The gentlemen who work at his location are always on point when it comes to fixing up my car. They'll do exactly what I ask them to do, and then they will bring up anything that might need to be looked at, but have always respected if I wanted to move forward with their suggestion, or put it off for another date. They have always been cordial and seem to be fair with all their endeavors. They can get tired, but they always have so many customers each day that I can understand it. You'll get what you need at this location in Heber!

Do you want absolutely everything they touch to be replaced with an impact driver? If not don t come here, a simple oil change I m trying to do myself has turned into a whole project because they insisted on using the impact to put the nut back in my oil pan, it should ve taken me all but 10 seconds to get it off and now I might need to get a new nut entirely because of their mistake.

Friendly, knowledgeable techs. The guy who helped me was asked to do an oil change and replace the brake pads, but the rotors needed to be replaced as well. He was very understanding about my financial situation and didn't push when I asked if it could wait just a couple of weeks, simply said yes and didn't make me feel like it was life or death. The oil change was quick and inexpensive. Very grateful for such an amazing tech.

I was getting a flat tire and pulled up to the front. Juan came and started helping me right away. I was so grateful for his reassurance and kindness. I was almost in tears when he came, and he could tell. He told me not to worry, and he would take care of me. The rest of the crew was so kind and thoughtful. Juan fixed my tire, and we made it home safely. I will definitely do my business with them.Thank YouNancy.

Pretty good service. I was fortunate to get right in. Usually I have them show me the dipstick and that the oil is changed because in times past (NOT at this location) that s happened.I am a high mileage user so maintenance is very important to me. Also I judge places based off of service l, cleanliness and value. It s not always easy getting the oil changed on a fleet service but this location was really good!

WOW, I took my car into Jiffy Lube yesterday for an oil change and they told me that my breaks were almost down metal on metal and that they could replace them for $450. I didn t feel good about it so I took my car into Highway 40 Garage today and they told me my breaks are totally fine and will be great for another 8 months. INSANE! There s a reason Jiffy Lube is known for dishonesty and ripping people off! Go to Highway 40 Garage in heber for ALL of you car things, they're so honest and great and they do oil changes.

Service tech, Lee, very helpful. Three service bays with adequate staff to promptly attend to our vehicle. There was no waiting when I arrived. Not sure if this location accepts appointments. Efficient and pleasant experience. The location also attractive as there is a terrific bagel and coffee shop a short walk while waiting for the vehicle service.Service: Oil change

Wow! Super impressed with this place! I used to come here with my older vehicle but ended up going to the dealership for service when I bought my new car up until today. This has been by far the best service I ve received for an oil change. These guys are dialed - I pulled up and was immediately greeted by the team, they then had an army of service techs inspecting my car, made suggestions on upkeep/walked me through everything, and I was out of there within 15 minutes. They are a well-oiled machine and provide great customer service. Thank you Lee, Juan, Jeremy, John and Team. Definitely recommend these guys. Thank you!

This place is FANTASTIC!I was traveling from St George and when up on the mountain got a rock in my break rotor shield. I knew if that is what is was it would be simple. Went in and got immediate attention from the staff. They helped me so quick and kindly I was shocked. This is a great place with very honest great people.Thank you for being there and helpful to get me home safe.

Jiffy lube has been a reliable place to have my oil changed and fluids topped off at a reasonable price.In addition, they top off the oil in my oldest car every 4 weeksAlways check for coupons, but they may find you one if, you forgot

My daughter is a student in Utah. We live across the country & she called us on a Saturday afternoon saying the car was overheating coming up the canyon. We had her stop at another shop in town & they just turned her away. We directed her to this Jiffy Lube. She told the front desk and he went right over to the service shop. A mechanic found the problem and in 10 min. had her on her way. We are beyond grateful. Over the phone we could hear how busy they were, but this shop gets 5 stars for going above and beyond. If I lived in the area I would highly recommend this shop.

These guys are absolutely Amazing they work so hard. They even discovered another shop ripping me off by over 1k. They have helped in emergency situations. Just wonderful. They are intelligent and really know their car. Even took my brother's Audi and they knew. Go to them you won't regret it. Stopped for oil change on my 2015 RAM ProMaster Diesel van Travato RV. Staff was arguing yelling at each other very loudly. NOT a welcoming environment. I Should have left immediately. Didnt have correct oil filter. Had to order it, lucky it was local. I'll never be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had an oil change a few weeks ago. Then noticed quite an oil leak a couple weeks after. The oil filter seal was leaking (damaged).They replaced the filter and topped off the oil, no problem. I almost always go to jiffy lube for oil changes. I ve been to MANY locations and they re always so quick and efficient. Every time I just stay in my car and I m in and out in under 15 minutes. I was shocked at the wait time at the Heber location. They had me get out of the car and wait inside (inconvenient with kids) ant it was almost an hour wait. There was only one car in front of me when I got there. I don t like leaving poor reviews, but seems crazy that it would take as much time as it did. Don t know if I ll be back to this location.

Friendly staff, kindly greeted upon arrival. Great service, dropped our car off with a pretty decent line in front. Quoted 45 mins and it was completed when returned in under 45 min. They notified us of a couple items but we re not pushy about having them completed on the spot. Will return to this location again for oil changes and other maintenance items. Meets all expectations for quick service and necessary maintenance. Thank you

I just need a couple of rock chips filled, these guys were great! Very efficient. There was no one ahead of me and I was out of there in 15 min. I'll be back.

My vehicle started losing horsepower and shaking as I was coming into town. I luckily saw Jiffy Lube and was just hoping for a diagnostic. Spencer checked out my vehicle and went on to determine what should be the proper steps for repair. He took his time, used his knowledge and determined the malfunction. The extra care and time was awesome and I couldn t believe how much above and beyond he went. I went in for an oil change. After their inspection they said I need new rear brakes. Said it would cost $450. I was shocked at the cost I let them do the oil change I took the car to a mechanic and learned that my brakes are fine. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again. This place is fantastic! I broke a serpentine belt near them, and they were able to fix it quickly. The staff was extremely kind and friendly and kept me posted through the whole process.
