Mitch and his crew are the best! They have a deep and very through knowledge of the auto body and the best possible way to repair vehicle to a condition that is better than before your collision. This is the only place that I have taken my car on any of my family's vehicles and my clothes personal friends I highly recommend using Rocky Mountain Collision

They did an excellent job on my XC 60 Volvo. Because we had insurance issues we ended up having to do the cost out of pocket. They helped me research what I needed to look for with used parts. Then were able to match up the doors and mirror I found to fit my car for a great price. Thank you!!

I had a car accident and took my car at their shop to get it repaired. They estimated around 7 weeks and I left it there in November and got it back in February. Lots of phone calls back and forth. I would say they did a good job but I m never gonna use their services anymore just for the long wait and very rude receptionist whenever I would call. Car was also very dirty inside, not sure If i can get the stains out and its gonna need detailing and professional cleaning. I would honestly avoid this shop, unless you dont mind and won t need your car back for half a year.

Mitch is so amazing. He is kind and gets things done asap! Lyn , the estimator is prompt at getting estimates quick. They are helpful friendly. And over all they do an excellent job with any vehicle. Ok experience here. Got my vehicle in to the shop later than scheduled (7 weeks instead of 6) slightly over the original estimate (no big deal) and took longer (5 days instead of the 2-3 that I was originally told). Also asked if they would buff out some marks in my clear coat and they wouldn t do it. Which I thought was odd. Overall just glad it s over. Also do not rent from the enterprise next door if you can help it. Very high prices and my car reeked of stale cigarette smoke.

I got into a wreck in the start of December and was told they were very busy so delays would last until the 1st week of january. Many delays later the car was not ready until the second week of February, after my rental car coverage was long out. They did not call to notify of the delays and would instead wait until I called to make different excuses. They get half credit because the car was repaired to a satisfactory condition (although still missing small comsetic parts) when I eventually got it back and they let me pick it up on a day they were closed as someone was there doing paperwork. Friendly staff but just biting off more than they can chewEdit: found out the alignment never got fixed after the accident. Caused my tires to blow. Could have gotten seriously hurt. Would never ever recommend this shop

These guys are the BEST! I took my '91 Firebird to them and needed it fixed up ASAP for a trip to Idaho. They came in early and worked late a few days and got it done. The car was amazing and they even took time to wash and vacuum it. I have had a lot of work done on my cars, but have never experienced such caring and attention to detail. I hadn t had to use a body shop since I moved here and hadn t any plans to, as I am very happy with my place back home. However, that changed when someone t-boned me. I was forced to choose a shop to secure an estimate for insurance. I chose Rocky Mountain Collision simply for my convenience. I m so glad I did.As it turns out, my car was totaled. However, I could still drive it, except the small triangle window in the back of the passenger side door was busted out. Upon returning my car from the estimate, Lynn had secured it with window film. I decided to keep the car, and I am currently on my third window film, as Lynn continues to replace that for me when it deteriorates. I am so gracious for his small kindness. I have been able to get the life out of the car that I have coming to me. (17k more miles and still counting!)Most recently, I brought my new car to him because some boneheads have dinged my drivers door. Lynn took a minute out of what he was doing when I walked up and talked me through an estimate. When delivering it, he also brought out some buffer compound and did the best he could to minimize the visibility of the damage. He carefully explained very honestly all my options, and I would recommend him to anyone. I look forward to continuing to do business with him-although I dare say not much more. (Knock on the wood!)

They were booked out about 6 weeks after a bad snowstorm. So glad I waited... they did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. Good work does take time, and these guys are great at what they do

I had a bumper replaced on my truck. They did a fantastic job and it was all done same day. The price was comparable to the other estimates I got from other businesses so I was very happy.

They do good work, the front desk people are super nice. My only complaint is that both times I used them, and when my friend used them they ordered the wrong parts and it took longer than it was predicted.

Make sure you call first to find out how far backed up they are. I was in today (10/9) and the earliest they could start was 11/21 !!!! Good estimate was created by Lynn, he has the digital prowess to process claims from Esurance as efficiently as possible. But I should have asked how backed up they were prior to going thru the estimate effort. My bad ...but I wish they would have offered this info to me first thing, I never expected they would be backed up so much!

First of all, Rocky Mountain Collision is a collision repair shop. Not necessarily a restoration shop. Second, they stand by their work and will go a long way to address your concerns. They are generally very busy, so be persistent if you need to get a hold of them by phone. They definitely have a very personal feel.

Super friendly, estimates super expensive. I'm not sure how thier work is. Possible that exspensive everywhere. I'm not sure how many stars to rate them because they haven't done everything for me. So I will give them five for being frindly.

Never going back! They are awful! They had my car for over 2.5 months after I was told 3 weeks at the most. Got it back and it still was not fixed! Do not waste your money!

These guys do great work and they are very friendly and easy to work with. There is even an enterprise rental car location on site.
