Used car shopping is akin to getting a root canal. Painful and something you don't want to do but you basically have to. I had been to 4 used car lots before this one and at those lots I was either exceedingly pressured, the vehicles were in questionable shape, or there were serious gaps in the staffs ability to get me into the type of vehicle I defined.At KM Heber there were no check engine lights on any of the vehicles and the staff were exceedingly accommodating. They basically pulled off a miracle in getting me financed on a vehicle (no seriously). I was able to get the vehicle within a price range that I had calculated to be appropriate. The staff were all very well dressed and professional. They also were able to keep a good balance with service on the busiest day of the week, Saturday. Office and premises were pristine. Great place, would definitely go back.

I feel like we got a good vehicle for a fair price. That s the only positive thing i can say about our experience.I do not feel like we were treated very well. It was definitely high pressure sales tactics. The sales person would not actually tell us the price of the vehicle despite asking several times, they kept talking about price per month instead.Then when we chose to get the vehicle we opted to buy the service package because we were told that it was good for oil changes and tire rotations for a couple years. Now we are being told that yes it s a two year plan but that only covers 3 oil changes within that two year period.Again i feel like we were not treated respectfully and we were misled on what we ended up with. Unfortunately with all of that i cannot recommend, buying a vehicle there. And as soon as i use up the 3 oil changes i already paid too much for, i will never take my vehicle back there for service either.

Our experience was wonderful ! Our initial contact Luka and then Quinn our salesman worked tirelessly for hours to find us the right vehicle at the right price. EVERYONE in the dealership was friendly and engaging. We definitely will go back there for any future cars and for service on our new vehicle.

Adding to this review, twice now my truck has been in the Service Department at Karl Malone and this review still stands. Thank You Wyatt for the great service!As a prior Master Technician and Service Advisor for Dodge/Jeep/Ram I was thoroughly impressed. Well ran, communicative and got my truck done ahead of when it was promised. I ve had friends use this service department and recommend them and I can say they will be my go to for both my vehicles.

I've bought/sold a total of 4 vehicles through Karl Malone CDJR now and have had service work completed as well. They are top of the top in my book, treating me fairly and following through on verbal commitments. It's rare to find a dealership that cares about your experience even after purchase.

We have visited Heber City s Karl Malone many times and we have usually been satisfied with the personnel and service. But this visit was handled by Gabe, our service agent. He is outstanding in so many ways. We randomly pulled in to the service bay as we had a weird smell and smoke coming from our 2019 Ram Laramie. Gabe came up to the truck to ask how he could help. He confidently named what he believed was the cause and we made an appointment for the service.Back in October 2023 we had the same situation of the smell and smoke and we went directly into Grand Junction Ram. Everyone in the bay could smell it but no one offered a possible reason nor did they suggest they look into it.Gabe nailed, we got it fixed and hopefully we won t have to ask another service rep what is going on. I was totally appreciative on our first encounter, with Gabe and left after the repair with a renewed sense of hope.Do yourself a huge favor and keep him around he has paid attention and uses his acquired knowledge to the customers benefit but represents Karl Malone Ram exceptionally.

Words don t express these fellas and the service they provide, I looked everywhere from Nevada to Wyoming and couldn t find a good priced working truck I felt confident in purchasing, was driving close to 10 trucks/day and was barely sleeping cause I needed a truck ASAP! But these guys/gals pulled through, wish I had known that the best dealership in from Nevada to Wyoming was literally an hour away from my house haha! By far the best dealership experience I have ever had! My sales rep was Jacob Anderson and man was he a stud, very nice guy really good at what he does. He didn t stick me in anything I couldn t afford like most other dealers would do. I honestly hate going through dealers they are mostly dishonest, pressure, and I ve never had one stick me in a vehicle of my expressed price range not a reasonable price for the vehicle mileage and condition. But Jacob stuck me in a truck that was in my expressed price range, didn t pressure me at all, very honest and would answer any questions I had to the best of his knowledge, the truck had great mileage and was in it condition (and that s before the detailing after the detailing HOLY SHMACK what a ride!) allowed us to really get the fullest of the experience and gained my trust and respect! The truck we drove had not even gone through detailing yet but it fit the description to what we were looking for PERFECTLY and Jacob seriously made the process so smooth and easy for us and did the best he could to get us in the truck optimal to our lookings, you can tell he goes above and beyond!! Couldn t thank y all enough for getting me hooked up in my dream truck and for the great price, I would highly recommend you go through Heber Carl Malone Chrysler and Dodge or at least seriously consider it! 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 flex fuel, have already put about 700 miles on it and suspect this truck will last a very long time and yes I got a 250 point inspection by bluestar they said it looks great! ( I understand it wasnt a dodge but this truck was gonna be shipped over to their Ford dealership so technically shouldn t have even been an option, but Jacob somehow made it happen, seriously WHAT A STUD!) - writing this at night but will make sure to get pictures in the morning and edit them in for y all (;

My truck was a nightmare situation. In an out of the shop for the past 3+ weeks, a whole list of parts that needed to be replaced in order to get rid of a code shutting down my vehicle. I was getting extremely frustrated in every way thinking I was getting taken advantage of. Every phone call I got back was for another code or another part that needed to be replaced to the point I didn t believe there was actually these issues going wrong with the car.Sam (service manager) worked extremely hard to get my vehicle back in running condition. He did everything he could to help me out. I walked in there today thinking these guys were just trying to make a dollar off of me. Sam explained everything and every step they went through. My opinion on this dealership has definitely changed after today. Thanks for taking the time in making me feel like I actually got the service I needed. Hopefully I won t be back anytime soon but in the future would recommend this dealership and service shop.

This dealership is the most efficient and professional dealership I've ever worked with. We bought a Gladiator and Gary the GM made sure everything went as smooth as silk. Rick the parts manager set it up with a lift, tires, and other custom additions. We just took it in for its first service and it was done so fast I couldn't believe it. While we were there we talked to Rick and ordered custom bumpers, a winch and several other things and the work will be done next week when the parts get in. Thanks to everyone there for such an efficient professional experience.

I purchased a used Ram from another dealer that ended up having an underlying issue 3 days in. After the original dealer doing their diagnosis and not being able to find or recreate the problem, I took it up to these guys. After wasting weeks of time with two other dealers, these guys were quick in finding the problem and making the repair. I haven't had problems since. Gabe and his service team were great to work with. Communication was professional yet common so I understood everything with no misunderstanding or questions that were left unanswered, and they completed diagnosis that others shouldn't have missed. I will be using Karl Malone's service department for years to come.

Hands Down THE BEST experience I ve had buying a new vehicle. Quinn and George were absolutely amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable and they went above and beyond. They were able to get me exactly where I needed to be payment wise and get me into my dream jeep. They also gave me top dollar on my trade in. Highly recommend.

We were in quite a panic when our van completely died. Luckily for us we miraculously managed to break down right in front of the Karl Malone dealership in heber city. The staff and technicians were very, and when above and beyond by finding the part at a cheaper price and proving us with a loner car so we could get a hotel etc. we are very grateful that we broke down when we did. Also the repair on the van was complete and thorough.

Turned on my AC first warm week of the summer and it was blowing nothing buy hot air!!! Ugg... called KMCDJR and they were able to spot diagnose it over the phone as likely an actuator, give me approximate quote, and schedule to have my vehicle there during our spring break. Came back from spring break to a clean car, vacuumed out and actuator fixed. Got updates along the way of progress and pricing was comparable to what they quoted me. Thank you KMCDJR!!!

Very helpful service operation. They found a problem different from the initial diagnosis and quickly kept me informed. Worked to cover a manufacturer design problem and treat me fairly. I appreciated their interest in doing what made sense. I recommend KM Ram.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Karl Malone car dealership in Heber. They sold me an unreliable vehicle and to top it off the temporary tag expired and they can t get me a license plate or title so it s been 4 days that we can t even drive it! To start off I go in and offer them what they were asking for the vehicle in cash and when we were signing paperwork they added $4000 to the price because I was paying cash not financing, which is a bait and switch. A slimy salesman thing to do.Then, after signing and paying for the vehicle, then they disclose that the key fob is broken to start it and that it s too bad I already signed that I m accepting it as. There was not even a back up key fob. So to use the vehicle, I had to go get a new key fob. Then a week later, the belt burns up.Then the next week, the steering column locks up, and I have to drive it home with a flathead screwdriver in the steering column in order to get it out of park and go get it fixed.Then the next week I start trying to get the license plate as the temporary is about to expire and I start getting a runaround saying they re trying to figure it out.Then the license plate expires and I can no longer drive the vehicle and they keep telling me the person in charge left early for the day or is it available and everyone is extremely rude telling me it s not their problem and trying to get me to go away, but I just want a working vehicle with a valid license plate. That is not that much to ask!So I would stay away from these guys if you would like to buy a vehicle that works and is legal to drive

Rick was able to order me the exact tire I needed after I had a screw in the sidewall of my tire!! Thankfully, he was able to fit me in, so I was able to drive my car. Wyatt also helper me and they were both amazing!!! Thank you for great service!!!

I had one time during a purchase, a small issue that was quickly rectified, but this time around where an item was clearly a warranty item on my new car. The dealership went out of their way to fix the camera under warranty, and within an hour of my arrival, even though I expected to have to come back to replace the camera they fixed it right away. Great job.

When I first came in, spoke to a guy that needs an attitude adjustment. He was kind of a jerk Saying, I was late for my appointment and actually I was right on time. Gabe is awesome. He took care of me like he always does. Had a surprise charge, and he took care of it. Thank you. Gabe keep up the great customer service! He is one of the main reasons I come there.

They did take a long time to do my oil change. Dropped my truck off at 11:00 and finally called them myself at 3:00 to see if it was finished. Overall, they did great. Just don't plan on waiting for your car.

Best experience I have ever had at any dealership in all of my years. Had the worst morning ever on my deer hunt up in the mountains, 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee with 50k miles freaked in the cold morning and would not start. Needed it towed to heber city. AAA tow driver shredded one of my tires. It got dropped off at this dealership and Matt in service was the most helpful human being I ve experienced in my life. 2 weeks backup in their service department and Matt knew we were in a really hard place that morning and jumped through hoops to get out situation resolved. He ordered a new tire and fixed the internal problems. I do not have to wait 2 weeks now and only a couple days for a new tire. Matt was unbelievably friendly and his customer service was through the roof. Matt deserves a huge raise and recognition. I will happily drive from my home in SLC to Heber City just to deal with Matt and the rest of the crew. Earned a customer for life today!

Terrible Experience. Purchased 2023 grand cherokee. Windshield cracked from spraying windshield washer spray in morning at 25 degrees after 90 days of ownership. Took in and explained what happened, told not covered under warranty. (Despite also purchasing a $3,000 extended warranty). The only follow up I got was to make sure I completed all surveys with 10's. Just amazed that customer service has gone down this bad... go to larry miller in sandy !!!
