Friendly service on the phone and in person. Once you pay, you re on your own to grab a kayak from their pile, load up, and figure out where you can get in the water. There was no checkout to verify the condition of the kayaks, which made me a little worried considering one had a dent and the other a torn handle. That said, the kayaks handled just fine. When we returned, two friendly ladies helped us unload, and all seemed well.

The staff at the Ideal Beach location were great! Our kids loved the water trampoline and kayaks.

Very convenient place to rent from at North Beach. It did seem like a bit of a "bait and switch" though when they advertize their boat rental at $660 and then with all the hidden fees its $200 more...totalling $860 for 4 hrs! I even went the day before to confirm everything and was told that since I was a repeat customer their would be a discount. Then when I showed up to get the boat I was told that wasn't the case!Clearly they need to be more organized!

If your looking for someone who meets your every needs they absolutely went above and beyond. If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would. My family rented snowshoes from epic rec. and we were in and out in record time. They have a really good system to get everyone their equipment really fast. Not only do they have fast service. They know show to take care of their customers. We ran into a problem before going snowshoeing, one two of the bindings were threaded wrong and they actually sent someone to drive up to the lake viewing area and gave us another pair of snowshoes. They could ve told us to drive back but they didn t. They were super nice and gave us the pair. Their equipment was very well taken care of. I m telling you now that no one else will do this for you. They know exactly how to deal with their customers. You will not be disappointed with their service at all while vacationing with your family and friends.

My husband and I rented a wave runner from Epic Recreation today and had the best time!! The employees who helped us were awesome! We were helped in an extremely timely manner. They went over the rules on the water and how the wave runner worked thoroughly so we would know what to do if there were problems. We were told about all fees before hand so there was no miscommunication later on. The prices were less expensive and totally worth it due to the customer service and quality we received. We got the wave runner with a full tank and were expected to bring it back with a full tank for the next guest. We launched from their marina and had a staff member running down to help us and ask how things were going whenever we docked. My husband and I would definitely recommend ER to friends and family due to the price and overall great customer service!! Thanks for an amazing day trip to the lake!!

We rented a jet ski. It was both our first time being on a jet ski. We paid for 4 hours of riding. I hated the whole time! After an hour we decided to take it back and see if we can get a refund. When we got to the loading station a young man that worked there told us we would be able to get a refund. After we had returned it and gotten back up the the shack. They WOULDN T let us get a refund. They said with us renting it for 4 hours they expect us to use the whole time. We asked if we could switch to using a kayak and they said no. There was no information about not being about to get a refund or switching if you didn t like the thing you were on. I WOULD NOT recommend coming here! Or at least get all the information before renting.

These guys were amazing. We had one snowmobile rented and last minute wanted another. They were able to get an extra one for us on short notice. They were very responsive and had incredible service. We had a bit of an issue with the weather and they worked with us to make it right. I will definitely be back to rent from them again.

We rented some snowmobiles from Epic Recreation yesterday. From the moment we showed up we were treated better than any other rental shop. Employees were very thorough, and made sure everything was explained and all our questions were answered. We will defiantly be coming back. Their rental selection is outstanding and they have some of the best equipment on the market! Thanks Epic Recreation!

We did UTV and Boating with Epic Recreation.The UTV's and the trails are the best off roading I've ever done!The sunset boat tour was beautiful!The staff were really helpful during the booking process, and throughout our Epic day!They went out of their way, and let us drive the UTV's after boating to our house, and picked it up later.We really appreciate them, and highly recommend them!!

Rented a 2 seater UTV. Kayler was very explanatory about the vehicle, expectations, and tips on where to go. I felt the price was very reasonable, the service was friendly and great, and the machine was great. I would highly recommend Epic.

One star is too high!The girl from Epic Rentals that helped me and my family with our rentals didn t know how to perform job functions. Prior to using the rental equipment, I fulfilled my rental payment and reservations.Later while family was engaged in using the rentals... the staff member that had previously helped me realized she forgot to have me sign the waivers prior to using equipment. Given the circumstances I had to fill out the paperwork while being separated from family and cutting into paid booking times. While I expressed my frustrations and concerns to the girl helping me through the process, she seemed less than concerned for the dilemma she created.I was less than satisfied with my treatment from Epic Recreation at the North shore.

Yes, they had kayaks. Yes, they collected money so that I could use one of them. That was the end of ALL customer service. I had to go get lifejackets and really bad paddles at an unattended pile near a box trailer. From there, I got to pull a tandem kayak from their pile on a utility trailer. Then I got to drag it across the sand to the water line. After kayaking, I was told by one of 4 Epic emplyees who were sitting on a boat in the water that I needed to return the kayak to the trailer.Here's how the conversation went: (To the teen in the Epic t-shirt)Where do I return the kayak?Where did you rent it?From Epic.Uh. Put it back on the trailer up there. We can't leave anything on the beach.Can I get some help if you want it ON the trailer?How did you get it off the trailer?Gravity.Huh?Yeah. Your kayak will be near the trailer.But, hey, they looked cute sunning and talking to each other from their beachside perch.There were no less than 6 Epic emplyees on site, and the only one that had any "time" for me was to collect money. No assistance, no safety briefing, no instruction.The equipment was lackluster and the service was non-existent. Know what you're getting into.

Had what we wanted to rent at a great price. Hours of business were favorable. Very nice, helpful, and friendly staff. We'll definitely return when we're back at Bear Lake.

Staff was very helpful in deciding which ohv to rent and worked with us on scheduling to make the most of our time. Vehicles were on the lower end, but were still fun. Protective gear is a bit beat up, but that's to be expected. Prices were about what you would expect for vacation rentals. Minus one star for gear, phone numbers not working, and online forms not accessible.

Me and my family came up to bear lake to rent razors! we had reserved a 6 seater (there is 9 of us) and when we got to the place they had given it away. we arrived on time, on schedule, and they said they had given it away. We then had to drive 15 mins away and wait about 30 minutes to get two four seaters (they didn t have a 6 seater). not very organized.

We rented a razor from epic down in there new location at Utah Lake and we had an excellent experience with them. They were beyond kind and professional and did everything possible to make it a good experience for us.We will be renting from them in the future.

I rented 3 ATV s. The first ATV kept beeping and driving slow, I was told the mechanic will look at it. The second had issues, I was told the mechanic will look at it, the third one worked for. No real happy, they didn t care about my inconvenience.

We rented some snowmobiles last week. The staff here was wonderful to work with and got us hooked up with all the gear we needed for a great day up at the sinks. Highly recommended.

Epic is the place to go for all your rentals! Much better than Bear Lake Fun! The people are nicer, prices are better, and the equipment is better. They are willing to work with you on timing, etc. It's our go to place to rent equipment.

We rented both ATV's and a Wakesurfing boat. Everything was well maintained. Staff was helpful.

We always rent our wave runners and other motorized vehicles from EPIC. We are always very satisfied. Great staff and pricing, I highly recommend to all.

We called and asked when we were to return our atv, they said before we close at 7, we returned our atv at 6:30 and were forced to pay a 75$ late fee having been told earlier that we had till 7. The employees didn t care that she had lied to us and was blatantly rude. Don t rent from here.

Truly care about you as a customer. Teenage staff has been trained to do whatever they can to make the customer happy. Would recommend highly for your rental needs.

My family drove up here to spend a day on a razor, we paid for it, showed up and they gave it to someone else. They should have a better reservation system

This is the place to go. We've used them several summers in a row and appreciate their friendly service. Easy to work with and pleasant employees. Equipment is top notch.

Amazing place, with the greatest selection and rates possible on Bear Lake !! Wouldnt choose any other place. All power sports are new and of upmost quality!!
