Brian and his team at A to Z are an group. His prices are fair and the team there is simply exemplary. They have gone above and beyond caring for our Jeep and are our go to for car repair in Heber Valley.

Had a very frustrating experience with Brian. My truck was at his shop for 7 months, I paid him several thousand dollars to get the clutch repaired, and in the end he kept leading me on that it was almost done . I eventually had to say I wanted my truck back and he had it towed to a different shop to finish the job. This is only the tip of the iceberg with this saga. Luckily I was able to negotiate with the second shop to help with the lost money because they d had plenty of experience cleaning up his messes in the past.Do not pay him up front, that was my big mistake, and be prepared to wait and not get straight answers.

I called in and spoke with Brian about my Japanese Toyota (Hilux Surf). Although he told he right away that he was too busy to take my vehicle on as a project right now, he spoke with me for nearly half an hour about specific details regarding my vehicle, where I should start, who might be capable of helping me, and so on. He is extremely knowledgable, and I wish I could put my vehicle in his hands.

Had my transmission replaced and had nothing but nightmares after Brian got a hold of it. Had to take it back to him 15 + times. He always had excuses. He did finally at the end of the day get it fixed. For my vehicle was out of service for 40 plus days because I used the shop. I would have given him a one star other than he did finally resolved the issues.Service: Transmission

EXCELLENT service!Brian is a great guy, and (more importantly) HONEST. I had a transmission emergency over 50 miles from home: not only did he help me out with a complimentary diagnostic, he may have saved me nearly $6K!.Needless to say, they have earned my trust and my business....will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Easy call.

My son's transmission in his Subaru went out recently. I got quotes from a place in Park City and felt the price seemed extremely high. I called Brian at A2Z.... he helped me get my sons car towed to his shop and did the needed work for $$$$$ several hundred dollars less than the PC shop. I trusted Brian as I was not just another customer, but one that he truly wanted to help. His communication start to finish was frequent and detailed. The car is running great. I will be doing all of my car maintenance with Brian, even of that means a drive to Heber from PC. 100% worth it.Service: Transmission

This place is by far the the worst Automotive shop I've been to. I was so surprised by how unbelievably rude the owner of this shop was. He asked me for $500 down before he would even look at my vehicle. When I refused he towed my truck to the building bynext store

Brian diagnosed the problems with my truck quickly and did a thorough review with me within 24 hours. He clearly explained the issues and completed the repairs were as agreed to. I am very pleased with the results. Don't let the looks deceive you. Brian does excellent and quick work. He kept his shop open late Friday and worked a Saturday afternoon to get us going again. He went far out of his way to help us and the price was very fair.

My vehicle needed a new throw out bearing for the clutch. Brian diagnosed this and stated he could repair it with an upgraded part and said he ordered it. He then proceeded to put in another part from a local parts shop after he told me the local parts were not good. He never notified me that he was not using the upgraded part. He had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks and communication was very poor throughout the process. When I picked up the vehicle it actually sounded worse than when I took it in. He did offer to open it back up and repair it, but by that time too many inconsistencies had been told to my son and I and I did not trust that he would repair it correctly. He refunded half the amount $700. Be aware and listen to your intuition!!! I paid $700 for nothing Service: Transmission

Can t emphasize enough how incredibly helpful they were when we broke down with a transmission issue. A 2 Z was the only shop in the area that didn t have a multiple day to weeks wait, and Brian saw us immediately. He was extremely thorough and checked not only the transmission but every other major part of the car fixing small issues and topping up/replacing fluids where needed. Was extremely knowledgeable and gave great tips for how to avoid the problem in the future. Brian and his son Connor were an absolute pleasure to work with and quickly and calmly solved all of our problems. Thank you so much Brian and Connor!

They were awesome. We came in from California and we started having some trouble when we arrived. We took our van into their shop and they took the time to drive it and diagnose it. They reassured us that with a little help we could make it back home without needing any work done by them. They could ve tried to make a lot of money off of us but they didn t. Not only that but they didn t charge us to diagnose it. It was free. Yes we made it home just like they said we would. They were very professional and knowledgeable and above all else, trustworthy.Service: Transmission

Brian and his crew of young guys are amazing! They took care of my old truck that was in sorry shape. They were professional, honest, and the price was right. I really appreciated Brian taking the time to walk me around my vehicle and explained to me the problems that we were dealing with.You can tell after talking to him for a minute he has a TON of experience. He also went over the pricing very thoroughly. So no surprises which I loved. He was recommended to me by multiple people and I was not disappointed. Now I have a place to take my truck and my wife's car where I can have the confidence it will be done right for a good price by honest guys. A+++ service!!! Thanks fellas!

Brian and the A 2 Z team were great to work with. I m from out of town and wanted a used car inspection performed for a local vehicle I was considering, and I was sold on this being the place to bring the vehicle after the first few moments on the phone. Brian was willing to squeeze us in at the end of a very busy day (and stayed past hours for us). And he was extremely knowledgeable about the specifics of the model I was considering and has seen enough of them to know where things tend to go wrong. At the shop, they were extremely thorough with the inspection, let us into the shop to show us everything they found, and then Brian spent another 15+ minutes in his office with us explaining things further. Would definitely recommend.

Our car started having transmission issues a few days before we were supposed to go out of town. I looked these guys up and decided to go to them because of all the great reviews. Brian was very helpful in fixing our car in time for our trip. He got it in right away and took care of the issues. Not only did he explain to me what was going on, he took me back and showed me in detail while it was on the lift. Everyone was very kind. I highly recommend him and A 2 Z Transmission.

A 2 Z was amazing!They replaced my transmission in my truck with a much heavier built one and fixed the cooling of it as well by installing a much bigger cooler.Brian and his team were the most professional, honest and courteous team I have had the pleasure to deal with.I will definitely be taking all of my vehicles to him for repair and service!Take your vehicle here! You will not regret it.

Brian seriously saved the day to fix my Sprinter Van with Mercedez components when it broke down in Midway, Utah on my vacation. He walked me through the process, explained things in a way a normal person could understand, and he helped me tow my camper while the van was in shop getting all new braking systems. Defintely would recommend and he was very good on price and keeping me informed. He knows his stuff, and I'd trust him with a gamut of repairs one would have. Great service!

Brian is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I cracked my transfer case in my F-150, he was able to get me in right away and had my truck back to me in 1 week. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Pulled through Heber at 3:30pm and heard some bad noises from the suspension going out from a long road trip on my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500. Called A 2 Z and went for a quick ride with Brian and he figured out it was my front right bearing going out. Luckily he had the part there from a previous customer. He took my hub apart, stayed late and threw in the new one and we were on the road and out of there by 6pm. It s the fastest diagnosis and repair after hours I could have ever had. Thanks you Brian for getting us out of a tricky spot and back on the road! You re the best!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Brian is incredible. I'm visiting from AZ and my alternator suddenly broke. He was so helpful in transporting me and my kids back to our hotel and was so quick at diagnosing the problem. His prices were very reasonable and he even offered to let me borrow his car if it isn't fixed in time for me to get to my nieces wedding. Highly recommend his shop!

Will be coming back! Brian and his team were friendly, informative, and great to work with. They did a pre-purchase car inspection for FREE and really took time to show me what areas of the car needed immediate help and what could wait. Brian had great knowledge with Subarus. I don t live near this shop, but will be taking the extra time to drive down for their help. Recommend!

Brian and his crew took care of my transmission after it spent 8 months at Brent Brown Toyota of Orem for "routine maintenance". After I got my car back from Brent Brown, the transmission went out completely. Brian worked with another Toyota dealership in Salt Lake to order and install a re-built transmission for my make and model. His follow up has been great and my car is back to running perfect. It's so nice to have competent transmission technicians in our little town. No need to go anywhere else to get your work done.

I took my 93 Jeep Wrangler to Brian as my manual transmission had lost 5th gear. Unfortunately, Brian found the damage was irreparable and we had to replace it which is never cheap. Brian was good about providing options for replacement though and even let me come by and show me exactly what the issues were both with the transmission and with other areas he noticed while he was working that need attention. He's very thorough in his work and understands that money doesn't grow on trees so he works with you to identify what are the biggest issues most pressing to fix and what can be done later.

A 2 Z has helped me so much with a bunch of different things.I brought him a car that had some lingering issues after having the motor rebuilt by another mechanic. He and his guys ran a bunch of tests and diagnostics, and have been awesome to work with.�Put in a lot of time, explained the issues, confirmed new issues, all for a reasonable price. You can tell that he just really cares, and I'm so thankful for his help.They have saved me a lot of money and trouble on this particular car, as I've gone through several headaches with this car/motor (from the previous mechanic). And they've been more than fair when dealing with issues on my other cars as well.I swear by this guy -- best mechanic experience I've ever had anywhere.

Brian and A 2 Z have been amazing! I really did my homework and went many other places before taking my car in. The prices are very fair, the knowledge was spot on and the customer service was above and beyond in every way. As a single woman, I have had very different experiences other places. Best shop that I've used. These guys have helped us with our minivan multiple times, the first be after we broke down on the road, they found a rag in our van that an oil place left in there. The second because we were experiencing vibrations (bad) at high speeds and we thought it was the engine mounts but they quickly diagnosed it as the CV joints and had us back in our van in a day. And the third to fix a leak in our power steering system. In my experience they are honest, friendly and informative, fair in their pricing, and quick with their service. Would recommend!

I am truly amazed . Brian has restored my faith in humanity ! I'm leaving on a trip in the am and after moving my RV I noticed a bolt on the ground and low and behold it fell out of the transmission . Came to the shop and Brian said let's go to the RV and we tried to fix it but was unable to get under the coach . I am now at the shop and they are handling it like Pros ! Thanks Brian and the shop . Its nice to find people that care !

Our car broke down in Heber on the way to go camping. Brian took a lot of time out of his weekend to help us out and gave us a ride to a hotel. When we couldn't get the necessary part, he dropped the car off for us and didn't even charge!I can't recommend this place enough! It's tough to find mechanics that are so friendly, helpful, and trustworthy.

I needed work done on my van fixing the CV drive shaft. They were quick and easy to work with. They offered me a ride to their shop to show me the issues with the car. They unloaded a lot of useful information how different parts run.They were better priced compared with other places in town. One thing I appreciated was they were concern with what was best for the life of the car. I would strongly recommend them.
