This community has a clean sharp image. Being under new management must really be working! The manager is friendly and helpful. The online payment option is great. Kudos for a job well done!

I was looking at a couple of the places for sale in there the property manager was rude and not very accommodating he seems to have a problem with dogs he said something about all the fences coming down so we can't have secure property and when I try to ask about certain details he was very shady about it I am not very happy with the experience in dealing with this property manager

Seems like one of the cleaner trailer parks in the area. All the yards looked well kept and there wasn't anything torn apart as far as a vehicle goes. Nice looking place.

Hands down the best storage in the.area. clean, great management. I feel secure here. I have had my storage in Tooele robbed within a month of moving my belongings in.. so much better here.Thank you very much

Management is great. They're easy to talk to and are very friendly and awesome people. Affordable rent and they're understanding and work with you during difficult times. Maintenance keeps the park clean and looking nice. Prime Location Yo!

I always thought this was a storage unit location. I had to drop off a refund for a customer. Like this little place is well maintained. And a lot of good people live down here. And I know that I should not start a sentence with and. I graduated from Tooele high School. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

We love living here ! The manager is the sweetest most generous person and always tries to work with you . Maintenance is always helping everyone with their issues and he gets them resolved no matter what it is and he makes this park look like a premier location trailer park! Thank you both for making this the best place we've ever lived !

Manager keeps the park clean and they check your background before you get to move in or buy one of their trailers for sale. Most of the trailers are older models but each yard has to be kept clean.

Such an awesome park! The manager Lacee is amazing!!! Quiet family neighborhood with awesome residents and management! Maintenance keeps the whole park looking so nice!
