I Highly recommend Kortley over at Big Pine. I had a lot of questions for her before we went into the store and she was very helpful and responsive. We ended buying an electric Go Kart for our kids and to say they are loving it is an understatement! We will definitely be back to buy more toys soon.

Bought our new Can-Am Commander Limited MAX through Big Pine yesterday and, hands down, best experience purchasing we ve had! Kortley, Brent, Joni and Jared were all AMAZING! Highly recommend and they will have our business from here on out as well as any referrals we can send their way! Can t beat them on price or superior Customer Service! Thank you Big Pine Team!

I'm in the market for a new machine and Kelsi was more then helpful getting me all the info I asked for on every machine you can think of. Great communication.Update to previous review. Kelsi was able to get me into a super clean like new used machine at an excellent price. I was also able to get new tie downs a spare belt and some cleaners for the new machine all in one stop the new building with the show room is absolutely awesome and the original building with the parts and service desk was a great experience as well. I can't recommend these guys enough give Kelsi a call and see what she can do for you.

The sales manager Chris was knowledgeable and patient as we asked all kinds of questions about makes and models. We were able to test drive any unit. We ended up buying a SXS that was used with that the service did not change. The sales team two very nice ladies. We re both very informative and walked us right through all of the paperwork. I would really say they treated us like you expect to be treated if you are family. Jared Shelley took great care of us despite the owner and sales manager being out and it was a really busy day.All of the staff that we worked with treated us respectfully and professionally.The owner has put together a staff that he should be very proud of.

I ve bought several machines from Big Pine now and these guys absolutely ROCK!! Their customer service is awesome! If you need accessories on your machine they re the best and if you need repairs and service their definitely the fastest place around. You won t regret doing business with these guys even if you have to drive a ways I d definitely recommend it.

My most recent purchase at Big Pine Sports was a Yamaha Tenere 700. I love the bike and everyone at big pine has treated me excellent all the way through the process! Every time I go in for parts and or accessories, they ask how I like my bike. They remember me and what machines I have. The service writers and technicians listen to what I have to say when I have a repair. All around great service and experience!

The staff at Big Pine Sports were all so helpful and very accommodating. Their pricing and discounting was great. We received valuable information throughout the purchasing process and during the vehicle orientation. A special thanks to Kortley Cook for her professional and timely communication. The team at Big Pine Sports is absolutely the best! I have bought 7 machines from them now, from my personal machines to rental units and the service is awesome! They always take care of me and get me out riding as quick as possible whenever I ve got a machine broken or in for service! Their mechanics are great and always get the job done top notch! Their sales team is also amazing! Buying machines is always fair and hassle free! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Jared and his staff at Big Pine are always my first and only call when it comes to my off road toys. He goes above and beyond and makes sure I m taken care of. He never disappoints, he has a great selection and is always available to give advice and help you get just what you want. They ll always have my business and I send everyone I can to them.

We walked in for a service but wound up trading our old ride for a new one. Chris made the whole experience very pleasant. He answered all of our question and concerns and made us feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, no pressure.

Wanted to give the forks at Big Pine kudos for all they did on are buying experience!Originally talked with Chris the sales Manager and he was able to send me price quotes on the machine we where interested about and then the day I was able to go into the store to look at them he turned me over to Kortley since he was off that day.Kortley was very helpful and very patient during the process. She was very forthcoming on info on the machine!Overall made the experience very enjoyable and personable!!!Will be buying from this dealer in the future

Big Pine Sports is the place to go for new and used recreational vehicles. I can'tsay enough about the place.The staff is awesome you can tell they like what they do.We have bought several things through them, and they're always quick to take care of anything from suggestions because they've been in the industry for a long time. To parts and service.Small town feel with a big City store. they have a fantastic selection dirt bikes, street bikes, four wheelers, snowmobiles, side by sides even things I've never seen before. Both new and used I've been to several dealers in various States and hands down this is the best one I've ever been to and I will continue to go there.

I purchase a 2021 Yamaha Wolverine X2 from Big Pine Sports in June. I live in Nevada, and had called every Yamaha dealership in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and one in Colorado, one in Provo & Salt Lake.Some tried to sale me a 2020 model for the same price as a 2021. Then others tried to up sale me on an RMax. Then here came the added Dealer Prep & Doc fees which made the vehicle out of reach for me.Luckily, I found Big Pine Sports. They told me their price for my machine with no added fees. I was shock & it was in stock in the show room.Now I purchased the Y.E.S. Warranty from them at the best price possible. They are the best people to deal with, and the best Dealership in the state. They don t try to rip you off. I would buy from them again.I actually enjoyed the experience of purchasing my machine from them.

I cannot speak highly enough of everyone, though especially Jared, as they went above and beyond to sort my warranty extension with Yamaha. I bought my machine elsewhere but Big Pine still treated me like one of their own, which was awesome. When it is time for my next machine I will absolutely be looking at this outfit as their customer service is beyond anything I have experienced in the power sports industry.

I had a wonderful visit. The showroom was clean, organized and very nice. I spoke with a very friendly associate. Kelsi helped me with all my questions and was very patient me. Will definitely plan on returning for future needs

Took my KRX in to get the fuel tank replaced. When I got it back the fuel gauge was flashing empty. When I looked in the tank the float was stuck under the fuel pump. The tank was half full of gas. I then took the fuel pump out and upon doing this I found out that two mounting bolts were missing from the driver and passenger seat mounts. Also after fixing my fuel guage issue I went to put the fuel pump back in and discovered that the O-Ring between the fuel pump and the tank was missing. I was able to go to my local Kawasaki dealer and get those items and replace them. I not only had to pay the the service that wasn't completed correctly, I also had to go out and find the parts and pay for them. I contacted Jared and told him about the situation and he got me ahold of the service manager. When he got back to me he said the mechanic couldn't find all the bolts for the seat and that's why they were left out. Also he also told me that the mechanic was able to find the O-Ring on the old tank. I took the machine out and everything ran fine after that. When I got it home and was cleaning it up, I then discovered that all the bolts and push pins from the left rear quarter panel were missing. I had to install these also. Jared used to be my go to person for all of my KRX repairs. That's not the case anymore.I also bought an enclosed trailer from Jared when I got my KRX from him. After 6 months I was looking at the tires and one was completely bald on one side. I took it into a trailer repair shop and they said the alignment of the axels was 3/4 inch off and that 3 of the hubs were toed and the other hub was toed out. I sent an email to Jared asking if he could help compensate for some of the repairs of the trailer and never heard another word from him.

Great place to get side by side services, snowmobile services, four wheeler services, and dirt bikes services. My family and I have been going to Big Pine for many years and have boughten many machines from there.Great environment for people to go and learn about their machines and get service work done.

One of the best experience I ve had buying new can-am. Kelly over there had helped me out and gave me a killer deal. I m not huge on leaving reviews but I felt the need to go out of my way because of how great this experience was! Thanks a ton!
