Excellent customer service! A+++ The store manager checked my battery and alternator at no cost and helped me understand what might be going on with my vehicle. I appreciated his generosity with his time. Thanks so much guys!

Had to get new windshield wipers on a road trip and both employees who helped me were amazing! They were able to look up my vehicle s needs and out on the new wipers for me. A+ service!

Broke down in the parking lot and had to replace the alternator and battery both were bad, all the guys there were a lot of help and they loaned me all the tools I didn't have to do the job. I really appreciated all these guys did to help. Everything works great now.

respectfully, do not support this company. i refuse to share my name but i am an ex employee and have gone above and beyond to help customers, including traveling out of the city in my own car and out of my own pocket to help a customer who was stranded. this company have done NOTHING good for me. they pay their employees barely minimum wage. i was making only 15 an hour and was almost never allowed over time. they have defamed me and treated me and several other employees like garbage. they have accused me along with multiple other employees of theft with zero real proof. they lie about me and my former coworkers and are costing us future jobs. they refuse any pay raises to employees barely surviving paycheck to paycheck. not to mention how previous managers have treated customers, including laughing in their face, back talking customers, refusing help, and even cussing at children. And then there s the stock issue. they RARELY have what anyone is looking for. i cannot express how many times i have searched the store far and wide to find things that show in stock and are simply not there. i ve heard previous managers telling new employees to ignore stock issues. once again, respectfully, do not support this company. the sheer lack of caring is genuinely baffling.

Rob was amazing! He was able to solve the problem of the wrong wipers we had purchased. It took research and him checking out multiple items to find the perfect ones! Always going the extra miles for customers!

Visiting from out of town and needing to replace my coils. Ricky helped out quickly and professionally. Additionally he let me use a loaner socket as I was without tools. Top notch service. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Waste of my time. I called yesterday about getting a distributor cap/rotor and spark plug cables for my toyota. I was told they had 2/3 parts and would have the third delivered to the store tomorrow by 9 am. The guy on the phone took down my name. I show up to the store today and tell the man behind the desk what i need, telling him also that i called yesterday and verified the parts were available. The man (who moved in slow motion) shuffled around and eventually tells me they actually have none of the parts at the store and even that they have one of the parts in inventory but they couldnt find it. Waste of my time. 0/3 parts.

I would have gave them no stars if it would let me. My sister in law went on a long road trip alone, and stopped in here on her way back home to Colorado to get some windshield wipers as the weather was getting worse. She went in bought the wipers and was told by the staff member that someone would be going outside to help her install the windshield wipers, after waiting for an hour she went back in and decided to get some windshield wipers that she would be able to install herself since she had not received any help. Even after going back in and telling the staff member that nobody had gone out so she just needed to return the other windshield wipers and buy the easier to install ones, the staff did not offer to help or even apologize for the hour long wait which prolonged her trip even more and weather conditions had got worse. VERY disappointed in this place, when working in customer service you should always help out the customer no matter what especially when the business advertises those kind of services. Please train your staff better and I hope that the next time someone comes in needing help that they don't receive the same care that was given to my sister in law. Take some pride in your job.

Ricky D. was extremely helpful when I needed assistance with windshield wipers. Ricky was friendly and patient with my silly questions ( I know nothing about cars). I would recommend going to this store for your auto needs.

Excellent job! Needed last minute headlight repairs and the guy helped us install them and direct us on how to do it. Even in the cold weather! Very helpful and friendly!

Ricky, the store manage helped my husband and I buy the correct car battery. He took the time to go out to our car and look under the hood to make sure we bought the right battery and one that is just like the kind from our car dealer in SLC. This saved us a trip down to the valley!!! Ricky also exchanged the batteries for us. Unbelievable service in this day and age. We felt we could trust him because of all his experience. We will always go to AutoZone. Highly recommend this store for your car.

They are very helpful but....I bought an alternator from them and when I returned the old core, they rang it up as a $42.56 credit on my card (I put down the actual amount in my budgt). A month later, the credit still didn't show up, so I called and they said that hey have no record of it being returned. Nothing I can do about it since I tossed the receipt long ago. Oh well.... I guess you should keep those receipts!

Dakota, the presumed manager or supervisor was very rude and unhelpful.Customer service is not her strong suit. Dawson was very nice and very helpful. I'd go again if Dawson is there.

Great service! I needed a battery replaced on my truck, Les Schwab had a 3 hour wait l, I went to AutoZone and Jed sold me a battery for less money and was able to replace it for me right there on the spot, it took maybe 10 minutes for the whole thing. He was nice and really helped me out.

I would leave zero stars if that were an option. This branch deserve zero for their horrible customer service. I watched a MANAGER laugh at a very confused disabled customer to their face. I will never go back to this branch since their are other options in town.

Lucas went above and beyond to save me. I was stranded 1200 miles from my destination and 700 miles from home with a coolant leak on an old Audi. No one in the area had the part. Luca helped me locate the part and made sure it made its way to me so I could get myself back on the road. Professional staff is the reason I choose Autozone over other options every time.

Manager was the most helpful person I have ever met in an auto parts store. He spent an extraordinary amount of time helping me find a difficult to find part, then helped me see if it fit my truck properly (many parts were close but only this one worked). I will ONLY buy auto parts from this store from here on out.

For the most part every trip I make into an AutoZone I am greeted and given great service.This trip however, was different...This trip I had the pleasure and good fortune to have met some genuinely nice, friendly employees...BUT there is one in particular that I want to show my utmost gratitude towards Jed (parts service manager)Jed went so far beyond providing good customer service that I have to state; Jed provided the BEST customer service I have ever experienced PERIOD I don't live here in Herber City, Utah... BUT, I can say without hesitation that I would and will drive out-of-my-way to come back to your business!You're a good man and an even better American!Thank you for your service both on and off the battlefield Until we meet again, brother!

Best service I have ever experienced from an auto parts store. Jeff, one of the managers, helped change a brake light, added Freon and changed the air conditioner filter. He was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. I ll be back.

Man, had a good experience previously, but they were completely unhelpful today. Trey wasn t up for helping out with me or other customers as he encouraged us to find answers somewhere else when they seemed pretty straightforward. Unfortunate really.

Rich here helped me as best he could. Reoccuring message keeps coming up in my jeep and I cant seem to figure it out. Apparently either could he. He did his best though and helped me through what possible things it might be. Great prices and great selection. Been going here for a couple years now.

Called the store to find out if they had a battery that was appropriate for my car. I was told on the phone AutoZone provides cub-side, courtesy battery change out if you buy a new battery from them. After jumping my car to drive it to the store, I bought one of their batteries. I was then rather flatly told by a fairly lack-luster staff member they didn't have enough staff on hand to provide that service. I had to pay the battery core charge, and still have to make a second trip to the store to to turn in my old battery if I want the credit. Fortunately, my car started since driving it to the store gave me enough charge otherwise my experience would have been worse. With other options in town, this will be my last trip to AutoZone.

Arrived at the store in the middle of the morning during the hours it should be open and it was closed. Finally an employee showed up to open the door. Cold and unfriendly employees, no help whatsoever
