision.NOTE: it s not just the chevron, but the hardware store too.

Dirty, overpriced and NO RESTROOMS!!! I think it s asinine that a gas station doesn t provide restrooms! I hope the employees at least have some they can use. Nevermind the customers who bring the business and provide the paychecks nope they can hold it!! The hardware store next to it doesn t have them either. Only they used to!! I worked at this exact location 20 yrs ago. And cleaned the bathrooms. I can t think of any good reason why they d close them to public. Won t be back there ever again! Aside from that major irritation, the employees just stare at you when you walk in no friendly greeting. And it s crammed full of junk & dirty feeling!!

The employees here are very rude disrespectful. On 3 occasions I have been in they are very pushy for you to hurry and get out of the store. I told the young man in glasses working nights to have a good evening after asking to park my broken truck for the night. He told me yeah sure whatever you better have it gone by 8 am or I m towing it. And this was at 10:30 the evening before. The lady working the next morning when I called to say I was coming was very snappy and rude and told me I better get there asap or she s towing it. Disrespectful and inconsiderate people here

I went to the chevron for a few snacks. I decided to buy some gum. It didn't show me the price but I thought it be 2. Maybe $3 I got to the register. Thinking my total would be ten, maybe $12. And it was $20 I looked at the Receipt to see Why the total is so high. And the gum was $6. I asked for a refund for the gum. And they pointed to a sign saying no refunds. This place is terrible. I mean six dollars for gum that's ridiculous.

Being a local, I was just charged $.54 to refill my own cup with water. I was spending $16 and they charged me $.54 for water. I go out of my way to go there over Maverick, but I will take all my business and thousand dollars in fuel a month to Maverick.

I will be traveling the extra miles to go to maverick instead. Rude staff. No public restroom. Over priced. Get with the times people! You are a convenient store. The don t take kindly to strangers mentality will likely put you out of business.

***THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF*** - I'm a local. I have been my whole life. I hate this chevron. Sure they're convenient. But their prices are 30% more across the board. Save your time and save your money and help yourself out with some decent gas and go over to the Maverick across the reservoir. Right next to valley market which I highly recommend as well. Hometown feeling. Stay away from the Chevron. The people that work there are "Inept" - mediocre help. Zero empathy from the employees over their drastically High prices. I know of only a few locals that shop there and only for gas. They never go inside. Too expensive. (A candy bar there is two dollars and fifty cents!!!!). I checked them out for PRICE comparison "ONLY". (( SAME CANDY BAR AT MAVERICK.**1.75!!**)). NOW IMAGINE THAT THIS IS JUST A SIMPLE CANDY BAR. THINK ABOUT HIGHER PRICED ITEMS LIKE CIGARETTES OR BEER. 30% PEOPLE ! ! !

If I could give zero stars I would. We went in and bought two ice creams and a beef jerky. He told me $30 and before I really thought about that being a lot for what I bought I paid it. Once I realized the unmarked beef jerky was $19.99 I asked to return it and was told I knew the price before I paid so that s my fault . Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I would have know the beef jerky was $20 on its own up front I never would have bought it. I m a single mother/ business owner, I m penny pinching and I would never treat a customer like that. They need to make the pricing of the items seen and also get a all sales are final sign because they have nothing stating any of these ridiculous policies or prices for that matter.

Had heard this store essentially won't sell to anyone for any purchase under $5 cause its not worth it to the sorry human of an owner. Never believed it until it happened to me! Tried to buy a small snack and card reader tells me my card doesn't work. Doesnt even try to process the transaction. Go to Maverick a couple hours later, card is perfectly fine. The younger woman working the counter helped as much as she could, but the owner is the root cause for the horrible experience other people and myself have had with this business. This isn't even too mention bathroom and parking policies, or even their manipulative gas prices. Don't go here. Don't waste your time or money. Nothing of worth worth in this trash hole.

The staff is unfriendly and the merchandise is overpriced. The Maverick by the valley market is beyond better with far better prices. Go there instead.

I ve been treated pretty rude here plenty of times over the years. Final straw for this review is that they don t have restrooms here now. If I m going to drop $100+ on fuel and snacks I m sure you can provide a restroom for the kids.

My 2 year old and myself couldn t use the restroom, even when we purchased something. It s not like there s a ton of options up here? And it s off season... is this what the world is coming to?! We are all human! Went to the other gas station,.. had to first finish a transaction to use the bathroom. My kid wet herself while rushing to the toilet. Both places up here are awful. I NEVER leave bad reviews. This just seems so uncalled for.

Be aware of purchasing fuel here! Two times now that I have got gas with water in it. I have driven past this place every day since before it even existed. NEVER ONCE seen anyone out checking the levels, or a truck pumping water due to condensation. The owner is glad to sell you water at higher than normal gasoline prices. Diesel and snowmobile owners be especially aware! Get your fuel where you're at before traveling here. The store is well stocked but overpriced. Please don't have any hard feelings for the nice ladies who work there, it's not their fault that the place is what it is. If you are upset as most are, ask for the owners contact info.

DO NOT STOP HERE! No public bathroom. We get gas specifically to use the gas station bathrooms. So I m bugged that stopped here, unloaded 6 kids that really needed to use the bathroom, and had to get back in the car and find a public park. Next time we pass through town we will get gas elsewhere.

Been coming here for years and just tolerated the bizarre workers attitudes here but today I felt I had to drop the 1 star. I seriously hate doing it and try to stay positive but sometimes you just have to call a spade a spade.Let's skip all the reasons NOT to come here and just go to the Eden Maverick or Chris' gas stations.

I was actually thinking I was going to go on to Google and see this gas station rated between four and five stars but lo and behold everybody already beat me to the 1-star reviews. Some of them are for the same reason I'm leaving a one star review... so they have on their lot posted everywhere non authorized Vehicles will be towed customer parking only as does every other gas station in America. So I stopped in grab some drinks and some snacks before we went into the reservoir, my buddies call me and say let's carpool that way we both don't have to spend 18 bucks. Oh great sounds perfect I'll just park it in the back out of the way by the pay phone where nobody parks EVER and it will be okay for a couple hours. I mean how many times have you guys left your car at a gas station for a couple hours or more and have it be okay or have ever thought about your car getting towed by leaving it at a gas station? I go in there for a buddy's birthday we're in the water he's got a jet ski when I leave the reservoir it was literally 2 hours and 10 minutes from the time I drop my car off. It's time to go everybody's leaving someone offers to drive me to my car when we get to the gas station it's no longer there. And then already knew what happened no point in going into the gas station and causing a commotion even though I really wanted to. It cost me $196 for 2 hours, and there are no other areas where you can park your car without driving into the reservoir and paying. The owner of this gas station has no morality whatsoever he's adopted being a capitalist 100% we're the only thing he cares about is money and how we can make more and take advantage of situations not caring who it screws over. The only lesson I've learned is to not spend any money there, ever again.

The worst gas station ever! I wish we had a better one so close to pineview.For years they have said that their restrooms didn t work or were out of order. Well they finally are telling the truth and have put a sign that says no public restrooms. You really get a feeling that they hate the public, they have no customer service, and they want to screw your over.Please go out of your way to go to another gas station.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS GREEDY CHEVRON!!Go to the fabulous Maverick instead!!This is the most expensive, rude, greedy place you will ever set foot in! No bathroom, no customer service, only greed!Maverick deserves the business! At Maverick the gas is the SAME price as in the city!

Fuel prices are fare due to the location. Well stocked convenience store... 24/7 for fuel only. Always had great staff in the past 5 years. I have never had a problem with them, work hard and helpful. The Fuel pumps need upgraded, broken up and show allot of use but they work. They show little to no maintenance. When re-fueling with Premium Fuel both pumps 2 and 4 nozzels leak the whole time you are fulling up with fuel. It's wasteful, not good for the interment and cost me money over the last few years. I have told staff year ago about it but it's not getting fixed..... It's now 12-3-2022. And the Fuel pumps have been upgraded years ago and they no longer leak. Good job Southfork Chevron...... /rk/rk
