In March 2024, while browsing through internet searches for a 2023 Can-Am Commander Max 1000 holdover, I stumbled upon a listing at Rocky Mtn. ATV in Helper, UT. Upon contacting Tom at Rocky Mtn. ATV, he provided me with a reasonable price for the unit. Wanting to test drive one, I visited a Mesquite dealer, who, though lacking any holdovers, graciously allowed me to test ride a 2024 model. Upon informing Tom of my intention to purchase the 2023 unit at the quoted price, he unexpectedly added a Dealer Document Fee, thereby increasing the overall cost. Expressing my dissatisfaction with this unquoted fee, I decided to forego the purchase, resulting in a lost sale worth $23,000. As a salesman myself, I find it perplexing that such a transaction would be jeopardized over what I perceive to be an unnecessary additional charge. Fortunately, I ultimately found a 2023 Can-Am Commander XTP in the desired color, free of any undisclosed fees, at another dealership. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Rocky Mtn ATV Can Am Dealer in Helper, UT, based on this experience.

My husband was very happy he brought in his Polaris 330 trail boss a week before Easter he only asked them to see what was wrong with it they gave him a price estimate of 50 dollars for a half hour and they told him it could be over that if it was something major so he was expecting to pay a little over that anyways they had it finished on time they found the problem and fixed it not only did they fix it they did a complete diagnostics on it and replace completely worn parts that they could of easily charged him for he was very satisfyed my husband feels like they should be recognized for there good hard work

I called for an OTD price on a motorcycle and was told they would get back to me. Nearing the end of business the next day, I called back trying to get that information. I was told by the salesperson, Tom, that they don t give OTD pricing because I could take it to another dealer to try and get a lower price somewhere else. So instead of possibly losing a sale, he definitely lost a sale. Thanks Tom!To clarify it was a motorcycle they added modifications to that aren t listed on the website, and they couldn t tell me how much they added to the cost on the phone yesterday.

After dropping our bike off a 12 hole in Lockhart Basin, then a hard crash two days later, we had a buddy with a busted ankle. A team member at RMATV heard about our misfortune and offered to help in any way they could. These guys are riders and support the riding community. We were fans before, and after showing so much generosity when we were in need, we are forever great full.

This is the third time I have purchased tires for my sxs. My last purchase I bought 4 Tusk Terrabite Arimid tires. They came in very quickly as usual but I noticed that 2 of the tires are already 2 years old. Tires only last about 4 years. Half of the life is gone. Customer service told me as long as they are within the 4 years they will be fine. Very disappointed probably my last purchase with Rocky Mountain.

Prices are decent for oils, cleaners, however they don't stock alone for the ktm brand but it's only a day away at their main store.

Great experience. I had a flat tire on the Adventure Bike I was riding and these guys set me up. Had spent hours trying to fix the flat ourselves and attempted to patch the old tube with no success. Brought the wheel here on my friend's bike and they had this fixed in 20 minutes. I had been riding and was pretty thirsty. These guys gave me lots of water to Refill my camelbak and were very friendly. The price was very reasonable and they went above and beyond. Grateful for this shop!

What a horrible online company. Ordered products, got confirmation email with projected arrival date. Couple days later had a customer service rep call me and say they set up new C.C system that would ding my C.C for small amount. Looked up card and only had my purchase $500+ charged - no little .15 cent safety charge. Rep said oh man sorry check this week this to see if it went thru. Not once did he say "product will not ship if this safety CC charge is not confirmed" Well 10 days later I just called to see where my stuff was and it was not shipped because I did not call back to confirm their new system worked. Are you freaking kidding me...Extremely disappointed in Rocky Mountian ATV/MC and their lack of customer service and their new test CC system. You know what works, not ever buying from them again and letting everyone know how bad they are.. what a joke.

Super friendly staff. Parts department seems to be a winner over online prices sometimes. Their service department did a flawless job mounting tires on my motorcycle. Haven t purchased a machine from these guys yet but will certainly go to them after getting very competitive out-the-door costs from other dealers over the mountain.

I ve been using these guys for years for my personal parts and customer parts. Shipping is really fast, and they have more or less the good standard as far as parts availability. Prices are pretty good too, and returns a snap. Good company to work with!

On a nearly 3,800 mile round trip motorcycle ride through the West, my battery died in Helper, UT. Not just out of charge, but dead. Unrecoverable. Thankfully, Rocky Mountain ATV/MC answered the phone minutes after they opened on a Friday. I told them I was stranded at a local motel. I told them I could walk the two miles to their shop to pick up a new battery. Instead, they sent one of their guys to the motel parking lot to deliver one in person! After I installed the battery, I rode down to the shop to pay for it, and then they checked my bike's charging system for free, just to make sure my dead battery problem was just about the battery and not a more complicated issue. They were courteous, helpful, and kind. Good people over there.

The guy's in service dept are Great. I took my 1999 Foreman in with a box full of stuff I had taken off trying to fix myself"a basket case" They helped me unload it took it in it wasn,t long after they called said it was ready to go.Every nut, bolt, screw ,clip ,I had taken off the bike was back in place The bike hasnt ran this well since it was new. It was raining the day I picked it up they help me load up in the rain. Tks you guy's Also this was done at a very fair price.cant complain one bit.

We loved our experience at Rocky Mountain ATV in Helper. The prices were way better then other vendors, and we talked to at least 8 other places. We worked with Taylor over there and he was super friendly and helped us out a ton. We had many phone calls with him also to make sure everything was in line before we came out to pick it up. He also went above and beyond when we couldn't get our windshield to fit. He drove to our house to help (2+ hours). We loved our experience and recommend you give them your business.

I ordered parts on a Tuesday and paid the extra money for two day shipping it is Saturday I called and told me my parts won t be in till probably Sunday asked for a refund on my two day shipping charge and was told no they can t do anything about it

Service Front Forks of my Bike while on the road.Keith and Aric went above and beyond. Where super nice, did a great job on the bike and even lent us a car to go to have breakfast while they where working on the bike. The price was very good, 80 $ an hour compared at 95-125 on other shops. The nicest shop we have run into.

Most motor sports shops greet you with an attitude. I guess since we don't race then we aren't as cool as them. This one is not as bad as most and they are usually pretty friendly.The only service I have had done here is flat repairs and they are usually willing to fix it on the spot while you wait which is great. They do have a large selection of Polaris, Honda, and Yamaha products and the place is packed with side by sides and ATVs and the prices seem competitive. Most RMATV catalog items will need to be ordered but they can have them there the next day. As far as orders it is frustrating that I had to drive to the shop to prepay for an $8 o-ring before they would order it. I understand prepaying for a $200 helmet but come on, it is an $8 part and they have a truck go back and forth everyday from their warehouse.One thing to be aware of is that even though this is an RMATV store they WILL NOT honor the sale prices listed in their emails and on their Internet site. They flat out refused to do it when I went in to pick up some sale items listed in their ad. I was told I would have to order it online.I love having this shop local and I would have given it four stars but I just can't look past the order process and not honoring sale prices so it fell a couple stars on my review.

I am very impressed with Tom at Rocky Mountain ATV ! He is so knowledgeable about all the brands and types of machines they sell. We re used to salesmen pushing us towards things that they prefer. Tom just answered questions and shared pros/cons on every one we were looking at. We actually drove 1 hour back there to buy a new RZR from them. I HIGHLY recommend this store!!

Great parts staff and service department. I called to see if they had oil and filter for my machine and they did so I said I would come in the next day and get some. When I arrived I told him I needed oil and a filter for my machine and he said yes he had it right there already in a bag for me.A previous visit I had them work on my carbs on my bike and now it runs better than it ever has.

I had a great experience with these guys! I m used to long delays, high prices, and poor communication at other places, but Rocky Mountain ATV made my day! They had my ATV fixed well ahead of schedule, at a fair price, and went out of their way to help me load my machine. Would recommend all day! A+

Tom and Taylor were great to work with. They answer the questions I had. There were up front with me on pricing. I've visited other dealers and didn't feel that they had my best interest in mind.
