Had a blast here.The pros: Huge sites. Quiet. Your own boat ramp. Ladies room has nice layout. Great showers.The Cons: my husband said the men's room was bad. Urinal was broken so just one toilet and shower are was smaller.We were on the side that backs to the road which is noisy.But compared to the other places in Bear Lake, I would put this at the top because of space. No crowds.Check it out!

We had a such a great time on Bear Lake. We rented some jet skis, and the next day we rented a pontoon boat. The folks at Epic were so kind and friendly and helpful! Can t wait to come back!!

My large family of adults and kids rented a trampoline and it was so much fun! We jumped off of it, relaxed, jumped on the tramp and just enjoyed the sun and lake for 8 hours! You could drive the boat pretty close to it and then just swim over to it. The boat launch ramp was a little shallow for our liking but the water was gorgeous and calm and perfect for wake surfing!

Beautiful campground and marina. Clean and great amenities. Full hookups, bathroom, showers, ice, boat rentals, jetskis and beach access. Love it. The dry camping area is gorgeous as well. We love camping here every year!!

We loved it. Great place to camp and it's great for kids. They have a park they can play in. A volleyball court for the adults. Lots of green space for tent camping and a bathroom you can shower in. You can rent paddle boards, wave runners/ jet skis, boats. Has all the hook ups for a camper. And has lots of space.

Really enjoyed staying here. Rented jet skis and a pontoon boat and had a blast. Staff was helpful and friendly and easy going. Planning to come back!

We rented a pontoon boat and a jet ski. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the boat. We requested to change which day we had the boat due to weather and they were very accommodating. The boat was so fun and easy to drive. I would definitely rent from them again! Jackson and Bailie were both awesome!

Accommodating staff. Enjoyed the experience.We rented a pontoon boat and tube for some family fun. Unfortunately the boat broke down while we were out on the lake but the staff were super prompt to come to our rescue and tow us in. Additionally, Jordan gave us several options to make the situation right (refund vs reschedule vs take out other watercraft). So we made arrangements to come back the next day for a couple of wave runners at no additional cost.The staff here are extremely polite and personable. A big thank you to Jordan and Derek for making it such a great experience. I will definitely return to Epic for future needs.

We had a great experience with our boat rental! This was our third time renting a boat at Bear Lake but our first time renting a boat with a hired captain. It was very relaxing to have someone drive us and help us with the boards, ropes, jackets, and tube. Captain Cam was awesome and super patient with us. We were also allowed to setup a canopy on the grass so that the non-boaters could relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the beach. See you next year!

We rented surf boats & a pontoon from Epic. The crew was awesome. Annabelle & Jackson were amazing teachers for the kids on the surf boat, and the pontoon ran perfectly. We had a blast. Great customer service and kindest workers. Highly recommend!

We rented a surf boat and Lindsey was our driver. She was awesome. The boat was beautiful and held a lot of people. We took 15. Loved it and we had a good time for our 2 hour rental.

Jaxon and the whole team were the best! We used 2 companies this year for our company to boat and Epic Rentals was by far the best of the options. We will be back next year!

These guys are really good to work with and more than flexible with changes and accommodations. We changed our reservation as the weather was bad and then pushed our time back and hour without and fuss. They include gas in all of their rentals and have great prices too.

If you re utilizing the RV park STAY AWAY! $75 a night for NO amenities. NO WiFi, NO laundry, or even a discount on rentals. That isn t even the worst part. Spot 11 has a tree in the middle & spot 13 is an awkward horizontal space with a children s playground in the way. Spot 1 is the only spot with a worthwhile view.We had a nice view of the muddy dirt parking lot with the lake just beyond it.EVEN WORSE this park runs just a few feet off the highway with NO guard rail. The noise of it all is awful & it s really quite dangerous.Save your money. Go elsewhere. Thank me later.

Used Epic Garden City boat rental facility over 2023 4th July week.Everyone was kind, helpful and enthusiastic about making sure we had an enjoyable rental time out on the lake. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves staying at EPIC's RV Park over the weekend. It was really nice to be able to step out our camper door and walk to the water, or rent a boat for the day. The staff was super helpful as well, I'll definitely be staying here again.

If you re looking for a Decent camp site this is not it. It s small, right next to the road, and the RV sites are built backwards. The fireplace and hookups are on the wrong side of where they should be.The marina is nice though

We rented a pontoon boat. The team was easy to work with. We book in advance and of course there was bad weather.We arrived and they explained due to the bad weather we couldn't boat which was understandable.We did go the next day and we had a great time and the staff was friendly. We did confuse the gentleman by splitting the bill up in the moment.At the end of the day we had a great time and would rent from them again.

We have rented a boat from epic the past 4 years. 3 of the years the water level was too low and you waded out to the boat (+ for large beach because low water levels, a small negative for not being able to hop right on the boat). But no biggie. This year the level was high so we could hop on the boat... but as a consequence no beach! (But are you really gonna blame the functionality and use of their docs an beaches on the water level that they can't control?) Lol! That's crazy. Reviewing their boating rentals is what I am after- not them trying to control the elements. They have always been very polite, accommodating, and have the best prices and cancellation policy out there. 4 years and running for our yearly boating trip. They have super nice showers you can clean off with after the trip, which makes a long drive home a lot more comfy. We always use Epic!

Full hookups and good location for Bear Lake. Small kid playground, boat ramp unusable in June 2023 even with inflow. Good service.

We rented several pieces of equipment while we were there, the 11 person boat and the water tramp among other things. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The weather got a little rough the day we rented the boat and they directed us to a location that would allow us to enjoy all the activities we wanted to do. The rates were very good and it was so convenient to have everything there at the resort. They made the trip one that my family wants to make a tradition. It was an epic vacation!!

We rented a pontoon here for a full day. It was great from start to finish. Customer service is very good. They are very friendly and helpful. Gas and insurance included in original price. Filled our tank for free halfway through the day. We will use them again.

We rented a waverunner and Even though it was busy they were accommodating and nice. It was great that there was plenty of parking and the boat dock was really easy to use. The price was reasonable especially since we split it with another family. I would recommend!

Could be a nice place but it wasn't great. Bathrooms are filthy. Holes in the wall and paint peeling. Trash in the dirty showers. Urinal laying broken on the floor. Trash cans overflowing. A bag of trash left outside. Nobody around for maintenance.

We were just at Bear Lake this week 7/8-7/11 and we wanted to rent some wave runners. I will say that the voucher we received with our rental made us decide to try this place out. I will also say that Lindsey and the crew were fantastic! The nicest people you'd care to meet! Their prices were close to what you'd get at bear lake fun at randevous beach but they let you choose any hour between 1-8 instead of increments of 2. This was great for us since we wanted it for 3 hours. Also there was no line!! The other great thing is that it's really not that far from randevous beach, riding there on the wave runner took about 15 minutes. Overall the experience was great and we will definitely be coming back!
