Thought I was going in for a service B? Def is less than half, no washer fluid and a low pressure tire warning shows up. 10 days after service. Do I need to check the oil? Not sure about this place.

Been using MBDraper for nearly ten years now (in Lindon too, their previous location). Never had any issues at all with the quality of repairs or parts *always* done right the first time. Never had to take a car back for the same problem. When there were issues related to scheduling & troubleshooting (once each) they ve always accepted my feedback and I ve seen marked improvement next time. I really enjoy working on my own cars, but I m excited to have a high-quality, brand-centric location to take my Mercs for the jobs I don t want to do!Services: Auto windshield repair, Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement, Auto brake repair

We dropped our car off a day early because we had a funeral to attend at the same time as our 9 AM appointment the next day. After the funeral ended at 1 PM we called to see if we could pick the car up on our way home. At this time we were told that they were trying to get the car done by the end of their working day (6 PM). We received a call at 5:25 PM telling us the car would be ready for our pickup. Fortunately we were already on the way otherwise we would not have been able to pick the car up because we live 40 minutes away. When we dropped the car off I explained why we were dropping early and told them we would be able to pick up the car on our way back from the funeral as it was on the way. The answer was that it should not be a problem. When I asked the service manager why it had taken so long to due a routine maintenance on the car, I was told because we were not waiting for the car it was not a priority for them. I have used this dealership for the last 3 years since we moved to Utah and have always received excellent service. If this is an example of the new customer satisfaction policy of the dealership, I may have to find another dealer to do the work. 9 hours and an additional 40 miles if driving to perform a routine service when I had already reserved a block of time for it to be done is a bit much.Service: Oil change

It was a disaster to use this business. I did a service B at this location last year and I was advised I would get a FREE service A for this time.I told the tech that my car play is not working well. He specifically asked me if I tried to use different cable and I said I did.I was told it would take 3 hours to get it done. And after 5 hours I still didnt get any calls. I called in and was told it was done. It was after 6 when I arrived at the draper location. I got a bill, stating that I owed $133.71 for Service A and $87.5 for checking my navigation system and the tech said they found no software installed in my car. I told them, 1st, I shouldn't pay anything for service A and I specifically asked them to fix my car play system. The tech should know already there was no navigation system installed. Then they only spent time to check that there was no such system installed and not fix my car play issue AT ALL! They told me I had to pay this amount of money otherwise they would NOT release my car. It was a nightmare to deal with this. Their communication was terrible. They keep telling me that they wanted to make their customer satisfied and they managed to make me very angry for them.Service: Oil change

I ve really tried to like these guys. The people are general very nice. Unfortunately, I ve had to take my 2017 Sprinter in numerous times since purchasing it new back in 2017 and 7 times out of 10 I ve had to take it back in because they didn t fix what was needing to be fixed. And when they do have the van it generally takes several days to a week to repair (which it hard when you have a large family and that is your only vehicle that can fit everyone). Not to mention any appointment you get is for at least a month out if not longer. So if your van isn t working or you need anything fixed that threatens the safety of driving it (like brakes, etc) you have to choose to either risk it or not have a vehicle for the next month or so. I have an extended warranty but have had to take the van elsewhere and pay for repairs because we just couldn t wait on the service department to both make the appointment AND then actually do the repairs or maintenance. I will say, however, that the last time we took the van in (even thought we had to wait a month to actually get the van in, there did the repairs very quickly and had it back to us in just one day. It was awesome. Unfortunately, once again they didn t fix one of the items they said had been fixed. So now, even though it was their mistake, we can t get the van in until October 12th. Almost a month and a half away to fix what they said had already been fixed. We ll keep trying, I guess. At least until the warranty runs out.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Vehicle maintenance, Oil change

Made an appointment and it still took over 2 hours and 45 minutes to do a regular maintenance checkup on my car. Part of the things listed in the regular maintenance manual didn't get done, I have a problem with this.Kind of disappointing because I have to drive an hour and a half to get to the dealership for the recommended maintenance checkup, which turned a simple appointment into an all-day thing. For the price paid at Mercedes-Benz, I think you can do better.Service: Auto maintenance

We had an appointment for Wednesday morning at 0900. We dropped the van the afternoon before and spoke with Konnor outlining the routine maintenance (on contract) and recalls we had scheduled. We specifically mentioned checking tire pressure, which I think should go without saying for a two year checkup. He assured us the van would be ready for pickup late Wednesday. He called on Wednesday to say they were delayed on getting one of the recalls done. That was fine, I said we could pick it up Thursday. On Thursday it wasn t quite done either. I said we d pick it up Friday. On Friday they found a part that needed replaced, which was fine and we agreed to that. So we went to pick it up on Saturday. They had the van three full days. We checked the tire pressure display as soon as we got in the van and not one tire was close to the correct pressure. One was fifteen pounds off. Our salesman Rick and a service tech adjusted the pressure. Who knows how well or thoroughly the other work was done, if at all.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service went fine and Harrison was very helpful. When I scheduled the service for 11:00 am I did not know that all of the service technicians took their lunch hour at the same time or I would have scheduled for 1 pm. My car wasn t taken into the shop until 25 minutes after my appointment so it was not completed by 12 noon. When I finally got my car back it was 2 pm.Service: Transmission

I waited almost 3 weeks for an appointment and dropped off my vehicle promptly at 9 am. I expressed the need to pick it back up at 1 because this is a work van. Service estimate was 2-3 hrs.I attempted to contact them at 1 and wasn t able to get through until 2. I was informed they hadn t even pulled my vehicle into the service bay after 5 hrs. Terrible communication. Totally inconsiderate. Horrible customer service and they could care less. They should have rescheduled me and expressed that this is a common, known issue.I also saw other unprofessional behavior there that leads me to assume the corporate culture at this dealership is completely broken.I don t know anywhere else where stealing a day from someone is acceptable.I will do everything in my power to keep everyone from making the mistake of getting burned by Draper Mercedes. Their bad reputation around town is well earned. Caveat emptor.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was very pleased with the young man who took care of my appt, he was very respectful and took care to see that my work was completed. He answered my question without seeming agitated as I have experienced at this dealership before. He was a pleasure to work with. His name is Tony Owens and I believe he is a fairly new employee. At any rate, I appreciate the individual attention and appreciation he showed toward me.Service: Auto maintenance

I took my Mercedes Benz in for a scheduled service. Was told prior to the service of the cost and that I had a coupon that was available for the service. At the time I picked up my car, the coupon wasn't honored as was previously discussed. I paid my bill and left. I also posted a negative comment regarding the event.I received a call from the service manager and explained the events. He promptly refunded me the coupon amount. I am posting this "Positive" comment to notify everyone of the professional manner in which the situation was handled. I will continue to use Mercedes Benz of Draper as my go to Mercedes dealership.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very quick to get my vehicle in system and back for the oil change. However the service took longer than expected. Told them was waiting for vehicle and from out of town. Took almost two hours. Would have got a loner, had I known it takes this long at this dealership. Good to know for future. Will use again though.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys simply have one of the best service departments in the Auto industry! The service area is always very clean and the advisors are there ready to help. Mike is the service manager and he is on top of things in managing a full-service team. I have been using this service department for twenty years and will continue to buy Mercedes because of this department!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am well aware that dealerships are the most expensive way to repair a car and I was prepared for that part. What bothered me the most is the sheer lack of transparency at this particular service department. If they can t tell you things ahead of time and let me make an informed decision rather than forcing repairs and then as I question them telling me, well it s already been done. Every single change in the original invoice should have been discussed with me prior to the repair starting. Not to mention that I had to specifically ask for a breakdown on costs the first time as the service advisor just kept trying to tell me the total cost. Then I notice discrepancies from what he s quoting me from what his own parts department quotes me directly and ask him to remedy this. I don t get any update until my car is finished snd the total overall is within $10 of the original grand total and when I tell him that the prices still aren t correct he just tells me that they have a two year warranty and if they dropped the prices, to what I was already quoted mind you, then they wouldn t warranty it. I said that s fine I won t take the warranty and that s when his famous line of well it s already been done comes out. I expect far better service from a Mercedes Benz dealership and believe that Ken Garff or even LHM Farmington will be far better options but Draper has really dropped the ball and it seems as if no one here seems to care about the customer anymore. I will not return again to this dealership and suggest you don t either.Service: Auto maintenance

Was not very happy with the quality of the service. The guy who took the keys was impolite and not courteous. He wouldn t talk to me and asked me just go inside. I had the appointment and I showed up on time, I had to wait for an hour before I was able to give my car for service. Once the service was complete, I came to pick up the car but it wasn t ready to be picked up and I had to again wait. Once I took the car back after service, I started getting the dashboard warning that engine oil is low and then I had to go back again to get that fixed. And now I am getting a dashboard warning that engine oil is too much and needs to be taken off.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Recently we took both our cars in for service. From start to finish our experience was exceptional. Both Amanda and Gage were extremely professional. They kept us informed as to the progress of our repairs and thoroughly answered all of our questions. There are other dealers in our area but none of them can even achieve the level of service that Larry H. Miller provides.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle maintenance

Service B taken care of. Normally I have no problems with this service group, but my complaint would be that my appt was at 1pm. No one talked to me when I arrived, no one was there to receive my car, I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes before I went and had to wait my turn at the counter to even get help. There was only one person that I saw helping anyone and he did not acknowledge that I arrived when I did. I waited pretty much till closing for my car to be finished. They sent me text messages to give me updates, but I don't know why they didn't realize that I was sitting in the lobby waiting the whole time. I felt the order of texts that were sent to me were sloppy or they were even over booked for the day. Pretty much poor customer service in regards to my complaints.Services: Tires, Oil change

Made an appointment a full week in advance. Arrived on time. Couldn't find my tech.. Dropped car off for an oil change, they said it would be done by 6pm. Was then contacted three hours later and told it needed to be kept overnight as they could not perform an oil change by closing. Will not use this business. Certified Benz dealerships do not take overnight to do an oil change. Disappointing service overall to a brand new Mercedes owner expecting more from a luxury brand.

The service center informed me a part they had ordered for me had arrived. I scheduled the appointment and arrived at the dealership expecting it to be serviced, only to find the part wasn't there. It wasn't scheduled to arrive for another 5 hours. This was disturbing as I had work I had to complete that afternoon. Rather than have me wait, they stepped up and gave me a car I could use to continue my work day. I appreciate that they went the extra mile to ensure my plans weren't interrupted.Service: Engine repair

I came to this dealership to simply get an emissions done on my 2006 Mercedes c230. An hour later after it was supposed to be done they came and asked if my car had ever had issues starting and in the 7 years or so I've owned the car there were never any starting issues. In the less than an hour that a Mercedes tech had my car in their possession the starter goes out vs the other 61,320 hours I've owned the car over the last 7 years there were no issues? Run the probability on that happening out of coincidence. They gave me a quote for $1,172.22 to fix the problem. No thanks. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because Jackson the rep supportive my case tried to do all he could do help me get home and coordinate getting my car towed. He's a good guy. Stear clear of the dealership unless your pockets are lined with cash.Service: Auto emissions testing

I went in for my first time to get a B service on my vehicle - they did the job. However, I felt like it wasn t supposed to be my job to walk all the way to the back outside where they hold service vehicles. I just felt like the guy who was helping me didn t wanna go retrieve the car.It may be normal to do that at this dealership but I have 7 other high end cars and I ve never had to do that before.Services: Transmission, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

My service rep has been with me since I bought the car. Always takes great care of me!! All Mercedes dealerships do great but Draper shines above them all, and for all of you Californians who have relocated hands down better than Mercedes of foothill ranch. And I though nobody could do better than them. I enjoy going and having my yearly service because they just make you feel as if you are part of the family no matter the age or model of your car.Service: Vehicle maintenance

We continue to have problems in the repairs department with Mercedes Draper. They don't return calls for status on repairs, they installed the wrong rear window wiper from a previous visit. In stark comparison, our other car is a BMW and the service department is consistently fair and dependable. Guess what our next car will be?Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Finally MBD stepped it up and gave me and my car the prompt service I needed for peace of mind during a safety recall. I had to do quite a bit a communicating with several members of the team but in the end. Whatever changes have been happening in the department seem to be positive.

Horrible service! I have been a customer for 10 years. They did the annual Service which was a B service. When I got my car i drove it about two miles and the engine light came on. I called the next morning and had to call multiple times before I reached a service advisor who told me it wasn't humanly possible to help me today because he was the only service advisor working. He told me I could drive the car as long as the engine light isn't flashing red. They are taking no accountability or urgency for messing up my car.which is a Mercedes SUV I bought new. When I went to pick up the car the service advisor I was working with was nowhere in site. I waited about ten minutes before I interrupted someone for help. Also when the arranged the lift for me they didn't provide my house number so the driver started taking me the wrong direction. I had to convince them the address was wrong so he would take me where I needed to go. This feels like I'm working with an organization that is not affiliated with Mercedes. Bad service all around. Steer clear. They don't know what they're doing and are unable to provided the service that Mercedes is known for!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible service department. Harrison the service advisor is very rude, lies, says anything just to sound like he knows what he's talking about. He was about to over charge me $60 bucks, when I asked what the resolution would be he said I just made the resolution, I had to get ahold of a supervisor to rectify the situation. Then they promised the report would be scansent to my email. If I wanted to be treated like this I would go to a Kia dealership, we pay a little more for these cars for the service. This department at least with this service advisor does not live up to the Mercedes name..Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations

The actual service was great but to get an appointment was terrible. It took me 3 weeks to set up an appointment. I left messages with no return calls and called severalTimes was on hold for ever was hung up on after being on hold. You need to have a better way of getting ahold of your service department to set up the appointment. Also took about 10 days to get it in Service: Auto maintenance

Mercedes is the BEST!! They always are so quick and professional! Chris is so nice and such a good guy! I always go in and get my car washed and it s so quick and easy!
