More like a motel. Nicole, our host, was wonderful! We would come backBreakfast had cereals, hard-boiled eggs, yogurts, bread, oj, and coffee. And well stocked. No bacon or scrambled eggs.Room, Lone Ranger was small clean except the shower curtain. Walls were very thin and could hear our neighbors shower water and talking. Could use a few wall hooks to hang things. No TV Fairly priced.

This RV park is one of the few that are open after October 10th, which the area considers the end of the season . They stay open until almost the end of October. Nichol, the host is wonderful! There are full hookups, and we used the laundry facilities while staying. Their Wi-Fi was amazing (and we have stayed in a few places where the wifi was subpar). This park is located between Zion and Bryce Canyon (closer to Bryce). If you are a side-by-sider, you can drive your atv from the premises to the ditch roads by highway 12 and then go to your trails. If we find ourselves in this area, we will be staying here again!

A Hidden Gem for Nature Lovers and Stargazers! We recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable accommodation near Bryce Canyon. Here's why it deserves a 5/5 rating:The accommodation was incredibly clean, and attention to detail was evident. It was a refreshing and comfortable stay. This place stands out from typical motels and inns with its unique charm and inviting atmosphere. The host's warm hospitality made us feel valued and welcome throughout our stay.Located amidst nature near Bryce Canyon, it offered a tranquil escape from daily life. It's a fantastic spot for photographing the Milky Way, with minimal light pollution and helpful tips from the host.In conclusion, this hidden gem exceeded my expectations. Whether visiting Bryce Canyon or seeking a peaceful retreat, I highly recommend it. It deserves a 5/5 rating and will leave you with unforgettable memories.

This was our second year staying at Riverside Ranch and we will be back again next year. It is perfect because my mother-in-law can stay in a hotel room and we camp down at one of the tent sites. The grounds are well maintained, bathrooms clean, great complimentary breakfast and the woman that runs the show (Nichole) is AMAZING! She runs a tight ship but when she found out it was my birthday she helped my kids and family coordinate the best surprise birthday for me. I was over the moon shocked and very grateful for her kindness not only to me but especially to my children. She helped them bake me cupcakes and make cards for me. I will forever be grateful for her and make Riverside Ranch our go-to-spot for future camping trips!

Was racing in the 50 mile Bryce Canyon Ultra Marathon. Needed a place to stay for the night and saw the reviews of this place and was highly rated compared to the other places in the area. I was thinking the place was probably going to have a run down feel since it's located in a small town out in the country and lowered my expectations. To my surprise the place was actually very nice. An elderly man was running the place by himself , but he's very welcoming and very nice. The room itself was very spacious and has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. The mattress has a tempurpedic feel to it which absolutely shocked me. Was not expecting that and the pillows have good support. Restroom had all the towel sets you need, a blow dryer, and even had small travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash. The travel size toiletries were amazing. I really thought none of that would be provided since we are out in a small town so I brought everything with me, but since I saw it in the restroom I had to try them. They smell great and seems to be a great product. I'm thinking it was made locally because if this motel is buying these products for the customers to use it would seem super expensive...The rooms are very clean and the room I stayed in had no carpet, but wood flooring. The floor felt clean as I walked on it with my bare feet. Room has a fridge and I believe a microwave as well. Also has a couch, night stands, and a big dresser. Basically fully furnished with still lots of space...I would absolutely recommend everyone to book a room at this motel if they have a chance or need a room. The only bad thing I could say about this motel is that my room did not have a TV. I don't even think that's a bad thing, unless you really enjoy watching TV, but when you're out in the country in that small town with Bryce Canyon right there I don't think you'll have time to watch TV.

We loved this place. We particularly liked the location and it's surroundings. Very quiet, with beautiful views. During the night we could take some beautiful pictures of the starry sky. Something rare in more crowded areas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit small. There was a laundry conveniently located next to our room, which came in very handy. The buildings themselves had a very nice ranch style. The person in charge was really nice and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with her during the breakfast, which offered the basics, but it was enough for us.The only thing that was not very good in this place was the wifi, which was almost unreachable from our room.I would definitely come back again to this place and stay a bit longer.

This location had super friendly management that were always willing to check in on you and make sure your stay was comfortable. The facilities were absolutely stunning. You had common space for doing your nightly routine and had showers and running bathrooms. Easy access to clean water as well.Rooms: Bathrooms were clean and very usable. There was also a recreation room as well with a foosball table, board games, T.V., and ping pong ball, among other items.Nearby activities: There were a bunch of activities nearby. Zion National Park was just a little over an hour away. From the view of the campground, you can see Bryce Canyon, which is just a little over 30 mins away.Food & drinks: They had clean water available on tap.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Our room was clean and the lady hosting us was so sweet and kind. They provided breakfast in the morning and it was a family setting that was so welcoming and we enjoyed talking to other families about their vacations too. The camping grounds look great and they are close to the river. We even saw some wildlife while we were there. We would definitely stay here again. Note they do close for the off season.

Friendly, beautiful views. No picnic table or fire place at our site. Pretty plain Jane but very functional. Included game room. There was a nice complimentary gift for mother's Day.

My family and I are avid campers, we typically only do dispersed campgrounds, because we like enjoying the solitude and nature around us. That being said, coming from Wisconsin for 10 days, we wanted a solid homebase. Hipcamp got us hooked up with this AWESOME campground! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was there. We felt like we were able to still feel the beauty and nature around us at our tent site, and get modern amenities at our disposal! The bathrooms and showers were clean and great water pressure! The folks that run the place are super nice and accommodating! We absolutely love dour experience here. It's only 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon and 49 from Zion, this place is definitely the place to be for your camping needs!

I goofed up the weekend that I booked for, and Nichol was very sweet in offering an available tent lot for us, even after office closing hours. She also helped us find the place when I got lost. The facilities were very clean and well kept, and we had a wonderful stay here. The only complaint I could say that I have (that is not Riversides fault at all) is that gps navigation won t take you to them, and you need to use their coordinates, which are provided

This is a wonderful campground. Nearby cows out in the pasture. Right off route 89 but no traffic noise. The hostess is simply very special. She called before our arrival, totally understood when we were running very late and when we arrived the next day she took off our bill the prior night that we did not make it there; never has a campground volunteered this consideration! On Mothers Day morning, she had a list of campsites with mothers and brought flowers to each site. This is truly a one in a million campground in Hatch, Utah. II recommend it to anyone planning to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks!

Great hospitality, the staff were very nice, especially Jeanie who chatted with us on all the things we wanted to do and gave us advice and was just so sweet. The room was very clean with good water pressure in the shower, satellite TV, we had a great view of the mountains and open space. The bed comfort could use updating. Close to Red Canyons and Bryce Canyons was 30 mins.

During our road trip we called the Ranch about an hour away and they immediately made sure our room was ready and set up for our arrival. The owners were super nice and friendly. Their location is absolutely breathtaking with the views of the mountains and land. They allowed us to use their fire pit and campgrounds to explore and enjoy. Wish we could of stayed longer but whoever is near Hatch or want a nice place to stay which as a New Yorker was very inexpensive and near Bryce Canyon and Zion then this is the place to stay!!!! Thank you !

My husband and made reservations at the riverside ranch hotel and this place is amazing! Starting from the hosts Tish and Dar who were the most polite, accommodating and respectful. They told us were to go and gave us very useful advice. We will definitely come back and stay here again! The room was extremely clean, the property well maintained, quite and peaceful!!! We highly recommend it.

We've been living on the road for a year now and let me tell you, this place is a gem . The land is beautiful and they have a lot of fun things for kids to do (ping pong, corn hole, swings, board games, basketball, and more). Its very close to Bryce and an hour from Zion. Also, the wifi is really good. We work from our RV, and we never had an issue. But honestly, I think the best part about this ranch is the people who work there. They are so friendly! Nicole and her husband are the hosts and they are awesome! Nicole is the best host we've had so far this year! She's very accommodating, sweet, and helpful. We were sad to leave because we'd have to say good-bye. Honestly she's great. If you stay here, you'll love her too!-Danelle-
