They were extremely helpful when I went in today. I have almost 0 car knowledge, so they even changed my brake lights for me. The guy helping me (his name was Lucas) was extremely patient and helpful! Thank you to Parker as well for being extremely friendly!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Kari specifically assisted me with a new headlight a few months ago, and then again today for the replacement tail lights. I will continue to shop here for any car or motorcycle needs thanks to the great customer service I ve consistently received.Thank you Kari!!

I thought the people in ste store were extremely nice and helpful. Especially the employee named Lucas he helped me find the right parts I needed and his attitude was really nice mad me glad about that store

This is the only parts store I go to. I am a professional Auto tech and have been for 9 years. If you need expert advice ask for Adam or "parts Jesus" as he is now known.

I like OReillys. I am not sure what all the differences are between the 3 or 4 major auto part stores, but Oreilly seems to be pretty constant with parts in stock and lower costs

O Reilly in Heber is one of the best auto parts experiences I ve ever had they always go above and beyond all of my expectations and they can even find the hard to find filters for the heavy equipment that I deal with on a daily

Called 2 other auto parts stores and they couldn t be bothered to see if they had what we needed in stock. Called here and immediately found out they had what we needed. Needless to say they will be getting our business

Yes, it's an auto parts store. The do give great service to customers. Their parts are affordable and if they don't have it most of the time they will have it in a few hours...

The guy that helped me on August 23rd around closing time was amazing, eager to assist and determined to find a solution. He definitely went the extra mile and some by replacing my headlight bulb and even attempted to do the driver side as well but due to my fuse box not able to move out of his way easily and neither one of us wanted to cause more or bigger problems. He did the passenger side which was the reason for my visit. Every business needs more employees like him. Thank you again!!

O'Reilly's saved the day! They were super helpful when I was on crutches and unable to take care of an almost dead battery. After Auto Zone said they could install, no problem, I bought a new one online from them and drove half an hour out to Heber just to have them say they were too busy to install. It was getting dark, and I was starting to get really worried. I called O'Reilly's and they had the battery AND promised to install for my teenager. And they did! Thanks so much :)

I will never go to another auto parts store ever again. I have ALWAYS been impressed with O Reilly, their excellent customer service and especially since I m a woman who frequently walks into an auto parts store, I ve never felt demeaned or mistreated because of my gender.The last time I walked in, the manager Matt was able to help us out SO MUCH. We had a problem with our rotars and he was very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. His machine to level my rotars was broken so he helped give us new ones for a VERY good price.Even when I ve come in to check the codes on my check engine light or buy stuff to change oil I ve always had a good experience. Seriously O Reillys, keep up the awesome job

Worked with Kevin who helped me identify a proper tarp and strapping system for my F150 while traveling through Heber enroute to Flaming Gorge. Not only knowledgeable and personable but helped me get the new gear installed, awesome job Kevin, appreciate you!

I've been shopping at O'Reilly's for about 16 years they've always been great to make sure I get the parts I need and if they don't have them I typically can have them in about a day to two. The pricing seems to be right on. I like their loaner tool program it's been a great assistance to me in removing hubs or working on struts; It saves you 100s of dollars

My front headlight went out and I stopped in there a half an hour before closing and they had what I needed and also offered to install my light bulb. Kevin is a wonderful person and very eager to help me. I recommend this place if you want auto parts and great customer service.

Rude and condescending at the counter. They try hard to make you feel like you don't know what your doing while having very limited knowledge themselves. Not coming back.Update: Went down the street to Autozone where they were extremely helpful and had everything I needed. Im sure O'reileys had the parts too they were just too rude to work with me and make the sale.

6 Employees in this afternoon. I stood waiting for sometime, while the one and only employee at the counter, on the phone, was answering a question for a customer. I get that! But just behind the curtain are 4 employees, just standing and/or sitting there just chatting away. I asked if someone would mind helping me and I noted the facts as I saw them. There was no "Sorry, we didn't know you were there!" or any kind of customer recognition. The one guy who finally did come to the counter did so with contempt in his expression. O'Reilly, here in Heber City, is now last on my list of places to get parts and tools.

The two women at the counter were not wearing masks and I felt unsafe with them helping me. They directed me to what I was looking for but couldn t help me beyond that. I had other items that I needed to buy but I had to leave the store mediately because of the no mask ration during a Pandemic.

Went in to get new batteries on my truck at got sold the wrong ones by Matt and they claimed it was too difficult for them to change them for me. Went to AutoZone and They where more than willing to help change my batteries! When I went to return the batteries Matt was extremely rude to me. I will never go again. I don t recommend here for anyone!

Im at a loss for words, the type of attitude that some of these employees have is honestly indescribable. Recently some of my family members went in and came out feeling really frustrated because of how the employees treated them. The assistant manager was very kind over the phone and is working on a solution, I'm not happy with what happened.

Felt like all they wanted to do was chit-chat among themselves, never greeted me. Was in the store about 20 minutes before I walked up to the counter and still no acknowledgement. Will not go there again. Felt very unwelcome.
