I live in a trailer here, I have been here for a year now and this is home. Christina and Robert have been extremely nice to my little family. Last winter we had a newborn baby and the heat wasn't working, the next day they hired someone to come fix it. It's amazing that these landlords don't just care about your rent being on time, they care about every one that lives here. They do everything possible to work with you and to be sure you have rent paid on time. My family got covid and they checked on us via messages and calls. Yes, there's a few cats around but I love them. It's very quiet around here. I haven't seen this park full since I've lived in Huntington. Victor is a great neighbor to have. He has given us so much in a year. We love everyone in the park and we have the best landlords. I love living here. Christina and Robert have done so much to make this park look awesome. I have no complaints! They aren't the type of landlords to always be in your business, they may live out of town, but they do anything and everything possible to meet your needs.

What makes this place stand apart is service and caring personal attention given by the camp host. We were a couple in a motorhome that wandered in out of the desert with coronavirus and trying to quarantine. Victor was understanding of the physical distance and respectful of that, and also he went above and beyond to give us everything we could ve hoped for in our stay.He s a kind and giving individual. He cared enough to even go buy us a cable to try to have our antenna set up for the first time and even brought us a box of food donations that turned out to be pretty nice!! We would ve loved to stay longer and will definitely come back under better conditions!! So we were the first people that he ever had the role of manager to welcome in. We were impressed

The best thing about the park is it's easy to find. That's it. The Good SAMs Guide rates Shady Acres as a 8/10/9, clearly they never visited the park. This place is certainly NOT a 9 for visual appearance, we've stayed in parks rated a 7 better than this. Their write up says good paved roads, maybe 50 yrs ago. The write up boasts mountain views from your camp site. Well, kinda. Mostly you see trees. This isn't a bad park but we picked it because we wanted a couple of days with a view. Should have gone to Moab.

I lived here for about 7 months. There is a lot of stray cats so if you're not a cat person this is not the best place for you. Overall great place :)

It is for the most part pretty quiet. The people that live here would literally give the shirt off their backs if you needed one
