We were in a really tight bind, our tire was flat and my wife couldn t get the tire off and I couldn t help. The tire would hold air for maybe 30 minutes. They REFUSED to help my wife get v the tire off so we could replace it because they were too busy. Completely disappointed and shocked!

Said they did an alignment on my front. A couple months later the outer edges of my tires are bald (from misalignment as diagnosed by another shop). Didnt do a good job on the alignment and now I need new tires

We had just pulled into our campsite late afternoon and heard a hissing from a tire on our truck (picked up a screw along the way). We tried several places in Manti and Ephraim but they didn t have time. We stopped at RJ s and Lance got us right in and their service was top notch. Dalton went the extra mile to ensure all our tires were set to the right pressures when he found out we were towing a trailer. Thanks for helping us when others didn t have time!

Needed our fifth wheel tires pumped up on the way out of town had the family and dog with us. They worked quickly and efficiently. We needed something replaced and they ran into town quickly for us and now we feel much better about out trip and the price was very reasonable....even cheap I'd say! Thanks guys!

Terrible pricing and communication.We just needed an alignment and rotation done soon so we came here. When they called and said it was finished, they said they fixed our tire for us but never called to ask about it and charged us for it. Not only that but the axle needed replaced but they still performed the alignment that could ve waited till the axle was replaced.I only wish I had read these reviews first. Will never go back. In the future I d go to somewhere else or drive to the city for repairs.

Do not go here!!! Owner is a liar and a crook. I was charged $100 for an oil change on a 2.3L engine. I came to pick up my car and my bumper was torn off. The owner claimed it was like that when I dropped it off! Do not go here unless you hate your car and like getting ripped off.

Way over priced. Take your car somewhere else. I can t believe how much I paid to get a tail light bulb changed. They have forever lost my business.

On June 1st, RJ's got me in 'at the spur of the moment', because I was basically stranded in Ephraim, Utah. Although he was crazy busy, he took time to evaluate and repair my 2004 Toyota Camry.Being an eighteen year old car made getting parts a sketchy issue. But RJ's had me back on the road within 28 hours.I truly appreciate their quality work and humanitarian attitude.Need auto care while in or around Ephraim, Utah? Go to RJ's Tire and Auto.

I went to RJ's rather than my regular(Ephraim Tire Pros) because my regular was booked for a month solid and I needed my car repaired so I could go to work. They got back to me decently quick and told me that my battery needed replacement. I decided to go back to my regular for the battery replacement since said battery was still under warranty. My regular ran their tests and said nothing was wrong. I waited a couple days and my car has worked perfectly well. Thus I can only conclude that RJ's was just trying to sell me a battery which I didn't need.

IF YOU HAVE BATTERY ISSUES DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!My car kept battery kept dying after short periods of time. I took it to RJ's expecting them to tell me it's an alternator issue. After 3 hours they told me it was the whole battery was bad and I needed to replace it. $350 dollars later, the car died in a week. I took it back and after less than an hour they told me it was a parasitic issue and they didnt have any idea or that it most likely was just a light I left on in the car. I've always made sure the lights were all off so it wasnt that. They told me just to keep an eye on it and just to figure it out and then bring it in again when I figure it out. You'd think taking your car to a mechanic to have them fix the problem they wouldn't say figure it out for yourself.

Fast fair friendly..Got charged $500. To change 7 spark plugs oil change. Just told them to do it so my bad!! Would always ask for price first. Been going there since they opened and felt like I was taken advantage of!! 2 weeks prior it was like $24 for the one spark plug so I figured $250 with oil change at most. Again my fault not asking.

I called and scheduled an appointment with RJ s 24 hours in advance to get some tires changed on a trailer and I told them I was bringing my own tires and they said that won t be a problem. When I arrived there to get the tires changed the owner came out and told me since I wasn t buying his very high overpriced tires I wasn t a priority and that it would be the end of the day before he would even consider looking at it. Let me remind you I scheduled 24 hours in advanced and they were fully aware of what was going on. Their customer service was extremely poor and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

RJ's is amazing. Quality work for a good price. Rus cares about his customers and their cares and makes them both feel important. He and his employees are all wonderful people and great mechanics.

Extremely disappointed. Hadn't heard good things about the shop anyways. I wanted to try it out, took my truck in for an alignment, asked them to check out my front end to see if i need ball joints or anything. (new truck hadn't had it checked out before) Told me my ball joints were fine and it would hold an alignment within a month it was pulling really hard to the left. I took it back in thinking maybe it got knocked out of alignment somehow. Russ had it looked at and told me I needed new ball joints. I don't think they could wear out that fast. so now I have to pay for ball joints and to have it realigned. Waste of money for the first alignment. And I asked them to call me as soon as they figured out what was going on with it. after 5 hours no call. I called three times before I was able to get Russ on the phone to figure out was going on. Went and picked up my truck and the windows were down and it had just rained. My front seat was soaked everything in my doors were wet. Road flares and other miscellaneous things were wet. They were absolutely everything i had heard. Not recommended. Will never go back to them. Fast Auto has my service now.

Lance and his team went the extra mile to help my daughter at Snow College. Her car wouldn't start and they took the time to go to her car on campus. They were able to quickly identify and resolve the problem to get her car started. They didn't charge for the service and when I tried to pay them they wouldn't accept any payment. I highly recommend Lance and the team at RJ's Tire and Automotive. It's great peace of mind to know there's good, honest people out there when your family is away from home.

I went in for an oil change like I had done for the past 4 years and Russ came out and told me he couldn't get the cap off the oil filter. He said it was put on too tight and that Toyota was having a problem with those particular caps. He said if he tried to get it off and he broke it, he didn't have the part to fix it. So, I told him to order the part and let me know when it came in. It was over 2 weeks and I finally called to see if he had the part in and he said he did. He told me come in the next morning.When I got there, he brought out the part and said he wasn't going to take the cap off until I said I would pay for it..$47.99. I told him it was not my fault and that the last time I had my oil changed here it was put on too tight. He argued with me and flat out said he wasn't going to pay for it. He then told me to check with Toyota about the problems they were having with the oil filter cap. He then started talking on the phone and went into the other room and completely ignored me so I left.I called Toyota and they told me the cap had been put on too tight and there was no problems with that particular cap.They also told me the part was $27.99 and he was trying to charge way too much especially when it was their fault for putting it on too tight.I called Russ and told him what Toyota told me and he was rude and refused to make good on his mistake..not mine. So, I'm driving my car with clean oil and a dirty oil filter and will have it fixed for half the price.Maybe because I'm a female he thought he could get away with it.Needless to say he has lost my business and others I have told about this. Very rude and unprofessional!!!!

They test drove my car after fixing a bearing. The mechanic got into an accident in my car and the business refused to be held accountable. My insurance company is in the process of taking them to court. The cop asked their manager if he should put this on the business insurance or the mechanics personal insurance and the manager, Gregory I believe, told the cop to put it on the mechanics (their employee) insurance instead and I ended up being help accountable. They are crooks who disregard customer experience at their own cost. You should all boycott RJs auto, they care as little about their local customers as Walmart.

Untrustworthy and rude.I brought my car in for an oil change as I had two times previously. They were an hour and a half late bringing my car into the shop which is fine really, shops get behind I understand that. However, they were rude and didn't even say a thing about it, not even a "Sorry, we're really busy" Nope they were just edgy. Well after the long wait, I paid for my oil change and hopped into my car in a hurry to pick up my wife from work. I noticed the window was rolled down, so I pressed the magical little button that roles it back up and I discovered it was broken! What a Surprise! It was functioning perfectly when I rolled it down and back up while going the the McDonald's drive through just five minutes before I pulled into RJ's parking lot. So I know it was working. The Window Regulator was cut clean at the top. I would have stopped and confronted them then and there to ask them about it but once again I was in a hurry to pick up my wife because they were an hour and a half late on getting the oil change done, plus it's our only vehicle at the moment (Which I had mentioned to Russ before the oil change) When I called them about it two hours later they said they'd take a look at it the next day. Well I car-pooled to work, my wife brought it in and they said "Oh yup your window regulator is broke, that'll be $270.00 to replace it! You need to let us know by 2:30 P.M. So we can have the parts ordered in tomorrow" It was just after 2:00 P.M when they said that. Sales pressure much? On a pregnant woman right before winter too, what a bunch of crooks. This is my first online review, that is how disgusted I was with their service. Please don't take your vehicle there. From now on I will do my own oil changes. Lesson learned.P.S. the a Window Regulator for my vehicle was only 42.00. I will install it myself. Russ gave us a price quote of 180.00 plus 80.00 for the installation and sales tax on top of that. What a joke!

Ever since I ve moved to Ephraim I have taken both mine and my wife s cars to RJ s. They have taken such good care of us. Every time I leave there I feel grateful to be able to do business with Russ who is always honest, helpful, and doesn t try to rob you. I always tell people to go to him. Thanks Russ, you re awesome!

Russ, and his crew are very knowledgeable and have decades of experience and service. They are on point with diagnosis, and quick with their repairs. RJ's services my company vehicles. I won't take them anywhere else.

I have been lucky with not having a lot of car troubles. But when I do, RJ's, from my experience, has been honest, professional, and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I am hooked on Tjs here in ephraim. 5 star service. Great prices and always faster then I expected. And one very important thing. They are honest. Its sometimes scary taking your vehicle in to a shop for repairs. But not with Rjs. I've used them before and will definitely use them again.

What a jerk!! My serpentine belt broke and I coasted into their shop around noon. I was in a bind. I asked the owner if he could install a new belt (he was at his desk talking to a girl) and he said he was "just too busy today". Really?? No concern for the customer? A belt takes two minutes to install! People like this should not be in business.

I had to get some work done there about a month ago they were busy the day I made it to work done but they scheduled me for a couple days later when I showed up at the appointed time they were ready for me they took me in right away get to work and I was very happy with the results I've been back a couple times since to have other work done I was very pleased with what I have found there
