Found Utleys from referral from Valet Autobody. Also great body shop. Have been to Utleys for all mileage checks on our BMW. ALWAYS happy with service and price. We have a pampered 2013 X5 and Utleys continua to pamper her. This time we thought we had to have a radiator drain. It turned out we needed a new water pump that that Utleys had replaced last year. The owner got on the phone with warranty company and got the pump replaced a NO ZERO cost, replaced it and didn t charge us labor. Unheard of today. Thank you Utleys! When they do charge us they have a Military Discount and they always thank me for my service this was an unsolicited review also

This is a completely unsolicited review. 100% without a doubt the best place to take your European car for repairs and / or maintenance. I made the mistake recently of taking my BMW to Jiffy Lube for a simple oil change. This car has never leaked a drop of oil in its life, immediately after the oil change it sprung a major leak. After two return trips to Jiffy Lube to have it looked at, they said the conclusion was it was just coincidence. I dropped in to Utley's without even an appointment, Within minutes, they found that it had an incorrect oil plug gasket installed. Utley's fixed the issue, power sprayed the engine, and got me on my way in minutes. They not only can fix your car initially, they fix other people's messes too. I will never take my car anywhere else for major repairs or even something as simple as an oil change. I've also had a larger repair done here in this car, and it was done to perfection. Utley's stands by their work, are experts in their field. Save yourself time and hassle. Just start here. Thank you!

I have used Utleys European Auto Repair for the last 10 years, and they are my ALL TIME FAVORITE go to mechanic team. I have taken my BMW's, Volvos, and my Audi's to Dallas and his team, and I have never been disappointed by the service. This team is the best in the industry. I highly recommend Dallas and his team. They are honest, fair, and thorough. I know you will be as pleased as I have been for years.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience. They had my car for 4 months and then didn t completely fix it. I didn t receive a single call from them. They made zero attempt to communicate with me. ZERO attempts to update me. I called and called and called and got the run around every time.. I need to talk to my boss but he is unavailable (for a myriad of reasons- I heard everything in the book). Will call you back once I talk to him and NEVER received a call back. Ever. Not one time in 4 months. I had to call and call and got the same thing every time. Finally was told my car would be done by the end of the day. Only when I got there (at the end of the day) it wasn t done. They told me to give them 30 minutes and they would call me. We went to get some dinner and no one ever called. Decided to just go to the shop and nobody came out to help us. After waiting for a total of two hours from our first attempt at pickup we just left. Finally got my car back after 4 months, zero communication, and a huge bill.. the car isn t even finished.. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Hopefully the repairs they did make will hold up but I have no faith after my customer service experience. What a joke.

This is the only place I will take my BMW. I've been here twice for repairs BMW quoted me at for ridiculous prices. They took care of both easy.They're professional, they get the job done and they do it at a reasonable cost. I've already referred them to family with European cars but will also refer them to anyone who I know who gets European

Utley's is the best. I've brought several of our cars here over the years for service and repairs and am always treated like a friend. They're honest, competent and eager to help. Dallas even bailed me out by coming to me after hours in a bind. Good luck finding that anywhere else.

Used Utley's in the past and great service. Not sure what has happened. Over 4 weeks to diagnose my starter (which I told them I was 99% sure was the issue). When I called to see their schedule before I towed my car there, was told 1 week out. Each call had the same answer, "the tech is working it to make sure it is the starter." I asked, so the tech has spent 40 hours on my car alone to diagnose it? Was told the techs have been jumping around, so when I asked why did techs not jump to my car when it was brought in. No answer. Took 1 day for the part to arrive and was fixed the next day.Again they do good work, horrible customer experience and communication this time!

The guys there are the best, I ve taken my Porsche in to have repairs and oil changes. They accommodate me with appointments so I can just wait. The are very good about explaining everything to me. That s my place for my cars.and if you need to have yours repaired and well taken care of, this is you place.

I have a 2013 Audi a six that had the under cover torn off while driving through deep snow on our last storm. And it was partially hanging off and I zip tied it up to figure out how to fix it dealership plan they want to $500 for the parts, I found these guys on a Google search which were close to me and called. They kind of offered to check into options for parts and repair that suggest that I come in to look at it to see what they could do I stop by without an appointment and they offered to take a look at it by putting it up on the jack Right there on the spot while I waited and put some larger washers to hold up the heat barrier. The problem is fixed, I didn t have to spend $500 and they did it as a courtesy. I ve never had it any car repair of anything done without some significant bill, I appreciate your kindness, and offering to stop the busy schedule to help me out for a few minutes, I will definitely be going back for more service on my Audi. I have had Dallas & his team look at my cars for almost 7 years now! Dallas is very honest & fair priced. Every time something goes wrong with my BMW X6 he knows EXACTLY what to do & is always so happy to help. I found Dallas/Utleys European Auto several years ago on Google when I was looking for my BMW to be repaired. All of his reviews said he was honest and knowledgeable, so I decided to go there. In the past 8 years, Dallas has fixed my car, my kids cars, and several extended family members cars. I have found for myself that Dallas is indeed very honest, knowledgeable and fair. I would never take my car to anyone else.

Dallas worked on my manual transmission X5 and my e46 330xi. My front differential needed to be replaced and they helped me locate a used one that came with a one year warranty.. The work was done right the first time and on time. This shop is very busy so plenty of planning is needed to get your car in line. But he is worth it. Dallas runs an incredibly honest and competent shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I really wanted to like this place. It was close to home and they seemed to service the European cars I drive.I called several times over months, but no one ever answered the phone. Not a big deal I thought, my schedule is not always in alignment with other people's. I thought I would stop by, so I did. They had a parking lot full of cars with no registration, and no where to park. It took about 20 minutes for someone to have the time to talk to me. I told them what I needed and they had to go talk to the boss. Ten minutes later They told me that a job that has 8 hours of book time was an engine out procedure and would take 2 months. I questioned it and they were adamant.I got the impression they didn't really want to take on customer jobs unless they were super easy. It felt like they were more concerned with their own cars.I won't be back.

The finest customer service you'll ever find in the auto industry! I've been very impressed by their customer service and honesty both times I've been here for my vehicles. Dallas was absolutely fantastic when working with us on our 3 series and x5. Knowledgeable, helpful, genuine, and fair. Look no farther than Utley's for your European car service needs!! This place feels like a family or neighborhood shop as opposed to a corporate machine. I look forward to working with this kind group of knowledgeable technicians for my future car needs. We were in town from Boise for only a couple of days, and our Audi A3 had a transmission error code. Despite being crazy busy, they squeezed us in and gave us the info we needed about our issue, which gave us peace of mind to make it back. Didn't charge us anything!

Finding a trustworthy and honest mechanic is almost impossible. Dallas and his crew are amazing!!!Dallas truly cares about his customers. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable and he does amazing work. The prices are Utley s beat most shops in the valley and he's worth every penny spent there.Utley s did some work on my car and he let me use one of his personal cars until my car was done. I have been taking my cars to Dallas for over 6 years. I do not trust anyone else. He has never tried to up sell work to me. He stayed after hours to fix my car since I needed it back that night. He s even taken my car to the car wash for me before it was returned.He s gained my loyalty for life!

Utley s European Auto Repair is awesome. I bought a BMW a few years ago. I was shocked by how much it cost to maintain through the dealership. then a friend of mine told me about Dallas. I have taken my X-5 to Utley s over the last two years and they have been nothing but professional, helpful, friendly, etc.But most importantly they re experts that I trust. They know European vehicles. Their backgrounds make them a great solution so you can get the same quality service service that you get from the dealership but at a more reasonable price. And they don t make recommendations that aren t in my best interest.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

I have to say that finding a trustworthy and honest mechanic is almost impossible but Dallas and his crew are amazing!They are honest, professional, knowledgeable and do amazing work. The prices at Utley s are lower than most shops in the valley but you do not get any less care or detail and he is worth the cost he charges and then some.Utley s did some work on my car and let me take a loaner car until the work on mine was completed. Which saved me more money on the rental car I would have had to get.I trust Dallas and his crew and will take my car there from now on.

Best mechanic experience I ve ever had. These guys are nice, truthful, and do great work!I was on vacation here in Utah and my car needed servicing before driving to Colorado. I told them my situation and they took care of me, got my car serviced and had me on my way. Great pricing too.Next time I drive here I will definitely bring my car again if it needs anything at all.Thanks Utleys!!!! You guys rock!!

Utley s has hands down been the best experience with an auto repair shop I ve ever had. Dallas, Aj, and the rest of the crew were great. The gentleman that gave me a ride to work was very friendly. They got my car in quickly, got it diagnosed and fixed. The price was great and everyone was very accommodating. Can t thank you enough keep up the great work!

My entire family has been taking our vehicles to Dallas for almost 10 years now. My parents actually drove their car over 400 miles just to get it fixed from Dallas last time because he is someone we trust. He always is extremely honest and does the job right, if there is anything wrong what so ever he takes full responsibility and fixes it immediately. I would never take my car elsewhere and appreciate his honesty and workmanship. Last time I picked up my car it was all clean and just drove fantastic!! 5 star service all the way all the time.

I was introduced to Dallas and his team 3years ago when I bought a car from one of his customers. Since then I take all of my cars to him, and I ve had plenty. You get amazing service and good pricing. I won t take my cars anywhere else.

I've now had two incredible service experiences with Utley's, and at this point I don't hesitate for a second to take my 2006 Audi A3 to them. Their pricing is more than fair and they do whatever it takes to put the customer first. They get to my car quickly, they are great communicators (they listen and clearly explain what's going on), and most importantly they are honest. In my second visit, after diagnosing the problem, they helped me save thousands of dollars by suggesting I contact Audi customer service to see if a service bulletin / recall existed even though my car was well out of the standard warranty. Turns out the repair I needed was covered by Audi and the dealership ultimately made the repair. Utley's is the auto repair shop everybody wants to have, and is the one you keep for life when you finally find it.

They were nice and seemed excited to help when I first stopped by. I took my car in and didn t get it back for a month. (They said it would take a day or two). Rarely answered the phone or returned my messages. They did do what I asked, but it took way too long and was overpriced. Seemed like they didn t want to do business again. Felt kinda silly letting my car sit outside in their lot for so long.

Overall, Utley's provided exactly what I needed, so no complaints there. Dallas and AJ are polite and easy to work with and are straightforward.I have an aftermarket auto warranty, so my situation was a bit different than for most folks, I'm sure. We had to coordinate between the warranty company and the shop in order to the repair done. The nice is thing it was all covered by the warranty company!Utley's also kindly checked a few things at our request that were unrelated to the repair, so we have confidence going forward in what to address next.I'm a neat freak, so when I saw Utley's waiting room, I was pretty happy! It was clean, well organized, and had plenty of car related magazines to read. In fact, their work shop is even clean!

Utley's is the place! Dallas is awesome, he knows auto repairs. I have had him work on my Jetta, my dad's Audi and Jag. We won't go anywhere else for mechanical. Reasonably priced and you leave filling comfortable and happy with repairs, versus previous experiences feeling sick about spending on money and not trusting repairs. I have had no issues since Dallas worked on my car. He is our mechanic for life!Thanks Dallas!

I've known Dallas for a little over 4 years now and he's always serviced my M3 and now my Touareg. A good, honest mechanic is more important than ever, especially for expensive European vehicles. His general knowledge of cars and in particular, their computers is always current ... a talent needed these days with automobile technology ever evolving. Pricing has never been an issue as it seems fair, reasonable and competitive with others in the business. Personable and likeable, I highly recommend Dallas for your automotive needs.
