Hands down the best out there! James towed us when we were in a jam. Flat tire, unrepairable and closest shop with a tire was over 100 miles away. Nonetheless, James picked us up and got us safely to where we needed to go. Great communication, prompt service and an overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

My 1999 Ford F350, with 320k miles blew a glow plug into a cylinder. Fortunately, Deardens was there to tow me and my daughter back to Cedar City. The tow truck driver was awesome, worked quickly and got us to my mechanics shop in Cedar in no time at all.

On our way to Colorado for our week long family camping trip, we broke down in our 40 foot RV. As a mom, I kept thinking our vacation was over before it began. I didn t want my kids to be disappointed and sad. When our heavy duty tow truck arrived, it was beautiful. The driver was nice and professional. He took pictures of our rig which told me he s being cautious as a businessman. He went to work and had us hooked up and ready for transport pretty quick. My husband and I thought it would take an hour for transport to the diesel mechanic and prepared ourselves for an overnight stay. Within a half hour, the tow truck was pulling in at 4 pm, which meant, the mechanic had at least an hour to assess the problem. Had the tow driver not been so efficient, we would have been delayed a day, instead the mechanic found and fixed the problem and had us on our way by 5:30 that evening. We were on vacation in Glacier heading back towards Phoenix which is in a record heat wave when we ran into some issues with our Diesel truck on what was a Utah holiday. We were towing an RV , had 2 digs in the truck and breaking down in the middle of nowhere in the heat with the dogs was not an option. Virtually eveything was closed. We spoke with Richard Dearden on the phone who was able to have his nephew Chris get to the shop and help us out. LOVE that this is a family owned business that takea so much pride and caring in their comoany, They were all about customer service, very fair pricing and thankfully solved our issue.After we left another faulty sensor set our truck back into limp mode, we called back and they helped us once again by referring us to another mechanic that was in route to Phoenix by way of Beaver city south of them. Our next issue was fixed the following morning thankfully and it was all thanks to Dearden Towing & Diesel Repair. I cannot say enough good things about Dearden towing and Diesel Repair and the help they provided us to get home safely I would highly recommend them and wish that I had a shop like this in our home city Phoenix. Would refer them to anybody Thank you !
