Kristy and Collin at M&M Automotive provided excellent customer service. I went to M&M to have a leveling kit installed on my 2022 Tundra. I met Kristy fist, super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I met Collin next, who is truly a truck guru, and knows more about off road equipment than I do. Once a agin super friendly and professional. M&M went the extra mile to dial my truck in the way I wanted it. I cant say enough about the staff. I will continue to do business with M&M. Thanks again!

Mike and his team do some amazing work they are always my first stop when I get a new car. They put Tint on my Lexus and they also were able to get some new tires put on it. Like all good things in life it s definitely worth the wait for quality work thanks aging your guys did an fantastic job.

Dropped off truck to have Toytec/Radflo 2.5" ultimate adjustable coilover lift installed. Coilovers were replacing a more economical Fat Bob's Garage coilover lift that was set to 3" of lift.I was very clear that I wanted to replace the old lift and maintain the same height. I also had them install Toytec Boss rear shocks with reservoirs.Coilovers were not height adjusted at all after being installed. My front end was noticeably lower than before leaving my truck with this shop. My alignment was off and I suspect that a proper alignment was never done. There was a lot of play in my steering wheel when there hadn't been before, and the truck would wander if I took my hands off the wheel. Additionally, if I hit a bump the steering wheel would jerk back and forth where it didn't before.Expressed all of these concerns when I brought the vehicle back for retorquing - was told there was no issue and it felt good to the technician. They had the vehicle for all of 15 minutes before giving it back to me - hardly enough time to check what I was saying out, but it was late on a Friday and I'm sure they were excited for their weekends.I called the shop multiple times in an attempt to speak with the manager, Mike Espinoza. Every time I was told that he was busy but would call me back later. Before today I called a week ago and was told I would receive a call by noon that day - that call never came. This morning I called again and they told me Mike was busy but would call me back "in awhile." After 2 hours he hadn't called and I called again, was told he would return my call. He did finally return my call but didn't offer much of a resolution, said he would call me back tomorrow.In the mean time I took my truck to my normal shop as I had the day off and could make it up to Layton to go to Fat Bob's Garage. My front coilovers had not been adjusted at all, other than the left side that I adjusted to level the stance. Both sides were over 1" lower than they should have been. The rear shocks were not nitrogen charged like they should have been. I paid $189.12 to Fat Bob's to adjust the coilovers and properly align my truck. I paid $30 to Jack It in WVC to charge my shocks to 175PSI of N2.I feel that M&M should recoup my additional out of pocket costs as these items should have been handled in their shop - I understand that mistakes happen, but the inability or unwillingness to resolve these problems when I reached out to them is where they really dropped the ball.My truck looks, feels, and drives SO MUCH BETTER after going to a very capable 4x4 shop. I highly recommend Fat Bob's Garage and Jack It. I would never trust any serious work to M&M again.1st pic shows lift after M&M2nd pic shows lift after fixed by FBG3 and 4 show difference in rear height - this is normal to a degree but was accentuated by the unlevel fronts. The front was as follows before I adjusted it:Driver front: 38"Passenger front: 39.25"Driver rear: 40.125"Passenger rear: 41.625"The driver side is heaver and therefor the coilover on that side needs to be pre-loaded a bit more than the other side to provide a level stance. This is very basic stuff that any shop installing lift kits should be capable of.I really feel that because my lift didn't get started until the very end of the day that I left it there, the shop just threw it on as fast as possible to get out of there on time. I'm not saying that all of their work is like this, but this has been my experience.I am currently waiting to see what the shop will do to make this right. As I said before, I believe I should be entitled to the costs to repair their poor work: $189.12 + $30ish.

So disappointed in the job they did putting on my PPF clear bra. When I set up the appointment the day I purchased my new car they said if there were any chips that they d touch them up before application. I just picked up my car a couple of hours ago and they applied the film over a couple of small chips, and handed my car over to me filthy. It seems like a courtesy wash would have been included in the price. This was a very expensive mistake.

Was referred to this place from a local body shop. They screwed up when I setup appointment times on two different occasions with wrong times and wrong days. Then they went on to blame it on something and/or someone else. I was just trying to get my trucks bed lined. Pretty sad that something so simple and easy can t even be done correctly. Very poor customer service. Glad I went elsewhere.

Mike of M&M Automotive and Scott S. from Karl Malone Toyota really delivered and designed an absolutely amazing 4Runner build. Everything I had hoped and more. They knew what they were doing, what build elements and why. Top notch, no cut corners. Looking forward to doing it again some day.

Had some work done on my can am and its great, had new doors put on but it seems the brackets aren't lined up right and the doors are very hard to put on and back off. The nuts holding the brackets are also stripped so I don't want to take it apart to redo it and line them up better now the brackets rattle and the doors need to be hammered on and off when removing them not to pleased with that but the maintenance part of everything seems fine.

I bought a 2017 4runner TRD pro and I love it, but the stock stereo isn't the greatest so I had M&M put a new one in for me. Stereo sounds fantastic, but most impressive was how clean the sub install was. They put a 10" sub in my car and it's invisible!! My biggest worry was having a big box taking up cargo space or looking ugly. No problem for these guys. Super clean sound and install. Still blows me away how hidden it is every time I turn on my music. Pics below

Went in to inquire about some tinting I wanted done on a new vehicle, talked to Kristy. Utah law was updated in 2022 to allow for some additional tinting options. Kristy insisted the shop would not do what I was asking about because it was illegal in Utah. Without warning she got extremely agitated. I asked if she would review with me the actual code on the Utah government website so I could understand where she was coming from. Her response was no, I will not look at it, there's nothing you could show me to change my mind, and she abruptly stormed away.Later the manager came over and I asked him if he could review the Utah code with me to help me understand Kristy's opinion, and after reading the code he completely agreed with me that what I was requesting was in fact not prohibited by Utah law.I am still baffled by Kristy's strong reaction and unprofessionalism. Reading the Google reviews it seems she's worked here for many years and you'd think both she and the manager would be more up to date on Utah tinting requirements considering that is their entire job. And at the very least be polite about it, especially so if you're actually the one in the wrong. The manager was polite and respectful though, I'll give him credit for that.Anyways I had them tint some windows on my vehicle as long as I was already there, seems like they did a fine enough job. But there are literally 100 other tint installers in the valley that will also do a good job at a fair price while not being disrespectful to customers. I see no reason to patronize a business with hostile employees.

The team at M&M are just amazing to work with. They listen and help bring your dreams to life rather than just sell you something to make money. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about using them for parts, service or full builds.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt that it was warranted for the service that I received. I reached out to the manager, Mike Espinoza, regarding a suspension lift that I had purchased and needed installed. Mike was able to quote me a price which was hundreds less than the other quotes I had received. On top of saving me money, his professionalism and communication was top notch. He was able to get me in quickly for my install and his guys did a fantastic job. The lift on my 4runner not only looks great, but it rides great also! I'm new to town and usually have to try a few different shops before I find one that I trust. I lucked out and found a great shop on the first try here in Sandy, UT. I highly recommend Mike and his team.

Definitely recommend this place. They just installed a lift kit on my Tacoma, and it rides just like it did the day I brought it home. Super happy with it. They are also super friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

If you're looking for a great shop to modify your truck/car, this is the place to go. So far they have done lift/wheels/tires and tint for both my Tundra and my 4runner, as well as other misc accessories. They take care of everything for you, ensuring nothing rubs, that you're getting the look you're after all while completely removing any guess work you'd otherwise have when deciding on what's best. These guys simply are the best! Kristi is amazing. She always helps me with weighing up the decisions I'm making, and you can tell she truly loves her job. These guys do this every single day and they know their stuff. I was pleased with the work they did on the 4runner especially, ensuring they checked all the components as they installed so that I knew my wife would be safe on on the road, and most importantly, off the road!

Kristy was absolutely awesome! She helped me pick out the perfect wheels tires and lift for my 2019 Toyota 4Runner! She definitely knew her product, and what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for advice or help deciding what modifications they want to get done to their vehicle! Thanks Kristy!

Not sure why anyone would rate these guys under 5 stars! Just got my Lift, wheels, cover, and liner. I'll review again if anything happens to those but the service from KRISTY was excellent. I called her numerous times asking about what I needed and wanted, being my first truck, and she gave me options which were a perfect fit for budget and high ratings with independent product reviews. She took ectra time on the phone to explain and help with questions eventhough I know these guys are busy as heck! There was a communication error on my tires but they honored the original deal and I got better tires for the same price ($200 difference)! Highly recommend. Thanks Kristy!

Shout out to Mike and Robert/Bob for taking care of me. Went to M&M in sandy to have my shocks replaced on my 2015 tundra and wanted to upgrade from the stock shocks/struts and mike recommended the bilstein 5100 set up. I told mike I wanted the same ride height as I had then and he recommended a 3 inch level kit and would look the same but ride a lot smoother. 2 days later took it into mike and had it all done the same day. Took it home and noticed my front end was lower then my rear so I took it back and mike took care of me at no added cost he said he did not compensate for my rear blocks so he ordered in front shock/strut spacers to raise the front the same height as the rear. 1 week later mike calls and tells me he got them in. Got my truck in the next day and installed the spacers. On my way home I noticed my alignment was slightly off so I called mike and he had bob correct the issue at no added cost. They set my alignment and now I could not be happier. I recommend if you need or are looking to upgrade your suspension or add a lift then definitely take your vehicle into M&M automotive in sandy and ask for Mike or Bob they will take excellent care of you.

I have worked with this group (Mike and Kristy specifically) on two Toyota Tacoma suspension kits, tint, paint protection film etc.. They have been great communicators, prompt, and competitively priced. Most recently I had them replace my TRD PRO suspension kit with a different aftermarket one. Worked with Kristy directly on a few options and was impressed with her hustle and commitment. Incredibly happy with the service and products they sell. I know a couple other good suspension shops around SLC but Ill keep working with M&M over them because of the quality service.

Very impressed with the 5inch zone suspension lift on my 2021 Chevrolet 3500. This shop done an excellent job and would recommend them to everyone . They also done my bed liner awesome job.Jay helped plan the perfect fit for the the truck by getting the proper wheel and tires and got it done .He worked over to get the job done before a holiday weekend and called to keep me updated on status on my truck ,he also had to get parts for my lift and they kept the price of my quote and honored it.Thanks again Jay at m&m Automotive

M&M Automotive did a full overhaul of my car audio, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work. They were able to get the work completed quickly (waited 2 days for the ordered in parts to arrive, and one day for installation). They hooked me up with a Pioneer 4100NEX (Android Auto / Apple Car Play), Pioneer speakers, and a Pioneer amp. They were also to make good use of my existing Alpine sub + amp. I'd go to them again for any future work. The installation was very clean, and they were able to meet any of my special requests perfectly.

So, over the last year I had Mike and his M&M team do so upgrades on my 2017 Tundra. They ve done a 4 ready lift suspension lift, wheels and tires, air ride rear air lift, tinted the windows, bush wacker fenders, and turbo liner bed liner. Only thing I would like to do next is a remote start. Im so happy with the work they have do. Mike walked me through all the options on everything he had done to get me the best options. I would highly recommend M&M to anyone looking to have the car or truck upgraded.PS. They also did a teraflex lift kit and wheels and tires on my wife s 14 Jeep Wrangler. Just as happy with the Jeep.

***Update! They have since fixed the issue for the 4runners. They were more than willing to fix the issue Alicia is super nice and very pleasant to work with. They were very apologetic about the issue and more than willing to help me out to make sure I was happy and everything was working. Definitely go to them if you need a remote start everything is working great and I love it!!If you get the remote start for 2016 Toyota 4Runner don't get it here.I got the after market remote start and if you push the lock button 3 times the alarm goes off. I called them before we got the remote start and told them this is what I heard and they said that doesn't happen. When I accidentally pressed the buttons a few too many times the alarm went off. I am mostly irritated at the fact I was told I did not have anything to worry about.

They customized a 2016 4Runner and a 2017 Tundra with complicated wiring and lighting as well as sliders, racks, tint, heated seats, custom fabrication and clear bra. In all cases they exceeded my expectations in the quality work they performed.It was refreshing to have a Toyota dealership offering the customization I need included in my vehicles via M&M. They even have a satellite location in the Karl Molone Toyota dealership. If you just purchased a new vehicle or need some upgrades to your existing vehicle give these guys call and see what they can do.Thank you Mike and Team.

What a great experience! We had a lot of upgrades done on our Polaris Rzr and could not be more pleased! Mike was in contact with us and kept us updated on everything and made sure we had it back in time to go on a planned trip. Now we own one of the best looking machines out there thanks to M&M! What a great experience. I wanted to beef up my Tacoma suspension after breaking it in the desert. They had the know how to recommend a new suspension kit from Australia and it rocks! Thanks to Kristy and the crew for doing such a fantastic job. 5 stars!!

Great people and shop. Installed dual battery system and new head lights on a 2017 Tundra. Work was excellent and very quickly done at a very reasonable price. I recommend M & M Automotive for any one and any kind of work.

Kristy of M&M Automotive located at Karl Malone Toyota really did a great job on my new 2019 Toyota Truck. They installed a lift kit, tires, and rims, with underbody coating, offroad lights, & window tinting were installed with the OEM appearance. They knew what they were doing for sure. The truck looks like it came from the factory. Thanks to Kristy's drive to keep us on schedule is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Mike. He never followed up on his words at all via calls or emails promised. Aside from this, thanks to M & M I will be back.

Excellent service! The ceramic window tint looks amazing, it really made my cars appearance improve so much, the technician was very professional, no scratches on my car and very clean when I received it. Thank you for your service, definitely will come back for future service!

Initially I had my Toyota 4Runner in for a basic lift wheels and tires. All in all the lift looked great until I got home and realized they damaged one of my custom wheels when installing them on my car. Normally I wouldn't be very frustrated in a situation like this, however I was annoyed they failed to mention a mistake they made. After a few attempts the service manager offered to replace my wheel if I let them keep my custom wheel in the shop on display. I did not like this idea as I went out of my way to have something custom and unique that no one else has. I didn't want the traditional xd look like everyone else. I simply asked for a refund in the amount of that wheel so I could replace it myself. I was then told that wasn't possible. The manager said if I'd like to buy something from their shop he'd give me a diacount. After a few emails back and forth he quoted me n fab side steps for 400 dollars after a 200 discount. I was frustrated to find out those steps are only 330 dollars online, so in no way was I getting a discount, and in no way we're they fixing the damage they called. After I pointed this out the service manager mike stopped replying to me and didn't fix the issue his shop caused. All in all I'm disappointed with the service I received. Would not recommend.

So happy with the care i get at M & M Automotive. The latest was a chrome exhaust tip my wife bought me for my truck. I wasnt sure how to attach it, so i went to the shop and asked Mike for some advice. He told me he sold her a weld on instead of clamp on, so he welded it on for free. All work i have had done there has not only been top quality, but the customer care is like no other auto shop
