My husband and I come here quite often. Never have had an issue until I went there to get my battery tested. Sam was the one that helped me and told me I needed a new battery. Told me because I drove a Volkswagen he couldn t help me. Had to go to a shop to do it and the shop got the battery from oreilys. I mean I could ve saved money by buying it right then and there. So idk who Sam thinks he is but he s a liar!! Telling customers wrong information! He said either doesn t know or it s just pure laziness

New workers are terrible, just within the past two weeks they got new workers, I went in today and there were 4 young kinds standing at one counter and when I walked up they all went to the back and hid, 5 minutes later an older lady came and helped me. Sam Zorn is the best employee that store has ever seen, the most helpful person and every time I walk through that door he'd immediately get to work helping me, I haven't seen him there for while unfortunately.

Two times now that I have ordered parts for my F-150 and they haven't been right. First it was The Purge valve solenoid then it was the variable valve timing solenoids. Both times I've had to order from somebody else online kind of makes your store obsolete and pointless. Never going to O'Reilly's again.

I brought two jugs of used oil to be disposed of. The employees walked the jugs to the back where their tank is and they returned with the jugs still full. I was told the oil appears to be funny therefore they refused to dump it. I just changed the oil on my street bike which is 15w40 Rotella. I told them this and they refused. I drove to the Napa in Tooele and they accepted the oil with no questions asked. I will never do business here again. Napa laughed when I told them about my experience.

There was a trainee that was helping me with my truck and this trainee's trainer and older manager with a handle bar mustache where treating this kid so poorly i couldn't believe it. I am so so disappointed in the leadership that it isn't funny at all. This kid was helping me and the manager and the trainer freaking bullied this kid. I will not stand for it. Not ok!! Thanks to the kid I don't hate O'Reilly, that manager and the trainer need to either be removed or severely reprimanded for how poorly in public they treated the young man. Absolutely not ok

For a relatively new auto parts store in town it is very well stocked for my needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great job.

When I walked in I asked for help and 3 young teenagers were working and laughing and said they didn t want to help and was just standing around and said they didn t care when I asked where my car part was.

Friendly crew who knows what they're talking about. Always willing to help out, order parts or give you some advice. If you're in Grantsville and you want to take care of your vehicles this is the place to go.

The tall Skinny employee there doesn't seem to take anything serious, proceeded to tell me that Dodge didn't have Diesel engines until the 1990s and treated me like I was wrong. They do not take anything seriously.This is why I don't come to any O'Reilly because you guys have the knack of hiring people who don't know anything about vehicles and do not train them properly.Went to this location because it was closer to home and so at this point I'd rather burn gas driving to Tooele in order to go to Autozone than continue to go here.

Generally speaking this place has all the parts I need, and it is conveniently located two minutes from my house in Grantsville. I'm definitely glad O'Reilly's decided to build out here!
