I am very impressed with Napa And the people that work at the Green River location. They saved my butt. My alternator went out about 70 miles outside of town. They were closing in 15 minutes. And they made it so I could pick up the alternator and get my vehicle back on. The truly showed that care about the people. I would go back any time for anything if if I could give him more than 5 stars. I would thank you very much napa of green river

Came to a hotel in this town on Saturday. Our car s battery died completely, it was old and bad, we needed a new one. An amazing guy came to work on Sunday because of our call and saved our vacation. Otherwise we would be stuck here till Tuesday and probably missed our flight. Thank you very much for the amazing help once again.

Store is closed on Sunday and we had flat tires. We called Aaron with the on call number he met us in less than 5 minutes and actually had the tires we needed for our trailer in stock. 5 star service!

Aaron was so much help! We were passing through town and realized we had a taillight out on our sprinter. Aaron went above and beyond to help us replace the burnt out bulb, clean out the corrosion on one of the sockets, and help us discover a whole new light we didn t know we had. Overall great experience with very helpful and kind staff. If you are in the area and need some help, this is the place to go!

They were quick to come help us check the check engine lights and printed out a sheet for us to see the most common reasons for the code. Quick and efficient.

We were just passing through on our trip from Colorado back to Cali and they have Super helpful staff. They even came out to make sure the little AC charge we bought worked and that we knew how use it. Small town and it was great to see how they knew people by name as they walked in. :) thanks guys!

We recently encountered trouble with our Ford Ranger truck while traveling on I-70 from Colorado to Utah. We made it to Green River and this Napa Auto Parts store where we met Aaron. He was INCREDIBLY helpful! None of the mechanics in town would help us because it was 5pm but Aaron diagnosed our problem (spark plug wire) and then went on to help us fix it! We are SO GRATEFUL! He went out of his way to offer outstanding customer service to our family. We will never forget his kindness and willingness to use his automotive knowledge to help us when we needed it most. Thank you Aaron!

Aaron was amazing! Friendly as they come. Wasn't able to find the part I needed, but he spent a good half an hour trying. He also recommended where I could find a good garage for help.

Awesome Napa store! Broke down on a scout trip out towards moab. They are bringing me the part I need on the side or the road. 20+ miles from their store.

Aaron is a total stud. Was coming through town and couldn't make in time before closing. Aaron left the part in the drop box...then a few days later when I need the recept to take advantage of the lifetime warranty he texted me a pic of it. Above and beyond, Aaron. Thanks!

Aaron and Alonzo are best people I met at Utah, I was on family trip with family and needed oil change , they welcome me like family and help me while guiding me to automotive mechani Shawn at West wing truck stop . I recommend them everyday if you need car help at green river , Utah

They young man that works behind the counter is great. Very helpful and knows the stores inventory very well, I will not waste my time going to price Utah for parts for my 2010 nitro, green river is my parts place.

Was traveling and had the check engine light come on. Stopped by to have them read it and, even though they knew I probably wasn t going to buy anything, they still were super helpful and friendly. Helped me out and got me back on the road.

On the road and had a warning light come on to add synthetic oil - we knew we wouldn t make it to Green River in time before they closed, they did the transaction over the phone and left the oil for us to pick up outside! WOW THANKS AGAIN!

Outstanding staff, unfortunatly relatively small stock on parts, BUT normally will have parts shipped overnight or 2 nights.
