EVERY Jiffy lube location I ve been to has always helped me free of charge whether it s topping off my fluids or checking my tires. I always come here for my oil changes because of their great customer service. Jiffy Lubes paid services are worth it because of the value they add of their in-between free maintenance.Some locations and days are better than others and today, Drew at the Sandy location was exceptional! He s just a cool guy who got me in right a way with a willingness to help attitude.

Terrible service, very rude manager. They said on the service ticket they checked fluid levels and tire pressure which they very clearly did not. Can't trust this location other Jiffy Lube locations are way better. Save yourself a lot of grief and go some where else.

I rolled in at 8am to a nice greeting and prompt service . I needed my headlight replaced and I figured why not get the oil changed and then juntius mentioned I needed my registration and emissions and I said let's roll! Stoked to get all those things knocked out at once. Thanks guys for working in the cold weather.

These guys are always super kind and fast and do a great job. I live about ten miles south and skip 4 other Jiffy Lubes that are closer to my place just to come to this location.

GO HERE!! They were way better then the other jiffy lube in draper that made me wait almost 2 hours to tell me they can't replace a light bulb for a rav 4!!!! This jiffy lube did it in 15 min no problem! Thank you

I take 5 different vehicles here to be serviced.My truck has a unique oil filter cooler and they asked about how to work around it, and that was appreciated.It is a nerve racking experience to take your vehicle to be serviced by someone else, so good communication is key.Service: Oil change

$170 for an oil change?!My elderly father took my 2018 VW Tiguan into the Jiffy Lube on 1028 East Draper Parkway, Draper, UT on June 17, 2023 at my request while I was out of the country. They charged him $171 for this oil change. They took advantage of my father, who just trusted that they were honest individuals. They told him that this particular vehicle required special oil and it was going to be a premium charge. They put in Total Quartz 0W20 C5 Full Synthetic oil and upcharged him a whole lot for this. Unbeknown to my father, the vehicle does not require 0W20 C5 Full Synthtic oil, but rather the much less expensive, 0W20 Full Synthetic, per my owner's manual, which is considerably less expensive. I have never in all my years of changing my own oil or taking it to a shop been told such an obsurd lie for a shop to get collect a little more profit. And never would I ever pay $170 for an oil change, when I can do it for less than $50 on my own. I was just in a crunch and Jiffy Lube truly took full advantage of the situation. I live not too far from this shop, so it is unfortunate that I won't be going back to this location due to their dishonest business practices.Service: Oil change

Been coming here since we moved to Sandy about 2 years ago for oil changes, and every time it s a breeze. Employees here are kind and straight to the point, work quickly and diligently, and don t try to sell you on stuff you don t need.Came in for an oil change and they called out my tags expired a month ago (something I was putting off to do online which I would have been surprised to learn that I also needed emissions and wouldn t be able to just re-register online without that), pleasantly was told they can do emissions and register my truck all while I wait for the oil change. This place is great, don t waste your time anywhere else.

I had such a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Chris B. and his team took great care of our Jeep and helped us get the best price for our needs. We had an oil change, emissions check, & ended up needing some additional services we weren t planning on. They were quick and made the process smooth. We ll bring all our cars here from now on.

The oil and filter change was pretty quick. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was I had to wait out in my car for about 15 minutes before anybody even acknowledged my presence. The TV in the waiting room was showing Tips for Healthy Skin from some Youtuber. Then an attractive young woman with a shaved head (?) came in. 89 bucks for an oil and filter change, and that was with a 20% off coupon! Insane. I think I'm gonna start changing my own oil.

Personally the location in Draper has terrible customer service. Mike Conrad was very rude for no reason at all. Not personable at all either. They did at least fix my tire...The one in Sandy is great they are all very nice, I've been going to them for a while and just needed a little more convince but I will for sure not be going to drapers location again.

Broken promises from store and also from the corporate office. Went in for a full services and asked that all of the levels- especially the transmission fluid be checked. After completion of service, I asked if all fluids were checked- including the transmission (the bill says "checked" and Okay) and the person taking my payment said 'yes' and I asked him if he was sure and he yelled into the pit to ask if the transmission fluid level was checked and the person in the pit said 'no' it was too hot. I live less than 4 min from the store and sat waiting for over 20 min with the truck off before the vehicle was pulled into the bay.How can I trust them when they say on the bill that "yes" everything was checked when that is not the case. It makes me doubt their service at all levels. I called the corporate office and they offered a $100 card for service as compensation but never delivered it.Not sure that I want to use them when I cannot trust that they will 1) do the job that was paid for, or2) even when they admit they were wrong, follow thru on their commitment to make it right.Did they really check the oil? Fill with Synthetic? check the other items on the bill? I will never confidently know what they do or don't do.Broken promises at both the store and the corporate level. It feels to me like this is a corporate culture issue. Their billing statement is blatantly deceptive when the work is not completed- even though they walk thru the statement and tell you that it was performed. To add insult to injury, the corporate office offered to make it better but they did not keep their commitment either.Services: Transmission, Oil change

The guys working here are really nice and professional! Two oil changes ago I went to Grease Monkey in Draper, they charged me but didn t put any oil, which almost ruined my car. Jiffy Lube is so much better because it s faster and they don t try to upsell me on things I don t need. And they let me supervise the process to make sure I don t leave without oil (even though it s not their fault for my traumatizing experience at Grease Monkey), but I appreciate their patience! Special thanks to Michael C for taking great care of me and my car. You guys rock!

This location is by far one of the better places to go when you need any car assistance! I have always been helped by fast, polite and efficient representatives. When I was living in Cedar City, over 3 hours away, I would still plan all of my oil changes around my various trips to the salt lake valley - just to go to this location! By far, the staff there is absolutely incredible and very personable.Service: Oil change

I have a leased company car and the leasing companies policy is that all maintenance gets done at an authorized service provider. With that in mind, I have had this Jiffy Lube location perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes and recently, a windshield wiper replacement. They got me out quickly and with a friendly demeanor, as always. I cannot say that this has always been true with other Jiffy Lube locations so I will always return to this one.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

The three young men that assisted me with an oil change and emissions testing were extremely polite, helpful and excellent workers. I was in and out in no time. Appreciate this store being close to my home. Super friendly and honest and trustworthy recommendations. As soon as I arrived the staff came right over to see what they could do for me, and got me into the shop very quickly. They were extremely informative about the process, the options I had as well as what the total cost would be. I have used Jiffy Lube over the years, and more recently have been to this specific location multiple times in the past year (due to moving to Draper). I have always received good customer service, timely response, and quality service. This last time was for emissions and registration renewal. I was processed amazingly fast, and the service tech was even nice enough to preemptively volunteer to place the sticker on the license plate when it was obvious I would have physical difficulty in doing so. Above and beyond.

Stopped by to get an oil change done, they noticed that my stickers expired at the end of the month and offered to take of that for me as well. I appreciated that they noticed that, took care of it quickly and professionally. Very nice people working there!

Went in to get an oil change, and got told that there would be a wait as they had some other cars, not a problem. However, they had us stay in our car to wait and my wife and I watched as the crew danced, and stood around. Only one member of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. It was very unprofessional. Another crew member was taking videos on his phone while he was washing a window. Would not recommend this Jiffy Lube!As my wife and I continued to wait (it took them an hour to get to us)Treyvin just kept waking around and laughing, he did very little work.Dalton equally did nothing. They were on their phones, swearing, and goofing around. I mentioned this above but this place was extremely unprofessional. There is a Jiffy Lube 10 mins away, just go there. (If I could've, I would've) We are literally only here because our car wasn't going to make it much farther.Only highlights were Anthony and Talon. Anthony was very kind and helped us out. (Even then he was also swearing...) He took care of us and we were very grateful.The 1 star on this review goes to Talon, way to be man. He was just about the only one who worked on our car while the other 3 employees stood on their phones and continued to swear.If I could give a 0 to this place, I would.

This is my go to spot for oil changes and other engine up keep. Chris and Mike have worked at this location for years and no my vehicles inside and out. They have always trained there staff to uphold a high level of customer service. I drive out of my way to go to this location. I have been going to this jiffy Lube for almost 20 years. Chris, Jordan and the entire team are always professional and helpful. Even with a labor shortage, these guys go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of their customers! Poorly performed service. I asked them specifically if they checked my tire pressure because the car had been sitting several months, I was told YES, the pressure is good in all tires. After leaving Jiffy Lube, my TPMS kept giving alerts, I went to discount tires afterwards to have the tires double checked, every tire was low, one was 13lbs low. Additionally, they tried to sell me a new battery and claimed my alternator was bad. What good would a new battery do if the alternator was truly bad? What a joke.

When I went there it was before 11 a.m. there was one other person before me. Jiffy lube got me in and out and I feel like they did a good job at taking car of my vehicle. I didn't pay an arm or a leg in price. I recommend them to anyone who needs Service to there vehicle. Tha ks jiffy lube

Not a fan of the service, told him when I walked in, all I want is an oil change, please don t try to sell me anything. I take care of my car, and it s in good condition, I know what it needs and what it doesn t. They still tried to upsell me with everything they had, ignoring what I said.I wouldn t be surprised to find issues with the oil change in a few weeks, seeing how they removed a whole bunch of unnecessary parts from my car, to show me what I should replace.
