We stayed here for one night. We went and checked in and asked for a good place to go for food. They recommended the Chinese place across the street (DONT GO THERE IT WAS SO NASTY). We then went back to our room, our T.V. wouldn't turn on, we called the front desk, and they told us how to get it to work. There aren't that many channels on there. We opened our fridge, and there were other people's nasty ice cream inside. Also, when we git there, our toilet paper was out. Fortunately, we were able to find another roll in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable for most of our group. There were many kids running up and down the halls along with the stairs. Making it hard to fall asleep at like 11:00 pm. Breakfast ends early, so we had to wake up earlier than we wanted. They had 4 waffle makers that were nice. However, there were no protein choices. The eggs were basically gone, and someone in my group said they were revolting. The orange juice was old and nasty. Also, there was this lady who was helping with breakfast she was nice, but she definitely got up really close to try and help you with every little thing. Checkout was easy. The lady seemed to have her job and was kinda rude.Walkability: There are places you can walk to. However, it is a busy road, making it hard to cross.

We have stayed here over 30 nights and have LOVED it, until this trip. Must be under new management that is only interested in $$$$. Room was twice the price we have paid before, was not clean, breakfast was only waffles and cereal. In the past, their breakfast has been a variety of eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, fried potatoes. We planned on that and ended up grabbing breakfast elsewhere as my hubby is diabetic and is no carbs. We had plans for 5 more nights in June and again in October, but we won't be coming back at the new outrageously high prices with less than the amenities. So sad (and infuriating) when big corporations put giant profit above service. And all that the staff said when I talked to them was "Sorry. Change sucks." Also, could not make reservations directly with hotel as we always have done on the past. Everything went through a 3rd party. Has great parking for trailers. That part we will miss.

For what this hotel is it is a fine stay but there are some straight up hags who run the front desk. NOT family friendly. My extended family was in town for a funeral so we had seven rooms with a bunch of children in tow. Some of my nephews were playing after breakfast in the snow outside and went in and out of the side door. Long story short, the woman from the front desk came and got in their faces and told them she was going to call the cops on them. WHAT?!No one besides the kids were going in or out of the door, it was after 9:30 am and there were plenty of adults nearby making sure they were safe.Would love to hear what justification they come up with for threatening children and making them cry. Gross.

The beds are super firm. I could not sleep and my back hurt after the first night. I was unable to cancel and get a refund (because I booked on a tird party sight....??) so I tried a second night. No sleep again! My back is wreched and Christmas is not going to be fun since I have slept so bad for 2 nights...I like that it's pet friendly but could still be comfortable!!

We checked out this morning after a wonderful stay. The staff is very helpful, and friendly. Rooms are quiet, very clean. Overall this hotel is just beautiful, and the breakfast to die for. Will definitely stay again.Rooms: The rooms are spacious, clean, beds very comfortable

My wife wanted a clock in theroom. Also an ice machine on each floor would be helpful. The breakfasts were tremendous with great food varieties. But the breakfast seating areas could have better lighting. The shower in our room was huge and a true shower and not a tub.Towels were extra large and no need to use extras to get dried off. There was a couch and sitting area on each floor to relax and make plans with other guests. They also had baggage trollies to transfer luggage from vehicles to rooms. Many motels do not offer those. This motel will deffinitely be our future base of operations for trips to ride Arapeen and Sanpitch trail systems.Exra long paved parking stalls for trucks pulling trailers.

Pros: Rooms are clean and the staff is nice.Cons: Wi-Fi is bad and basically useless in my room; it was better if I sat in the lobby. Walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors. Breakfast wasn t great and the eggs were inedible.

I stayed with my M-in-Law over 4th of July weekend and we very much enjoyed our stay at Willow Creek. CLEAN rooms, breakfast buffet was outstanding and staff was super friendly. Been staying at a Big H in a big city and Willow Creek beats them hands down.Rooms: Clean, perfect amt of space for us and we re actually to cold at night when it was in the 90s outside.Food & drinks: Food was sooo yummy and they did not seem to mind if we took an extra muffin for later.

No handicapped parking placards. Hot tub was not working had green slimy water in it. Guy working the front desk acted as if we were intruding on his play time on his cell phone. The so called breakfast was not good. No fresh fruit and coffee tasted a week old.Skip this place there are better places.

Had issues because staff and apparently Manger did not know the Federal laws of the American Disability Act. They need to be re educated on the Law about service animals. Checked out 3 days early and moved into Manti Country Inn. Apparently Willow Creek doesnt need business! They could offer me a room for free and I still would not go to that place. Food horrible rooms cramped. Only gave them a 1 because that was the lowest rating I cold give. Also for you to presume he was not a service dog due to his size, shows your ignorance and could have ask what the dog was trained for and we would have advised your untrained staff he was trained for my husbands condition of being diabetic. You should educate youself and staff better.

This hotel is nice & would normally have rated a 3 or 4 star review. The reason I am giving them a 5 star is the way they quickly handled an issue with my room. I called the front desk and within 20 minutes, two of the hotel staff were there, courteous and eager to make sure that everything was perfect. That is huge.Edit - the issue was that the floor on our room was filthy. Also, the hospitality of the staff is completely absent in the owner / manager. Rude.

I reserved 2 nights for my kids, they called me afternoon of first day and said, with snotty attitude, your son left lots of stuff in the room. I said probably because they are staying 2 nights...they said oh, we will put stuff back. Some toiletries were missing and when asked where they were they said oh we threw them away, but you can go through garbage if you want. I also requested a roll away bed and they never got it.I should have been called before items were removed from room.Update: I have been contacted since this happened by management. It was a very sincere apology and things have been straightened out and I appreciate the contact they made. Thank you.

We have stayed at this hotel with our race team several times. The first time we stayed here was over the memorial day weekend. I messed up and reserved the wrong dates. When I called the hotel to confirm our reservation, the manager told me I had a reservation for the week before not the Memorial weekend. We spoke for a few minutes and I asked if there was anything she could do as I am a retired combat service member, and I was coming up with our Purple Heart Racing Team to do some races at the local dirt track. This manger went so far above and beyond and was able to get us a room on a sold out weekend. She was freaking awesome and her staff was fabulous. The lady that sets up the breakfast reminds me of being at grandmas house, Super friendly and helpful. We stay here everytime we come to race and have never had an issue

It was a very nice overnight stay. My work payed for it so I don't know the price but the room was great! Nice silk feeling blanket, nice toiletries, microwave and fridge in the room. The best was the continental breakfast. The waffles were so damn good! The only thing I would change is their TV setup. Man it's slow are clunky. The employees were extra nice. I definitely would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

The room was nice, however, the keys to the room rarely worked on our room door or the side doors closest to our room which meant we always had to go through the lobby. In addition, Our toilet would not flush properly, there was no iron and ironing board in the room nor any extra blankets. We were looking forward to using the hot tub only to find out that the jets didn t work. Very disappointing over all.

3 1/2 stars is more accurate. It's the only hotel in Ephraim, so if you need a place to stay - Willow Creek is the place. It's no Hilton or Marriott - not even a Holiday Inn Express. The hot breakfast is great! The food options change from day to day and there is a lot from which to choose. The rooms are adequate and clean. I don't care for the design of the building because two rooms next to mine could see right into my room (so I had to keep the drapes closed). This is due to sharp right angles of the building layout. My window didn't lock which made me uncomfortable and question security of the facility! The eight pillows were awful! They were all flimsy and small. I had to go purchase a decent pillow from Wal-Mart. That didn't make for a good night's rest my first night there. There is an elevator to access the top two floors. I wish they would have provided a sheet of information along with the keys about breakfast times, Wi-Fi passwords, check-out time, etc., but they didn't. It's adequate, not upscale in any sense.

Clean rooms and halls, friendly and accommodating staff, and a better breakfast than most hotels even near this price range. Came and stayed for a wedding and they handled all our groups (probably annoying) special requests and never showed a bit of hesitation to do so. Would highly recommend! Constant cleaning in rooms and halls, amazing housekeeping staff. also, loved the layout of the room and the shower was HUGE!

The staff was good and good customer service was given, breakfast was okay. The room was clean and the area was clean. The only down fall of it all was the hot tubs jets were not working. When I reserved the room I called to confirm that the hot tub was in open/working condition and was informed it was. Had I known it was not I would have reserved in Provo. Was disappointing, however lesson learned.

It was a good hotel. They provided plenty of extra blankets, even letting us take them off campus to our event! The rooms were well kept, with minor repairs needing to be done, but nothing too inconvenient. There is not a pool, only a hot tub, that was a disappointment but we managed. The rooms were not sound proof and we could hear people in the hall and other rooms a little. Overall it was fine for the one night stay.
