We drove down from Utah County because of their incredible service! We have a Ford dealership in our town, and chose Freedom Ford because the owners are amazing to work with. Found us my dream bronco, and went out of their way to find the best financing options for us! Highly recommend working with them!

Loved working with the team at Gunnison Freedom Ford! They were extremely helpful and patient with us in the decision-making process. If you are buying new, I definitely would recommend using them!

I bought a 19 f150 3.5 ecoboost from them a while ago and the weekend after i bought it it started making a wierd tick so i took it back they diagnosed cam phasers and told me they would cover it and that the parts were ordered but it would take a month or so to get parts cause they are on back order so i waited and would check it and see if they got there and the answer every time was still waiting on them to come in and this went on for 6 months and then i finally asked a higher up and they told me they have no record of my truck coming in for anything. But my truck had been in multiple time since for that diag, my AC went out 2 months after i bought it, and my rear view mirror started smoking one day and my tailgate latch was iffy on working that they said they would send me a new latch but never did. So when i keep hearing them on the radio that they are a great easy to work with dealership. For me that was all a lie.

I ordered a truck and was kept up to date the entire way through to delivery. I was notified the truck would be at the dealership within 24 hours and was able to schedule a time to pick the truck up. When I arrived, the truck was just as I had ordered it and Freedom Ford did everything we had agreed to. It was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I plan to purchase all of my vehicles moving forward from Freedom Ford!

I got a flat tire just out of town and was lucky to find Freedom Ford in Gunnison! Their service tech fixed the flat within an hour and I was back on my delivery route. Great people and great service. Bob / PackSolvers

Best place to buy a new car. minimum time to get through paperwork. I have purchased three cars in the past 5 years here. And the service is also top notch.

Imagine being on the road, in the middle of nowhere-Utah (Gunnison) with a 2018 f350 and a horse in a horse trailer (mom and daughter)and finding out u have a fuel leak under the engine : and driving to a Ford dealership to be told it s an easy 1 hour fix, and then being turned away.No sorry we can t help you Just a suggestion to make an appointment 2 weeks later for help!(All while I saw 3 mechanics inside shooting the breeze when I parked my truck)I guess I m not used to shops, especially dealerships, to bring so callous.I wasn t expecting the red carpet to be rolled out for me, it was going to be a simple fix and I could get on our way with live animals in the trailer being 3 hours from home.I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone step foot into this dealership. They will only help you if u want to buy a vehicle from them. And turn up their nose if you are in an emergency.Me being From a family of mechanics, who help people out, it was a disgrace to have such an awful experience there in a desperate situation.All I needed was a small O ring. The shop across the street (otten automotive) took me in, and fixed it within 15-20 minutes.

I had to leave a review for these guys. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I was in a bad situation after losing my truck key 3 hours away from home. They helped ease my stress and were very friendly. My first thought was that I was going to have to pay a lot of money to get back on the road again. They were honest, and charged me a lot less than they could have. I'll travel hours from to use them if I need to order another vehicle. Thanks again for bailing me out Freedom!Ty

My wife and I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from them 3 weeks ago and it is having issues starting. Chris has been super amazing and extremely helpful with the process and trying to help us figure out if they can send someone to us to fix it or get it towed. Chris has been extremely professional about the issue and has some of the most amazing customer service in the county.

I bought a 2011 Ford Ranger from these guys. Here s the thing. They are a good place, and JL is awesome, but when I have a truck they promised a year ago that they would pay for my new windshield(since the truck had 8 rock chips) and also fix my shift indicator, I was all ears. They did so well with my first car, but here I am a year later with 8 rock ships, a broken shift indicator still, and a lost in trust. Again, great place, just miss when service meant more than a sale.

We traded our ford fusion into Freedom Ford. They gave us more money for our trade in than we expected. They helped us find the SUV that we were looking for and helped us with the price. 10/10 recommend Freedom Ford

We went there to get our Dodge 2500 fixed it needed 2 fuel injectors replaced and they were awesome, it took them a minute to get the injectors, but they still did a great job!! Great customer service, and the mechanic is amazing! Thank you guys so much.

The service department at Freedom Ford went above and beyond to help us in a dire situation when one of our tires went flat while traveling through from out of town. They were incredibly friendly, quick and efficient. Our stress was eliminated and we were able to get home safely on the tire they patched up. We cannot thank ya'll enough!

We bought a truck back in Oct of 2018 and had a great experience. Went back February of 2020 traded in a car which they gave us way more on trade in than anyone else was offering. Shaney our sales gal was not pushy, but had all the answers to our questions. We needed a little help with the car we purchased a week later and she went above and beyond to get the car taken care of for us! I would recommend Freedom Ford to anyone and especially Shaney!! Love everything about our whole experience!!

They are friendly and helpful. Don't come here trying to buy a truck in 30 minutes. They have the small town friendly attitude and they take time to make sure you get what you want at a competitive price. This is a great small town dealer with excellent selection and a staff that will go out of the way to make your buying and ownership of a vehicle is a 5 star experience.

I have always had great experiences working with JL and Sarah. I have bought 5 cars over the years from them and have always had great experiences. I drive from northern Utah down to Gunnison because I know I will get the most money for my trades and they have always been upfront and honest with me.I have referred a couple people to him and the ones that have gone there have had great experiences as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have bought 2 vehicles from freedom ford. Their customer service is top notch. My daughter was having issues with her car she bought. They had her bring it in gave her a car to use and fixed the problem. They truly care about their customers!
