Nick was great to work with on our RV purchase. Most of the deal was done via text, so we only had to make 1 trip to the dealership on signing/pick-up day. We re second time customers at Castle Country and don t mind the beautiful drive to get there (1.5hrs for us from Utah County). Thanks for everything!

Best RV dealer in Utah. Drove from Colorado because this dealer is fair, honest and a great bunch of guys. Phil helped us the most getting our trailer ready to roll and Albert our salesman got us a phenomenal deal on 2024 Gray Wolf trailer. OUTSTANDING PLACE

I'm so grateful I got my RV from here! Our salesman, Stavros, was an amazing person to work with. He worked with us and guided us with full transparency and honesty. He made sure that everything worked properly on the RV, going above and beyond the entire time. I couldn't be more happy with the trailer.Thank you Stavros for all your hard work, and a shoutout to the service department for fixing the last minute issues I had!

Wow!That's all I can say about the personnel and my experience at Castle Country RV in Helper, Utah.Nick Ori, the salesman, is so competent and caring. He came in on his day off to help us out. He videoed the truck camper we were interested in. He has continued to reach out after we purchased the camper to make sure we made it home safely.Phil, the finance manager, is also competent and caring. He made the paperwork go fast and all was perfect without mistakes.Derek, in the service department, helped by installing the tie downs and guided us in putting the camper on the truck. He made sure it all lined up and was solid before we drove off the lot.Phil, in the parts department, is a nice, competent man as well. You will be 100% satisfied when working with everyone at Castle Country RV.

I love my new camper!! Nick with Castle Country RV was so great to work with. He answered all my questions and had great patience as I took my time to make my decision. I would definitely recommend Castle Country RV if you are thinking of buying a camper. I did tons of research on pricing all over Utah and hands down they had the best price of any of the other dealers.

Super helpful and easy to work with! From the owner Jason who I met briefly to the sales guys Doug and Austin I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Fast communication, not pushy, and I was out the door quickly once we found what I was looking for. Would 100% recommend and I'll happily give them more of my business!

Awesome experience working with Travis and the guys over at Castle Country. Travis was easy to communicate with and was able to work a better deal than what I originally was looking for - all via text messaging! Everything was ready to go when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new travel trailer; super easy transaction, in and out in record time. Seriously could not have been any easier.Friendly team, thoughtful thank you gift (yummy cookie/brownie treats in mugs) and the best starter kit supplied with my new purchase!! I ve purchased 4 RVs in the last 3 years from different dealers and Castle Country had the best customer service I ve experienced. #happycamper

Would I buy here again? Probably..At a glance the pricing is great and it was always service with a smile! However.. Proceed with Caution. After the fees and "Pre-Delivery Inspection" it may not be as great of a deal as you thought it would be. They seem to do a lot of out of state business and are willing to compete to get you in the door. We ended up agreeing to terms and taking the next steps in the purchase. As an out of state customer I was very clear with the terms yet there were many "miscommunications" along the way. There was some pressure to renegotiate terms but in the end they ended up honoring all of the promises made. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and it's probably the only thing that kept me together through the stressful ordeal. Lastly.. as in most cases.. I felt as if I knew more about the unit than the friendly face walking me through everything at delivery. Prepare yourself if you're a first timer. If the PDI was actually done on my unit; the service guy that completed it is due for a coaching session. 4 miles down the road at Walmart I turned on the water pump to find a steady stream leaking from the toilet supply line. There were also a few things that were obvious and should've been at least brought to my attention before I drove 10 hours. Minor dings & damage that should be covered by the manufacturer. At the end of the day I got a killer deal so I didn't mind putting an O-ring in the toilet line or a shim under the microwave. The friendly service, great prices and willingness to honor promises are big wins for this dealer.. However don't be afraid to stand your ground in a case of "miscommunication". Take detailed notes of conversations & save texts and emails. They will be helpful in you making your case if need be. Beware of the back end finance products like warranty & GAP. In my case they were about double what they were outside the dealer. It may be worth it for convenience & if you're local. Pro-tip: they are not willing to perfect a lien for out of state financing. Get yourself approved with their finance team and look at refinancing options after the sale if you're not happy with what you get at the dealer. Vote this review as Helpful and be sure to read the other not so amazing reviews. I found them to be a bit over the top in some cases but they are a more accurate representation than a lot of the 5-Star reviews. There's a great marketing team at work with the majority of the reviews you see here. All in all - as far as RV dealers go.. These guys aren't half bad. Be prepared and you'll get a great deal here.

We finally found the perfect toy hauler and an awesome TEAM to work with at Castle Country RV in Helper, Utah. Nick O. our sales representative was super helpful, knowledgeable and honest. His attention to detail & passion for creating a positive customer experience was unmatched. Also, shout out to Phil N. in their finance department & the technicians in the service department for their work during the process. We did countless hours of online research & visited 4 other RV dealerships in UT before deciding to do business with Castle Country RV in Helper. The 6 hour round trip for us was completely worth our time and money!

These guys are fantastic, they saved us after the other TWO dealerships screwed us over and sold the trailer that we put a full deposit on then refused to give us our money back. Nick not only brought a trailer down from Logan for us he found exactly what we wanted (I was very picky since we are living in it) and under our budget. David was extremely helpful with showing us how everything worked and made sure it all worked before we left with it. There're whole team is absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would recommend we will be buying there again.

Nothing but praise for Castle Country RV. We had looked had a few campers on their website and I submitted a form to request a little more information, Dakota promptly called just a little while after I had submitted the information online, he was happy to answer any questions I had on the camper trailer we were looking at. He asked if we would like to come take a peek at it and I told him we were a few hours away but we could definitely do that, he was more than willing to help us and very accommodating to our needs. We took the drive out there and we're immediately greeted. Dakota was happy to show us the couple campers that we had initially looked at and a couple others that we may be interested in. We ended up going with a little nicer one that he showed us than the couple we were initially looking at. The whole process was great Dakota helped with everything no pressure at all and answered all the questions we had. We went up on a Saturday and purchased it and then came back on Wednesday and finished all the paperwork and the camper was ready to go, cleaned up and everything. After the paperwork was finished they showed us everything front to back inside and out and how everything worked. They also said if we ever had any questions on how things work or anything like that we could call them and they could walk us through anything that we needed. If we ever need another camper in the future or anything we will definitely be making the drive back and we will strongly recommend anybody go there and see them if they are in need as well.

Great team all around! Thank you Travis, Nick, Matt, and the service guys. You went above and beyond to get us our trailer.Story:We stopped by in January looking at Travel Trailers. I contacted them to make sure they had the models we were looking at since they are an hour drive away from us. Spoke to Nick and he was very helpful. We had an idea what we wanted, 2 models, a Rockwood Geo Pro and Mini-Lite, but had never seen the specific models in person. When we arrived Nick was helping another customer so Travis (GSM) stepped in and helped us out. He showed us the 2 models we wanted to see. After walking through the Mini-Lite we decided to get one. We decided to add a couple things and ended up ordering a new one and Travis helped us get the features we wanted. They said it should be ready end of April due to COVID (8 weeks) vs 6 weeks typical. We were ok with that, we didn't want it hanging around in our driveway before we could use it anyway. However, April came and went, and no trailer. Despite our weekly calls Nick and Travis would relay any information they could and were very helpful. It was a long wait, not anyone's fault, just bad timing. Finally mid July it arrived. I don't think we'd do it differently. We got all the features we wanted. It arrived on a Saturday so I planned to go dow the following Wednesday to sign and pick up the trailer. There was a bad part that showed up during their walk through. They ordered the part and it was supposed to arrive Wednesday morning, so I still went down. While I was onsite to sign paperwork and take delivery. The part hadn't arrived by lunch. I decided to setup the WDH and get everything ready any way. Nick was very helpful getting everything setup and getting the hitch configured to match the trailer and my truck.Nick offered to deliver the trailer himself as soon as it was replaced. Fortunately the part arrived while I was still there and they swapped it out. I was able to take the trailer home with me.Our experience with Castle Country was very positive. Even the finance guy, Matt, was helpful explaining all the different "additional services." I never felt pressured into deciding on any extras.I have to say the service guys were great too. They dropped what they were doing to get my trailer ready when that part arrived. Even though I was messing with the level while setting up the hitch.

We live in Colorado and bought an RV from this location last year. Our Tags expired in November, it's now March 2024 and the dealer still has yet to provide the docs to the State of Colorado DMV and we are accruing fee's on the expired tags. The dealer does not care and just says to keep calling their other location which is not a fix in my opinion. I would not buy from this place ever again.

The Dometic fridge in my Airstream broke and I called to order a replacement. I was told they have a direct replacement and parts billed my card $3,200 on 10/13. Parts contacted me a few days later to tell me that the fridge was actually not available. I told them that was fine, just to refund my card. They ran a refund, but instead actually billed my card again for another $3,200 so up to $6,400 now. I told them no big deal, but please refund me the $6,400. That was on 10/18. It is now 10/27 and I haven't seen the refund so I contacted parts again. They told me that "everything has to be approved by the owner of the company and he has been in Oregon". They then told me to "reach out to accounting on Monday" to see if they can solve my problem. I told him it is not my job to reach out to the accounting department, and that it should not take over 10 days to refund the $6,400 they took from me.

I highly recommend Castle Country RV-Helper. We are first time RV owners and bought it online! All thanks to Phil Noyes who was patient with all our questions and consistent since day one of inquiry. Manager Matt was also transparent and honest towards the finance aspect. Overall, very satisfied!

Albert let the toy hauler speak for itself! He didn t use aggressive sales tactics. Phil was very efficient. We appreciated not having to sit around the office, waiting for financing. When we went back to sign papers, everything went very smoothly. Tristan was very patient and ensured our towing experience would be a good one! I would recommend Castle Country RV to anyone shopping for a camper!

Castle Country RV ~ Helper, UT: Where do I start? I was shopping around for a new or used GeoPro 19FBS when I came across Castle Country RV in Helper, Utah. Marty responded to my email within minutes, and he was so helpful throughout the entire experience. I told Marty what I had in mind, and he informed me that he could get that for me at the price I was looking for, but I would have to wait for my trailer, and that may take two-three months. As the weeks went by, I would email Marty from time to time to see if we were getting closer to delivery, and every time, Marty returned my emails timely and with great kindness. Marty called me right away when my trailer came in, so I quickly made my plans and hit the road to Utah from California. Once I got to Castle Country RV, everyone was so helpful and so kind. After driving all night, it was 8:30 in the morning when I pulled into the parking lot; they were finishing the prep and detailing. Boy, it sure did look nice! Once they were done, they gave me time to look through the trailer by myself before I had my complete walk-through. Dave did a fantastic job explaining every gadget and went through every nook and cranny, front to back. I had a few questions here and there, and I even had to have Dave repeat himself a few times, but he never seemed to mind. Dave was very thorough and very detailed, and he did it all with great patience! Dave is a wealth of information! The finance guys were very knowledgeable as they walked me through the many additional options they had to offer. I think they were a little disappointed once or twice, but I never felt pressured into purchasing any extra s I didn t want/need.When it came time to hook up my trailer, Bronson and Hagen were more than impressive! They were quick, kind, and very detailed as they worked. I needed a brake assist added to my truck, as well as the sway bars. Once everything was installed, the two young men showed me how to work everything, lock things down correctly, and work the sway bars and the brake assist. I m new to it all, and they took the time to explain everything to me in great detail.Overall, Castle Country RV, in Helper, Utah, has a great team, and purchasing my trailer from them has been a GREAT experience! Thank you, Marty and everyone, for your help, patience, and your genuine kindness. You all made this a very positive experience for me!Thank you, guys!I LOVE MY TRAILER!

Our experience with Castle County was HORRIBLE. It started out okay, their prices were great. Albert the salesman, was great. BUT the service department was terrible. The PDI was not done properly, we had a lot of major issues with the new camper they sold us. They didn't take our issues seriously. Service dept didn't resolve the issues. When I spoke to the general manager Dakota, all he did was belittled me. I made a complaint with their parent company, Haugen RV group they did nothing but refer me back to Dakota. He eventually gave us a partial refund for the PDI, but he said we were never to contact them again and they would no longer work on our camper.Annette

Bought a used camper, in April 2023. It is now January 2024 and I m still unable to put plates on it. Getting the title was nothing short of a nightmare. I have spent at least 15 hours, which has consisted of 5 trips to the DMV, countless phone calls, to the dealership, their title department AND Jason Haugen the owner-and to date I am STILL unable to put plates on my camper. I have contacted the AG and the DMV in Utah as well. I would ask them to provide proof of ownership before purchasing any used item on their lot. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere and I would also recommend telling them why if this review effected your decision. Bad business practices!!!Lisa Cothrun

My wife and I purchased a new Rockwood 5th Wheel from Castle Country RV - Helper and were impressed with the process. Our salesperson, Nic Ori was great to work with. David Johnson who did our walkthrough took a lot of time with us and answered a lot of questions. The service techs helped me set up the hitch and get our 5th wheel on the road for the first time. Their staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help make our experience a good one. I would highly recommend making the drive to Helper to chat with these guys in you're in the market for an RV.

Albert helped us find the perfect RV! He did such a great job at matching us with something that fit our budget and needs without trying to upsell us to something we didn t want. He helped us have a smooth and easy experience buying our first travel trailer. Phil was also a great help with financing. The whole team was very helpful and educational. They gave us a full walk through and training on how our trailer worked so we could be confident using it for the first time. We live an hour away from them but it was well worth the drive! They were very accommodating. I d recommend them to anyone looking to buy their first trailer or upgrade!

I enthusiastically recommend Nick Ori at Castle Country RV in Helper. If you are thinking about purchasing a travel trailer and don t know where to start Nick is a great listener and has a vast knowledge of the industry with the benefit of also having been a service technician. Unlike other sales people I have met Nick has a sincere interest in helping you find the trailer that is the best fit for your family, activity and situation. Its like stepping back in time with the considerate, courteous service! The selection is varied and their prices are cheaper by far than Parris RV!

I am not sure where or who the people are here giving 5 stars.I bought my trailer from Alex at the RV show. I was promised a new trailer and paid the new trailer price. We do the walk through and it looks like the same trailer with the sales stickers still on it. We ask and he says no its not the same trailer. The guy who did the walk through said that the trailers that come back from the shows are in way worse condition so this one couldn t be from the show. COME TO FIND OUT, it was the trailer and when I questioned ALEX he told me Utah was a buyer beware state and they couldn t return it one week after getting it. Then the microwave falls out and the slide doesn t go out.To their credit they only had my trailer from March 6th to may 5th and they fixed it. We went camping once and today, a holiday weekend, the slide will not go out again. When we call today they DO NOT HAVE A SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I am beside myself.I bought this for my wife.I wanted to be her hero and buy something she always wanted. This has been a wreck from the start and dishonesty from this company. THEY WERE RIGHT, BUYER BEWARE OF THESE FOLKS.
