What happened to the printouts of the reviews performed & gradings of the systems inspected??? e.i.. brake wear on front & back.Personnel contacts were all Very Very Good.Then final contact had mentioned the discoloration of I assume a liquid but wasn't quite sure what it entailed.A written or printed report would have been AWESOME to have!!Such would assist me in my endeavors to have my 4Runner running well.I did notice a change in my steering when leaving with my 4Runner. Has more play in it! Didn't have that scenario when driving to deliver my vehicle for servicing.A response would be greatly appreciated. As well as advice to address the subject "play"!!Sincerely & Respectfully

I am so excited to tell you that Karl Malone Toyota is a true diamond in the rough. They made the process seamless and fun, from one step to the next. I knew exactly what I wanted and they helped me find a dreamy CERTIFIED Toyota, which met all my specs! I could hardly believe how great the purchase came out to be! After searching all over Utah for the right car, I was surprised to realize that buying a Certified Toyota through Karl Malone Toyota, was a way way way better deal than buying from any other dealership in Utah. Trust me, I have been through the worst of car choices and purchases, and now the Best!I would highly recommend this amazing team to my family & friends.

Awesome service. Never been to a dealership were the employees are outside waiting for customers that was cool. The employee we had was Logan Kofford he was awesome . He didn't force us into anything we didn't want. I didn't catch the guy that gave us our trade in information he was pretty cool. Carlos the finance guy he was awesome. They made our experience alot better then what we had before. The 2024 Toyota Highlander suites us well. Thank you guys.

I went to Karl Malone almost 2 months ago or so and was greeted by Lalo. He was very helpful, kind, and not pushy. Lalo was easy to chat it up with like an old friend. A few weeks ago he reached out about the specials they were having on the brand new trucks. The process was smooth and Nick in financing was great as well. I have wanted a Tacoma for about 20 years and never did it. I love driving this truck and know it will last. I would definitely recommend coming here. I came home to this thank you package which was a very nice touch.

Lloyd was fantastic, he had a great sense of humor and helped my daughter and I to feel comfortable right off the bat. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at. He followed up with me the next day to make sure all of my questions were answered while I was working on making a decision as to which car to buy. He was wonderful and I would definitely recommend him.

I was thoroughly impressed by the promptness and efficiency of their reception. Not only did they start the work on time, but they also completed it earlier than expected. The waiting room offered a comfortable environment, making the wait quite pleasant. In conclusion, I highly recommend Karl Malone Toyota to anyone in need of Toyota services. Sales agent Bronson was solicitous and listened to what we said we wanted. The process was smooth and while it took more time than planned for our car to arrive it was not the fault of those on site. Highly positive car buying experience overall.

Matt Larson was such a great salesman to work with, he had plenty of experiences and tried his best to explain everything I didn t understand. The car I originally wanted to look at got sold but he didn t want to disappoint me and found the same make, model, and stayed within my price range. He made it fast and easy to get my car and I was in and out, I got everything done fairly quick and didn t have to spend my whole day at the car dealership but even if I did, they had games for kids to play, and some beverages that were available to me and others. Great 1st time experience buying a car and I d definitely go back.

I came in with a 23 TRd off road Tacoma for a 15k service. Explained that tire pressure was low in one tire. 2.5 hours later they found me in the waiting room and informed me that the wheel was actually cracked and needed to be replaced. I was assured it was under warranty because it was inspected and there was no sign of impact. It wasn't in stock so they asked me to come back in 2 days. I came back just for the wheel swap but this time I waited 3.5 hours until I finally went looking for someone for status. That's when they changed their tune and said the other guy mistakenly said it was covered. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed after waiting 6 hours only to be told they miscommunicated about the warranty. Then they wanted to charge me 500 Dollars+ for a single wheel replacement. Google Tacoma Wheels and you'll see what a rip-off that is. Never again. I'm so disappointed I bought another Tacoma with obviously cheap wheels that busted without ever being off road. The rip off sale attempted at the end sealed the end of a very bad day in my life as a Toyota customer. I'm still waiting actually...4 something hours now for a wheel swap... and there wasn't a line when I arrived (service people standing around all over the place in the service bay).Update... it took another half an hour to get out of there. I drove about a block down the road and noticed that they had put 37 pounds of pressure in 3 wheels and 30 in the other (the door label says 30 PSI). I'm so frustrated at this point I didn't even turn around and go back. Makes me wonder if the oil change was even completed... the only thing I have to go by is grossly overinflated tires.

Matt Larson was amazing! After some less than desirable experiences with other dealerships, Matt was able to make it easy to buy a car. He did what he said he was going to do. The price he quoted was the price I paid.. He wasn't pushy and he knew what he was talking about. It was a fantastic experience

I don t typically leave reviews unless they are positive, especially because my name (Karen) has been associated with entitled, demanding, unsatisfied middle-class women. So I m extra cautious when I have a complaint and usually don t provide the negative feedback to avoid being placed in the Karen category. However, my experience really was terrible. I ve been working with Chris Bullock for years. I ve traded in multiple cars and he s been great to work with in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent interaction with Chris to purchase my lease was stressful. I felt his approach was aggressive and rushed. The more questions I asked the more irritated he seemed to get and stated this is a favor to you as a client; we aren t even making money off of you . I wanted time to think things over before making a decision. His demeanor from the time I first walked in to the time I left definitely changed. He did however text me once I left and said he would be happy to help me still. So 2 days later I text Chris asking him for the information regarding my purchase and the loan details. No response. I was patient and waited 4 days before calling him. The loan officer I spoke to said she would have him call me. I waited the entire day and still did not receive a call back. I called the next day and explained the situation to another loan officer. He assured me that Chris wasn t ghosting me and said he would have him call me in just a few minutes. Still did not get a phone call. It can be intimidating handling these situations as a female. I feel like there was a lack of patience and understanding, and apparently not worth his time since he made it clear that he wouldn t be making money off me. I will not be working with Karl Malone Toyota after this experience. Which is a shame because I was a loyal customer.

Karl's Toyota Cars and Trucks are Cool. So is their service department staff. They don't mess around. How can you know that?? Well their service bays are spotless and well, they could be busier but Toyotas don't break! So when you do get the occasional problem, they're over the moon and they treat you like royalty. You're a star, like their Boss Karl. He wouldn't have it any other way.Then I sat and waited for some answers about whether my after market key FOBs could be used or if I had to pay $220 for one of Toyota's. Two hours and they said they won't program... really. This happened before at another dealer...hum "de-ja vu all over again"!! We'll see. Maybe yes, Maybe I'll let you kNOw!

Mary Jane at Karl Malone Toyota was such a big help in taking care of me with my Toyota RAV4 vehicle. She went above and beyond in making sure that I was well taken care of. I had some issues with my car while driving into work, and so I called the dealership asking if they could take a look at my vehicle, in which they were able to squeeze me in their already busy morning schedule. Mary Jane, one of the service members was so very kind to me and reassuring that they will take great care of me and my vehicle, and see what they could do to fix the problem with my car. She constantly checked in with me to inform me of what was going on with my car, and was just so very kind. She demonstrated professionalism, and great customer service, and went above and beyond in making sure things were being taken care of which I really appreciated. She s most definitely is a great representative of the Karl Malone Toyota company, and knows how to take great care of her customers. I had an appointment scheduled for the following day to get my oil changed, in which Mary Jane also surprised me by having my oil change done all at the same time while they were fixing my car, which was such a huge blessing for me. She wanted to save me the extra trip of having to come in the next day, and so she took it upon herself to have it all done while I was there. She s an amazing person for doing that, and I was so grateful for her doing that. Mary Jane is simply the very best, and I look forward to doing business again with the dealership soon. Again, thank you Mary Jane, and to the dealership. You guys are the best at what you do and keep it up!

I was a loyal service contract holder for service on my Toyota Tacoma. This has since changed when I was short on time and changed my oil myself. To my surprise I cannot remove my plug from my oil filter housing due to the incompetence of the Karl Malone service tech that last serviced my Tacoma, cranking it back on my truck. I now have oil split all over my garage floor, since being unable to drain my filter housing. Also my main oil drain plug was only finger tight, I am lucky that it did not fall off completely. I have contacted Karl Malone Service and left messages to which I am sure they just deleted because they have not called me back. However I was contacted via text message from Karl Malone Service asking me if I would like them to break more items on my truck since they clearly don't know what they are doing (sarcasm inserted). I told them no and that they will not be touching my truck again. Their only reply back was, sorry to hear this. SORRY DOESN'T FIX THE PARTS YOU BROKE! Also forgot to mention the tool mark left on one of my wheels that looks like a ball peen hammer dent in the wheel and lug from the last tire rotation. BUT I AM SURE THEY ARE SORRY FOR THAT TOO!

I gave them a refundable $1000 for a vehicle. I changed my mind later that day and Arkan told me the deposit would be refunded.The $1000 was never refunded. I called nearly a month later and they hadn t refunded the money. It s hard to trust them after being deceived three times.I was quoted for a Sequoia and they included a $5000 regional adjustment for the vehicle. I wanted to double check and see if they were being honest about this. The other 3 Toyota dealerships I called would have sold me the vehicle without including a regional adjustment. To be fair, they were including a few items for free that I wanted included on my vehicle. When I confronted him about this extra $5000 he said it was because of the items he was including for free. Personally, I just want them to shoot straight so I could compare prices. I would have even gone with them if they were a little more expensive. But I felt the dishonesty in numerous parts of our negotiation were too much. I bought from another location. And as I mentioned above, after checking on my $1000 deposit, they hadn t refunded it. I wouldn t use this dealership.

If you re expecting personable customer service be prepared to be disappointed. Even though there are five people just standing around and have seen you drive into the service shop, it willStill take them 5-10 min to mosey their way over to you and speak 5 words to you. Sometime they won t listen to what you say and still try to push services onto your visit even though you have clearly stated you don t want to do them. Every time I go I am blown away by the difference in their off-putting service dept and the one I used to go to at another dealership.

Went to Karl Malone Toyota today in search of a nice reliable affordable suv for me and my family and was greeted with Salesman Seth and he was very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and amazing to work with, he took the time to understand what I was shopping for he was very patient and answered all of my questions with great knowledge. When I was able to find the car I wanted I was greeted to financing with Ti he went above and beyond with making things happen for me that I was sure could not happen. He is a very professional, smart, knowledgeable, welcoming, kind and humble man. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and help today. I will definitely recommend everyone I know that is in need of a new vehicle to this company with how well they treated me and my situation they were great to work with and it was easy to navigate the next steps of the process. Joe was amazing!!! 100 percent would recommend him to anyone! He was very informative and actually helped me and listened to what I liked and didn t like! He wasn t pressuring me at all and worked with me to get the best deal! His manager Erick was super awesome too and helped finalize everything! They made sure I was taken care of. I have been looking for an suv for the past 3 years and am very picky so I definitely liked Joe enough to trust him and buy this one with him! They actually got me in and out really quickly! Carlos from finance was awesome and got me the best interest rate and was super informative on my options as well as warranty and working with me on a payment I was comfortable with! Thank you guys!!

Never experienced such dedicated yet Honest people in the Sales/Finance indirect until I met Ti (Finance) & Arturo (Sales) ! We went in , with LOW HOPES!!! Until we sat down with the Best of the Best !!! Arturo and Ti literally never gave up!! It was a process yet THEY PULLED THROUGH and got us this BEAUTIFUL 2022 VOLKSWAGON TAOS They have blessed us with this reliable and Spacious Car!!!! My first experience with Karl Malone Toyota was ten years ago. It was a positive experience then and it's continued to be a positive experience.Most recently, Arturo Dela Isla helped me upgrade my 2010 vehicle to something much newer. He was great to work with and I recommend him to others he was comfortable to talk to and not pushy. The two others that helped me out were great too (I don't recall their names, unfortunately; one was the guy who evaluated my trade-in and the other was the guy I worked with to complete the paperwork).

DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALER! I came in to view the white 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage (see attached inspection report for VIN). Despite being told the car has a clean carfax and has been inspected, I decided to take the car to an independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Surprisingly, the mechanic told me that the right rear shock is leaking (urgent issue) and the brakes will need replacement soon. The shocks will cost $815.80 to repair, not including the price to repair the brakes.I was upset that the dealership did not disclose this problem. This suggests that this dealership either is dishonest about the condition of their used cars or don t inspect their used cars properly. Despite spending $150 on the pre purchase inspection, I decided to cancel the purchase. The sales manager was rude, arrogantly stating that I was over exaggerating the problem even though I had written evidence of the inspection. I walked away and did not receive any apology for the time and inconvenience I had experienced. No thank you whatsoever from the staff for coming in. This dealer will probably place it back for sale without correcting the issue and scam an innocent customer who will think the car is in perfect condition. During this process, we were also hungry and thirsty and the staff did not offer anything to drink nor snacks.PS the sales manager showed me a list of work that the dealership had done on the vehicle to create a false illusion that this vehicle has been inspected. This list consisted of mainly cosmetic issues like oil change and tires. They failed to address the urgent issue of shock leak during their inspection or lack of inspection.

This is the best dealership in the state. I drive past other Toyota dealerships to deal with these guys. Their sales team is straight forward, honest and fair to work with (I ve bought 2 trucks from them) and their service team is AMAZING. They call me when my service light comes on before I can even think about it, they make sure to cover any recalls while I m there, they are fast and communicate any issues immediately.

I was very happy with my time at Karl Malone Toyota with my salesman Stone. He greeted us right when we arrived, but was not pushy or overbearing. I have had terrible experience with car salesman in the past. It took me ten years to go to a dealership for a new car because of my past experiences. I went in already knowing what I wanted from shopping online because I did not want to be bombarded with questions, or someone pushing me to spend more than I wanted. Stone did none of those things, he made sure I knew all my options but was not pushy. He was well informed on each vehicle I was interested in and all their bells and whistles. While waiting, he made sure we were comfortable by offering us snacks and drinks. It was a great experience, I will definitely be sending my family and friends their way when purchasing a new car. This is an updated review that was originally one star. While being extremely frustrated and disappointed that my brand new car that I got didn t have a working AC I took it in and the team there got it all taken care of and got the situation fixed. Luckily it wasn t anything major and something just wasn t plugged in properly on it from the manufacture, which had nothing to do with the actual dealership itself. Amy and the entire team made the situation right And took care of me and getting it all fixed. I m grateful for them, taking the time to address my concerns and get my car up and running in less than 24 hours.

My husband and I just purchased the Highlander Hybrid Max, and could not be more happy. Our excellent salesman, Brent, helped us to feel completely comfortable with the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle. Ti in finance is phenomenal and well educated. He was so helpful in guiding us to the best way for financing our vehicle too.
