Do they care? When I got my car back they broke one of the wheel covers, they're not cheap $169 and they under inflated the tires too at 35 psi, car is minimum 42. However they would not replace it, they said it was already broken on a brand new car. How's that possible when it started flopping around when I left the lot? Then they tell me after two weeks after booking an appointment that it's an extra $200. $500 to do a winter tire swap! Just go to SLC, they're cheaper and competent.

The Les Schwab tire center in Heber City Utah is awesome. They take the best care of me and my dump trucks. Also when I bring a car in. Todd the manager, the girls at the counter and the technicians are super great they know me and my tires and what I have and need. Give them an extra star.

Management is terrible. I bought 4 new tires right before winter and we had one bad tpms sensor on the car they didn t have any tpms sensors in stock at the time of getting tires replaced. So they ordered one in for me and quoted me $68.62 and said all the other sensors were fine just needed to get the one replaced. A few months go by they called and said the sensor came in so I took vehicle down to get the sensor replaced so I could get the tpms light to turn off and so I can make sure tire pressures stay good so we don t ruin our 4 brand new tires that we just bought. They pull the car in to take care of the one sensor and then proceed to tell me 3 more sensors are bad and that it will cost $191 to replace them. I asked them what happened because they was fine before the tires got replaced just one of the 4 was bad and know out of the blue 3 more are bad it if very very very uncommon to loose that many sensors at the same time. So I talked to the manager and asked him if he would be willing to pay for 2 and I would pay for the other 2 because 3 sensors got damaged at the time of the tires being installed he told me it happens all the time and he couldn t do anything about the cost of the sensors and the only thing he would be willing to do is take the $20 dollar labor fee off. I used to work for Les Schwab from 2004 to 2009 and the company was always very customer driven and did everything in there power to make sure the customer was satisfied. Where has that gone. Especially when the sensors were fine before the tires got changed and bad afterwards and I didn t asked them to take care of the entire cost like I should have I just asked them to meat me in the middle and they wouldn t even think or even consider it witch is very bad customer service after sending customer to them for over a decade and always telling them that lesschwab is amazing and always stands behind there work and take care of there customers to take all your cars there for tire needs to get treated like this. I will definitely be thinking twice before I send another customer there which is sad because it is all over a measly $80 but it s not the money that s the issue here it s the lack of customer service.ESPECIALLY FROM A MANAGER

Bring my car for change oil, I also asked to check the engine and cabin filter, I have the parts for replacement. They called me and said the filter is just a little dusty and they clean it instead replacing it. I know it s dirty because I haven t been changed for several months. The next day I bring my car to a mechanic, I asked again to check the filter if it s clean. 1st, The mechanic found out they over fill the oil in my car and it can ruin my car, my mechanic drain the extra oil. He checked the filter and it was dirty, he even showed me the old filter how dirty it was. So they never do what they supposed to do and they said they did checked it. I even asked to check the break, alignment, strut/suspension they said on report everything is fine, now I don t know if I am going to believed that they really check it or maybe not. as I driver we rely on this kind of service so we know that our car is safe while driving on they road especially winter time. If they don t do their job correct and don t tell us the truth we can end up in car accident.

Mismanages expectation, not helpful. I called the service desk in the phone stating that I had a tire that was loosing air and while we had the car being looked at that we should do an oil change at the same time. The individual on the phone said if you bring it in now then we can have it done by the end of the day. I never received a phone call that day with an update on the status of my car. I called the next morning and they said that they hadn't gotten to it yet but that they would have it done in the next hour to hour and a half. Three hours later I walked in to pick up the car and it was untouched. When I asked the counter attendant when I could expect the car to be done they started telling me that they had cars coming in and out of the garage all the time. That's wonderful news but gives me no timeframe on when I can conceivably expect my car to be finished. Thanks but no thanks. I'll find a shop that takes care of their customers.

I had a tire blow out up Heber Canyon. I got a ride (with my tire/wheel) into town to Les Schwab from a very blessed older couple from Vernal. Todd and his team were AMAZING! They took excellent care of me and accommodated me in such a professional manner. They literally went above and beyond. Todd is the right man for the job in creating a feeling that, we as the customer, matter. Todd is a "Class A" guy, and incredible representative of Les Schwab! The way he and his team cared for and took care of me, is earning of positive "word of mouth" representation. I will send everyone to Todd at Les Schwab! Todd is very deserving of whatever Les Schwab provides for future opportunities and growth in the company. I would be so proud to have him represent my company the way he represents Les Schwab! Thanks Todd!

I had a screw in my tire. They worked my car into their very busy schedule. The facility is super nice as is the staff. Highly recommend.

Would not recommend even simple services performed at Les Schwab Tire Center. I had to swap a winter set of wheels + tires for an all season set of wheels + tires and had a very bad experience for three reasons:1. Safety: Tires in front and rear positions did not have appropriate amounts of air. Likely they didn't check the air pressure of the tires at all and what you brought in is what you get. Make sure to check your air pressure after getting service here or it can be a safety issue while driving.2. Tire Maintenance: Front + Rear tires had different amounts of tread on them, and the techs mixed them when they put the set on. This will cause unnecessary wear on the tires going forward. Good business model for Les Schwab to sell you more tires but bad for you.3. Pricing: Swapping wheels + tires in my experience typically costs ~$75-100 and ~$100 is what they'll charge to swap + balance if you ask them. Unfortunately if your wheels are 18"+ they charge you $200 which is expensive in my opinion. Make sure you're very clear on exactly what you need or you might be surprised at the charge.In full disclosure, I did call the manager to complain and he offered to fix it which is nice, but we're shipping the car out so will not follow up on that offer. If you choose to use this service, make sure to look out for the points above!

I have been getting my 4runner and Wrx serviced here for a couple of years. Very friendly staff but I have encountered the following issues. Had oil changed in the wrx when I got it back I had an oil leak, took it back and was told there s no issue, took it back again after a couple days and they replaced the oil plug, fixed the issue. This also happened again the next year, had a leak after getting an oil change and had to go back a few days later and wait 1.5 hours for them to replace the drain plug. Took 4runner in for oil change after I picked it up the red oil light was on and the engine sounded like it was running rough, checked oil and it seemed to have barely any oil in it. Took it back the next day and had to sit for 2 hours til they filled it with oil again. Opened the hood a two days later to find an oil can wedged under oil filter (pic attached). Maybe I m just unlucky but it seems that they need some quality control. I will have to find another shop to service my vehicles.

Terrible customer service. Tire warranty is not worth it and coverage is minimal. Will never buy tires here again. This is not the only location that I have been to and been disappointed.

I am so happy with the customer service and care I received here at Les Schwab in Heber. I especially want to thank Madi at the service desk. She was so helpful in getting an awesome set of American Racing wheels ordered for my truck and kept me updated the whole process. Then the installation was seemless and overall just really happy with their whole team! Thanks again!

We were at Strawberry backing down the boat ramp with a completely flat rear tire. We were able to air up the tire and found a screw in it. We had to get back to the Provo area. We timed the leak and figured we could make it to Heber. I was happy to see there was a Les Schwab in town. They got me in close to closing time and we made it home. Over the last few years with multiple cars and trailers I have been gravitating to Les Schwab because they have always treated me fairly. This flat on this vehicle came from a competitor. The only reason this set of tires didn't come from Les Schwab was because I had to replace them in an emergency in a town that didn't have a Les Schwab. Keep up the good work.

Got brakes with a 3 year warranty on Dec 9 22 days later this is how they look. Went in and was rather rudely told I can go pay to have some other shop paint them but they won t do anything for it. So now I m stuck with them for 3 years. I realize this is not a functional issue but quite frankly, it looks completely terrible. It s also the 2nd time I ve had issues with brake quality/service from them. Fool me once I guess. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I didn't realize that my trailer had picked up a nail until I was loaded with a heavy load and all the way up in heber. It was 10 minutes to 6:00 p.m. which is when they close but I went in and they didn't even hesitate to help me get the flat patched up and send me on my way. They stayed about 15 minutes after they should have closed to help me out and I'm so grateful that they did so I could get safely back on the road. Thank you so much Les Schwab team!

Got a same-day appointment to replace a hub which was great. Even better was that the mechanic, Todd immediately identified another very dangerous issue that was undiagnosed by another mechanic shop. Todd gained my confidence by explaining and showing the issues to me. My truck was restored to safe operation within a couple hours and at a fair price. It s great to find a mechanic/shop you can trust.

Best tire experience of my life. I had a flat. And was fully ready to have to pony up for a new set of tires. They got me in right away, patched and tested the flat and let me know that my tires still had some life on them. All this free of charge! Are you kidding? I will definitely be buying my next set from these folks!

Les Schwab Tire Center provides quality service for Cars, Trucks and RVs. Their facility is clean and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who is having vehicle troubles.

Great experience and a big thank you to John at Les Schwab's Heber City shop for his great customer service last Friday. Happened to be out running errands and a nail lodged into my tire. Pulled in and John came over and then pulled out the nail.....only to discover it went through the tire and needed a patch. As a courtesy, he took care to remove the tire, patch it, and put it back on so I could get on my way....all within 15 minutes. I offered to pay but he wouldn't accept. Service like that doesn't happen very often....certainly will be back to purchase my next set of tires from Les Schwab.

Had a great experience again when I dropped my truck to get tire swap and full service for my 4Runner.Front desk staff has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. Same with the technicians who walked me through the work they did.They even stayed a bit after closing to help sort out an issue to make sure I felt good before my trip. Id say they went above and beyond to do that for me.Much appreciated and will continue to come back.

I was with a group of other customers waiting for the doors to be unlocked at eight am. Surprisingly, all of us had been processed and various services started by 8:07 am. The staff was hospitable, efficient and friendly. I was out in almost 1/2 the original time estimated at check in. I have and will continue to recommend the Les Schwabb facility in Heber City, utah.

I was treated like a valued customer! I was met at the door by an employee who promptly took care of me. He got my information and had me seated within 5 minutes. They took my car back for a tire repair. They were efficient and professional. They even corrected a mistake the dealship made. Huge fan!

I was staying at a rv park in Heber and needed to run down to Walmart to grab a few things for dinner. When my daughter and granddaughter got to the truck to leave my tire sensors told me that my front drivers side tire had suddenly went from 40 to 11 lbs of pressure. Thinking it was a miss read I pulled over to find it wasn t and my front tire had all of a sudden gotten a flat. There was a Les Schwab tire store in the same parking lot so I limbed over and went inside and asked it they could help. The lady behind the counter said they were not taking anymore appointments today so I went out and started changing the tire to the spare in their parking lot.A few minutes later, one of the mechanic came out and told us to go and wait in the waiting room and he could swap out the spare for us. After getting my daughter and granddaughter in the waiting room I went out and talked with him. Just so happens he had recently moved his family from Ogden area after prematurely selling his house and had been commuting from Ogden to Heber and he was living in the same rv park we were staying in . He offered to fix the tire and bring it home with him and drop it off at my site OR he said he would be in at 7am and I could bring the truck back then and he d switch it out. I opted to bring it back.Later that evening I ran into him again in the swimming pool with his whole family and he said he had gotten the tire fixed before leaving his shop that night and it was ready for me in the morning to pick up. Swing by at 7am this morning g and he had me back on the road 5 minutes later. I failed to get his name but he was a great help and a great employee. Thanks

We were traveling on vacation and our trailer looked low on air. I pulled into Les Schwab and asked if there was any way they could check the air. Liz gave me information not only about the bearings, but filled our tires with air and on our way in five minutes.Thank you Liz!

The most dishonest place in Heber. They sold me a tire that was the wrong size then wouldn't do anything. They said they knew size depends on the manufacturer but did not bother to tell me that before I bought the tire. Now I'm stuck with 1 tire that's 1" shorter than the others.

Awesome staff. I traveled here to buy a vehicle and this location did my pre-purchase inspection. They went through the vehicle a little over an hour, and explained everything thoroughly. The guy who did the inspections name was Paul, and did a good job explaining everything he checked and what he found. Les Schwab also didn't charge me for the service and explained it just something they provide to all their customers. I would definitely recommend this location if you have service needs.

I ordered 5 tires, went in to see if they had arrived, they had so I said I'd bring it in on Monday and asked if I should make an appointment. I was told not to, since the tires were here just show up. I did and was told it would be 3/12 to 4 hours, or I could make an appointment for tomorrow. Since I drove 20 miles, and had no intention of hanging out in Heber for 4 hours, or coming back tomorrow they now have five new tires, and I will find a new place to do business with.
