My go to trailer store in Heber City / Midway valley. Lots of trailer parts and friendly / helpful / knowledgeable staff. Picked up a used Haulmark trailer from a family member and got all my lighting needs squared away at Mountain West. They also showed me how the trailer brake system is designed and how I may be able to adjust the brake tension.

Really great people at Mountain West Trailers. From the first person who answered the phone to the end of the purchase, everyone was pleasant and helpful. The pictures and description on the website were awesome. Drew did a great job answering all the questions I threw his way. They were more than fair on pricing, and gave great recommendations around questions I had. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Wonderful people to deal with and would recommend to anyone. I had an existing trailer I owned that I wanted a winch installed. I didn't exactly know how it was going to work but they exceeded my expectations especially with all the custom aluminum welds they had to do to make it happen. True creative professionals that are amazing at their craft, see pictures!

These guys rock. Bought a trailer here a couple of years ago. Needed a couple of grease zerks, couldn't find the right ones anywhere. They gave me new ones and the tool to thread the hole for them. Love the trailer as well. Really well built.

Drew was great to work with. Everyone that I met at this company were very inviting and professional. I stopped for about 15 to 20 minutes and picked out a dump trailer and they sent me all the documents to apply for the financing so that I could fill it out in between my appointments. Once approved I scheduled a time to swing back by a few days later and I was another 10 minutes or so to drive away with the trailer. These guys are very fast and value your time. I would highly recommend Mountain West Trailers in Heber City.

This is the third trailer I ve purchased from Chad and his group. They ve worked on my trailers and I ve purchased trailer related items from his business. Pulling my travel trailer, I almost lost my hub. I worked directly with Jim Phillips, who worked with his co-workers, to fix my hub and spindle, and a couple other things I needed fixed. Jim and staff were so professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I also thought I was charged a fair price for their services. I highly recommend Mountain West Trailers to all.

Highly recommend Mountain West Trailers in case you run into any RV or trailer issues while on the road or live in Heber. My family and I ran into an issue where the brakes on our trailer went out on a road trip where we were 800 miles from home. I spoke to the fantastic team at Mountain West Trailers and they had me come in right away and see if it was a fuse issue on my van. It wasn't, so they needed to look at the trailer. We were staying just down the road at an RV park and they fit us into their schedule, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a few hours and we had the trailer back at our campsite for a BBQ with friend later that evening. Also, i was very pleased with the price charged. In these days of feeling gouged for every little repair on RV's, it was a pleasant surprise to have great and timely work done for a very fair price. Thanks to the team at Mountain West Trailers for making the rest of our road trip go smoothly with piece of mind!!!

I had an excellent experience at Mountain West Trailers. I had the opportunity to work with Michael and Chad on purchasing my trailer. Every step of the process was easy and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, or pressured in any way. Their prices were very competitive with other dealers I looked at but the customer service was far above the rest. I will definitely be making future purchases from these guys and I strongly recommend you do the same. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommended Mountain West Trailer. The buying experience was hassle free, the staff are so courteous and professional. Well worth the four hour trip. Very happy with the new Echo trailer. We will be back!

Great experience, all the way around! Easily located the right trailer, first using Google to locate an aluminum trailer dealer, then quickly narrowed down to my new cargo trailer with torsion axles. A quick call resulted in confirmation that the website details were correct, followed by making a token deposit to hold it for a few days. Drove in from Wyoming 3 days later, wrote the check and drove away within a half hour, trailer in tow.We re loving the lightweight 2022 CargoPro Stealth 7.5x14 enclosed trailer, especially loving its ease in towing by an average vehicle.

By far the best customer service experience we have ever had with a trailer dealer. We have had to call twice in regards to mistakes we made registering the trailer we purchased from Mountain West. Both times staff went above and beyond to help us, when they didn't have to. They are quite a drive from us, but future purchases l, we are willing to drive the extra hours for such a great quality experience.

Wow don t know where to begin their whole team had great service attitudes and were spot on getting all my requests filled and even reversed an item (I changed) with a smile!! Sure wish all other service businesses had quality service and unlimited willingness to help me out any way I was in need of! Wonderful friendly warm and will do whatever it took! They will NOT disappoint you!!! May they continue in prosperity of life!!

Simple quick and easy. Made arrangements before hand and they had the trailer ready to go. Couple signatures and I was on the road. Worth the drive for the right trailer. This is my second trailer purchase from these guys. I ve owned many types of equipment trailers. Got tired of the limitations of tilt decks. Rampage ramps are the way to go.

I purchased an Echo 19 Elite trailer from Mountain West Trailers. I worked with Mike, the owner. I looked at several types and brands of trailers from many dealers and found Mike to be the most helpful offering the best value and was willing to order me a trailer that he did not have in stock. I have dealt with Mountain West for parts and maintenance for several years, this was the first trailer purchase from them and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great price, over the top customer service and great product. I consider the purchase a true value. I ordered the trailer with a tongue and under deck box, dual axles, ramps and rear gate ramp, plus mounted tie downs which I LOVE. I hauled a Yamaha Viking and a 4 wheeler on my first trip with the trailer. It pulled perfect, it felt nice behind my Duramax, Freeway speeds up hills down hills and in some wind Utah canyons. So functional and easy to load/unload and work with. If you are looking for a trailer don t forget to visit Mountain West!

Mountain West Trailers did a great job for us. They were extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. They were very honest and worked to get us the best trailer for our needs. We purchased an enclosed cargo trailer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer. We drove from Salt Lake City and it was well worth the drive. It is great to see companies with high moral values and an attitude of service succeed,

I was able to work with Chad and Michael they got me a great trailer at a very fair price! I have since referred many others to them and they have had a great experience as well. Plus returned to add some additional things to my trailer. Great service and great people.

Had a friend recommend mountain west trailers, he has about 6 of these same trailers. Went over there and was blown away by the service and the overall experience. Fast, great prices and the most insane trailer warranty I have ever heard of...3yrs on an equipment trailer that gets beat up everyday?!?!? Amazing. Also 1yr road side assist. Crazy good. Super excited to put the trailer to work every day. Will shop here again for sure.
