Above and beyond. I was stuck at the base of Blacktail mountain in the snow. Even though it was 3 hours after close they made it out and got me out immediately. They were patient with the process of trying to find me. They even saw what a horrible night I'd had, being stuck up in the mountains of duchesne in January past dark for hours and lowered the cost for me. Great people.

Words don t describe how amazing they are!! We live here in helper our camper trailer had a broken leaf spring in Duchesne, they got the parts fixed it very quick! Craig you are amazing and they should give you a raise or a bonus!! Again thank y all for all your help we are so thankful for everything you guys did!

I just got my truck back after waiting three weeks for a rear window to be installed. It still isnt installed, my truck battery was dead, we had to jump it ourselves, and my truck has new damage to it. The front fender is creamed and theres a really long scratch from the fender to the middle of the drivers side door.I dont know what kind of employees they think work for them, but obviously theres stuff happening here that is not professional at all.

My 2008 dodge diesel had a front end that was shot. My gear box, ball joints, and control arms were bad. Took it to G.T. Enterprises, and they fixed all the problems. It drives smoothly now it's like driving a whole different truck. Thanks to all the great people there. They truly care about people's safety, and their work is amazing.

Guy and his team go out of their way to help out in any way they can, I mean really! They treat you like family and make sure that your vehicle is running before you leave, no matter what. My husband and I would not have been able to complete our honeymoon trip without them. Absolute life savers!

The people that work for GT Enterprises have exceptional skills as to educating you on your vehicle. They have been great with the mechanics on my Chevrolet, teaching me what to listen for and how to notice problems with my car. Bought a Cumberland barn from them at a very reasonable price and they also offer coast to coast carports. Almost a museum with all their junk in the yard. Walk through for a gas cap and found all kinds of parts I need to have plus old stuff to look at. They also offer towing.

For a small town shop, this place is pretty good. After chatting with the owners I understood my job would take a while because the access for the parts I needed required a drive to Salt Lake City for pick up (over 4 hours round trip), so I made an appointment and got the job done in a few days. They loaned me a replacement vehicle for free, and I had no issues with the vehicle repair they did. I just made another appointment to have a insurance collision claim done when I make a trek from AZ to UT because these guys had the best price estimate and can get me in and out in one weekend (given I made the appointment in advance and was flexible with the dates I would be up that way). I trust these guys because I have seen the pro bono work they often do around the small town and even at the lake (I've seen several people broken down, and when I pull over to help they have already contacted Guy Taylor who is on his way to take care of the problems or went out for a boat ride and saw Guy on the dock fixing and explaining boat issues). Good people and overall good shop in a small town.

Great business and people. We were towed in to RV park when our mtr hm broke down. They came to the park checked out our mtr hm, made all calls to find what we needed. Fixed it and had us back on the road the next day. I would recommend them to everyone. Wonderful people!! Thanks so very much!!!

This company saved my trip at starvation reservoir- they really know boats and we re so friendly- treated us like family. Very responsive and worked on our problem even though it was a holiday weekend and at closing time. Couldn t thank them enough!

Very disappointed with this establishment. We took our boat in on July 1. They said it'd take about a week. We never heard from them. I called several times to learn "they're still working on it". On July 17th when we went to pick it up, we were told it still has issues that haven't been worked out yet. So we didn't get it. However, we were told that during one of their "test rides" on the water, one of the workers dropped a fishing line in and caught a walleye which turned out to be the state record.We didn't get the boat back until July 31st. But learned at that time of pick up that the battery was dead due to someone there leaving on the key and the blower. We paid over $1200. We charged the battery that night ourselves and took it out on the lake Saturday. The battery died again on the lake. When we called GT the next Monday, GT Enterprise said they'd pick up the boat to fix. I gave them permission to pick it up with the instructions to return it upon completion. On Aug 27th the boat was still gone. We called GT who said that they found the alternator to be defective and had it rebuilt. They did return the boat on Friday Aug 28th. We tried to take the boat out on Saturday the 29th, but the boat would not start. It was dead.Even after paying all that money and getting no where, we decided not to work with GT anymore, taking it somewhere else. Upon inspection, the reputable establishment noted that in addition to many things they will have to redo, the fish finder which GT installed was installed incorrectly.If I could rate with a Zero, I would.
