I stopped by the Draper store to pick up some items for my motorcycle and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly clerk, Daniel. He found just what I needed and good prices as well.

I went to have my battery replaced and Makai was super helpful and he was able to install the new battery and as soon as he was done he immediately went to another customer who also needed their battery replaced. Good job dude , thanks again. In this photo you actually see Makai in the lady's engine working hard.

Employees closed and locked the doors a tad early. Stood outside knocking for 10 minutes and no one would come, just needed to drop off a tool rental.

Super frustrated, drove 15 minutes, arrived 5 minutes before advertised closing to a locked door. Needed to grab a few quick items to finish a project tonight. Ran down the road to AutoZone, arrived there right at close due to O'Reilly's closing early, and they were happy to let me grab my items. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

O'Reily Auto Parts Draper manager is the best he helped me and should be given a huge raise and promotion. I am on disability and had a windshield wiper issue, and he immediately solved my problem! I hope that he gets a huge raise and promotion!

I stopped into the Draper location and asked for help replacing a headlight and tail light on my daughter s Hyundai. Clay not only helped me find what I needed, but stood in the rain and replaced both for me in front of the store. He went above and beyond! The most awesome employee!

Caden was so professional and extremely nice! I called ahead and I could hear his smile through the phone! Then when I came in, he was sure to greet not only me, but other customers with a smile as they came in and as they left. This service right here is the reason O'Reilly Auto Parts in Draper will be the only auto part store I shop at from now on! A+ Customer service!

Super helpful - took my battery in to have it tested. Only took a minute to do so. The woman at the front desk knew more about auto repairs than I. At any rate, the battery was good, followed her advice, and the car is running great! Cost = 0 dollars. Thanks O'Reilly's in Draper!

Batteries are expensive but the folks here took the time to check and make sure mine actually was dying and even replaced it for me. Great place!

2nd time to go into the Draper store. Excellent experience for the 2nd time! Friendly well trained staff. Scott diagnosed my battery problem and got a new one installed in about 10 minutes. Exactly what I needed. I'll be sure to remember next time I need competitent and courteous assistance.

The Two workers on 9/29/22 at 8:00 were incredibly helpful and genuinely concerned with helping me figure out, how to get into my sons car that he had locked his keys in thanks guys the brake line worked great as a slim-Jim. Fantastic Employees

They always have the parts I need, in fact, they are the only parts supplier that I found to have an older model starter with next day availability, because I can't wait 2-3 weeks for a part!

I had an issue with a battery that I bought a few years ago from this store which began giving me trouble recently. I went back and Ruger was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. They gave me a warranty on a battery, and I left with my problem fixed. I went in thinking I wasn't going to get much help, but left as a happy, pleased customer.

A little hit and miss. I went in one day and my existence was barely acknowledged, even by someone who looked like a manager. I was the only person in the store. Last time I went was much different. Jackson and another lady (didn't get her name) were very helpful and pleasant though. Besides customer service, it's another Oriellys. Pretty well stocked and clean.

Overall experience was satisfactory, however there was an issue that was not resolved professionally. I had ordered a cabin filter and when we had finalized the order (I was ordering 3 items that had to be shipped/transferred due to the store having none in stock) the clerk informed me of a $8.00 shipping fee. I asked why and he was unsure, so he grabbed his manager and that's when the issue started. The manager came and looked at the screen and then responded, "there's nothing I can do, that's just the fee for getting the part" keep in mind this is NOT a special order item, it's a cabin air filter. I asked several times through it the conversation, "why am I being charged to ship your product to the store, it is NOT my responsibility to pay shipping fees from your distributor, that's your cost of doing business. I could understand if I was at home buying the part online; but I wasn't, i was in the brick & mortar store... the true issue was just how the manager treated the situation and arguing with me from the moment he came over and started belittling me. The clerk I was originally with was great and did have the proper attitude needed for customer service oriented careers.

My daughter needed a new battery for her Hyundai Elantra. None of the local Hyundai dealerships would take her without an appointment, which was not available until next week. So we went to O Reilly s in Draper and met Jaden who cheerfully went over options with us and then installed a new battery right there in the parking lot. At no extra charge. Great service, five stars.

I had a power steering hose burst , we talked and came up with a solution to get me to the repair shop , even gave me a free head lamp including batteries.. who dose that anymore ??Great Job guys

O'Reilly's is always really solid. At this location they tested my battery for me and helped me find all the other stuff I needed. Later I returned some wipers and they were quick and helpful. Great employees, too.

Went there with my 2012 Toyota Sienna when the check engine light came on. Caden was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be back, thank you Caden for your help.

Very friendly helpful staff. Have replaced a couple batteries in their parking lot and they are nice about lending a socket wrench to complete the job on the spot.

Had more options than Autozone, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely prefer O'Reilly over Autozone and I recommend them to anyone.

I'm in and out of this location around twice a week, mostly due to my own stupidity; yet I've never once been shown even a hint of frustration or annoyance by the staff. The most appreciated and unique aspect to this crew is although they can answer nearly any question I have they aren't afraid to tell me they aren't 100% confident and will contact someone who can better answer my question. Sad that it's become rare, regardless of the industry, to hear someone admit they can't answer a question instead of just rambling through nonsense trying to sound intelligent. Anywhoo prices are almost always the best around and even on the small amount of items that have slightly higher costs i still see significant value in the relationship and trust...more than making for saving a buck across town

O'Reilly's staff are always friendly and efficient. They will not hesitate to assist with the installation of batteries, wiper blades, etc.

My girlfriend had the check engine light on so I went here to get the error code read. The manager came out and it immediately started pouring rain and hailing. He stood out there until the error code was read and helped me with my windshield wiper blades while getting soaked. Extremely great service.
