Visited on a Friday in a last effort to find some small parts locally. I had already stopped at every other powersports store in the area except here. Not one store had any of the parts I needed to get my bike running on a powder weekend and I was convinced this store wouldn t have them either but they did! Not only did they have the couple small parts to get me running but also the upgrade parts I was convinced were going to have to be ordered through the manufacturer. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. I actually left feeling like I made a friend that day. Ever since this has been my go to shop. Such a relief knowing there s people still operating a business like a business and not just a place where you have to go there with all of the research done and then exchange money for parts. Thanks Powerchicken!

Collin has been our go to guy for a while! He s now got a bigger shop and a couple of great guys helping him out to keep up with the high demand of good mechanics and solid customer service. Power Chicken is always fair, honest and takes the time to really explain everything.

Bought a 2004 KTM from them and they ve been super helpful through the whole thing. Unfortunately the crank seized a few hours into me riding it, but because I just bought it from them they helped me out a ton with the rebuild and price. It was a bummer situation for both of us, but I have huge respect for Colin as a business owner and I ll definitely be coming back and referring people to him

Collin and his staff were great. I did a lot of research before I bought a TM 300FI from them. They were the most knowledgeable shop I have talked with by far. They thought of things I hadn't and really looked out for me. They made sure I got what was needed and at a great price. I live an hour and a half away but it's worth the drive. Thanks guys!

Collin and Travis are THE best powersports dealer and service center in the Wasatch. They dropped everything when i was in a jam with my Polaris Ranger that i use as a snowplow to get out of my house in the winter. With a big storm approaching Collin got me back up and running just in time. I will be a customer forever. These guys rock!

Amazing group there! I drove by their place to and from work and finally stopped by to check it out and these guys were awesome! They showed me around, answered all my questions, and gave me so much advice. They even stayed after hours to talk to me about themselves and what they do, what I could do with my bikes, and just to share some laughs. I didn't spend a bit of money with them but they were willing to give me a 5 star experience! Go stop by and check them out it's worth it I will for sure be spending my time and money with them.

Dropped off street bike tires to get mounted and balance. They had them changed in about 20 mins super fast.

I have been doing my homework on a few different brands. Heard about TM lately and that they are a quality build, and by hand at that.Couldn't believe there was a dealership in Heber Ut selling TM motorcycles. Stroke of luck allowed me to pay them a visit.Collin is one of the most knowlegeable shop owners I have met. I can usually tell a b.s'er. Whats more he took the time to help me understand everything I asked about the bikes and not once did he seem irritated at my questions. I was just glad to talk that much about one of my favorite hobbies.I just want to express my appreciation for the knowledgeable discussion and answers (maybe he wouldn't want this known) even after closing time by over 30 mins.This is one we want to keep around. Send them all the business you can, I know I will. I'm really excited to pick up a quality built motorcycle that I don't have to modify as soon as I get it home.Thank you very much Gentlemen.

Collin is the man! He will do whatever it takes to get your machines fixed as soon as possible If you want parts he gets them faster than anyone. I needed some oil and race fuel for a snowmobile trip. Everyone in town was 2-3 weeks out. I called Power Chicken Off Road and they ordered and had my supply s in 2 days.

Horrible experience. They took 5 times longer than they said it would take. Never kept me up to speed. I had to check in to keep them working on my bike. Said I had to pay them to keep my old carburetor and they scratched my fresh custom paint job. They were upset with me because I was discontent with their horrible service. Oh and I paid them to mount a tire that has a very significant wobble. They didn't even tell me about it. Just hoped I was the only blind person riding a motorcycle .

My son in law and I were on a ride from Provo to Wyoming when the clutch cable broke on our KLR650 in Heber City. The local dealer couldn't help us and then we found Powerchicken Off Road. The owner found an old 650 with a blown engine. He removed the cable, brought it to the shop and they put it on for us. They were super busy, but took time out because they wanted to help. I will be taking all my bikes to them from now on. Super nice guys! Great mechanics!

These guys are awesome! They do great work and are super friendly. They are busy as can be so plan accordingly. But as far as a good moto shop these are your guys!

Collin is extremely fair and helpful. He helped fix some issues that my snow bike was having that other shops weren t capable of fixing.
