The Great people at Jiffy Lube were so nice and inviting. They got to work on my brakes right away. Normally I get my brakes done by someone else, but they were not available. Because it was an emergency I had to go to Jiffy lube. It was a little more expensive but I honestly didn't mind paying more because they listed to me and my needs and did what I asked. I told them no new routers and they did as I asked. They told me it would be better to replace them but didn't force it on me. My funds were low and I couldn't afford them at this time. So thank you Jiffy Lube for taking care of me and my needs. You are the best.

This location was amazing! All the staff was friendly and informed me of various issues with my car and things I can do to fix them, along with services they have to help me. I'm not the most mechanically sound person, amd they explained thing very plainly and were super nice. Will definitely be returning for future services.

I went in for a top off and who knew that I would be sitting in the bay for over 25-30 minutes just for a simple top off. Other jiffy lubes I have been too will multi task 2-3 cars at a time but they go 1 by 1 and are as slow as molasses. Also, never have I been charged for needing more than 2 quarts of oil on a top off and they wanted to charge 10 dollars a quart. They also had 2-3 workers just standing there while the cars were all waiting for their turn . I have been to jiffy lube for over 20 years and these are the most incompetent workers and I ve never have had a visit like the one I did. Similar to other reviews I ve seen, they are slow, they Overcharge and they are penny pinchers. Go save yourself some time by going to a different jiffy lube.

They are honestly the slowest, most incompetent car mechanic place I have ever been to. I sat for over an hour for oil change and emissions, it was not busy. Multiple people came and went while we were waiting. At first I was excited to see women working in this field, and then I realized these specific women are genuinely incompetent and have no idea what their doing. I don't think any of them actually know what they're doing. After everything was done, they still couldn't figure out how to get the emissions part on the computer done. It is absolutely worth it to go somewhere a little more expensive and actually get quick, reliable service. For example Lynwood Tires up north is good, or Grease Monkey.

Clean, quick, professional. When I called there was no wait so I hurried over for emissions. It s unusual that the staff is all female, so I thought that was interesting. They seem happy and well organized.

After waiting in the parking lot at the Riverton station for 5 minutes with not even a hello and workers walking around inside and even pointing at me, I went over to Draper and was immediately greeted by Kylie, who was very energetic and happy to help. She provided me with courteous service and was helpful throughout the entire process. I will be using the Draper location from here on out.

If you intend to be closed, maybe take off your open signs in the front first...Waste of time and effort for a lil kid to spend like 3 minutes telling me to come tomorrow because they put all their stuff away and it would take too long to get it out again...he could have used those 3 minutes to help the customer not turn the customer away because it was an inconvenience...all while his coworker glared at me from the bay...waste of a good name in Jiffy Lube.Should have just chanced it and gone to the other Jiffy Lube in Draper, always great service at that one

DON'T GO HERE!!! Went in today they had me wait over an hour to tell me that they don't have the lightbulb to replace my car light and they can't open it, on a Rav4!! Terrible service waste of time, the guy was flirting with his two girl coworkers which made them slow!! I went to the other jiffy lube in draper and they did it in 15min and we're way more busy

I tried to do my safety and emission and they didn t know how to do it, just wasted one and a half hr for nothing, I can imagen this people doing a oil change Better to go to a real local shop

I took my BMW x3 to this location around 6 months ago to get my front brake pads replaced. After picking it up I could hear a weird air sound when I pushed on my brakes so I ended up taking it back and they made up some excuse as to why it was doing that, well a couple days later my brakes started squeaking again as if I hadn t even gotten them replaced. I then took it back and had them look at it. The manager (same guy I talked to the first time I took it back) said that I haven t broken them in and I need to go really fast and then quickly push on my breaks . Anyway the squeaking never went away. I also paid close to $300 to get them replaced because they had to get a specific part from BMW . They didn t know how to turn off my brakes light in my car either, he told me I needed to go to BMW to get it turned off. I m now having to spend another $300 something to get my brakes replaced not even 6 months later. Overall horrible experience. I will never take any of my cars here again.Service: Brakes

These guys were great I had an issue on the highway and the navigation directed me here and they inspected my car, filled up my fluids, checked for leaks and damage, and filled my air all free of charge.

I ve taken my vehicle to this specific location the last 3 years for my oil changes, emissions, license and registration/car renewal for my car. They give exceptional service! Came here for emissions test. Was told there were 2 ahead that it would be about 30minutes. Over one hour and a half later I had to walk around the building to the entrance to find someone to ask for assistance as nobody helped me to get my car. I could have been here all day apparently as nobody knew my car was supposed to be inspected.First and last time I come here. If you value your time, go somewhere else.

Went in for an emissions test for registration renewal. They discovered my serpentine belt was severely worn out and showed me. I could immediately see the severity of the issue and they quoted me a reasonable price for the work. It wasn't a pleasant job for them due to the tight space around the engine but they got it done with a positive attitude. A+ experience.

The staff was friendly and they were able to get to my car right away. I noticed them spill some oil on the muffler and it started smoking in their garage but they made no effort to clean it off and said nothing to me. Additionally, They pulled my cabin air filter and my engine air filter and showed them to me asking if I wanted them replaced. They were clean and I had personally replaced both the month prior. The problem was when they put the cabin air filter back in the broke the plastic hinge on my glove compartment by attempting to force it closed. I'm sure they knew they didn't put it in correctly but nothing was said to me and I noticed it ajar on the drive home.. Overall not worth $110. I will be changing my oil myself from now on. I don't want to pay to have my car get messy and damaged.Service: Oil change

Came for an oil change about 2 months ago. The employees were nice, but I was told it would be about a 40 minute wait and it was a 2.5 hour wait before they even started to service. I don t remember their names but i think if i understood it right it was a daddy/daughter working together. I was very impressed with how kind and friendly they were! The girl did a great job changing the oil and kept apologizing to me for no reason at all haha! Girl i don t remember your name but have more confidence in urself!! You did great and my cars doing great!!! Thank you guys so much! They were a little packed, behind and scrambled but you know who isn t that way right now? Literally nobody! I was kind of sad, disappointed and frustrated reading some of these reviews because these guys have always done a great job for me and are very kind people! And yes! I am a legit customer i came in yesterday to get an oil change for my Chevrolet Equinox. For everyone reading my review, if you ve ever had a bad day at work, ran behind or made a mistake than show a little kindness and patience for others who go through the same thing. I pulled in and asked how long an oil change would take and was told 30 to 45 minutes. They pulled my car in and put the hood up and it sat for an hour and 15 minutes before I went outside and asked how much longer they thought it would be. They told me that it hadn t been touched yet as they worked on cars that came in behind me. I asked if I could take my car and go and they said sure. No apology, no explanation, no come back at this time , no let us make it right, no input of any kind. I suppose it was kind of them to let me take my car and leave after the enjoyable hour and 15 minutes of sitting around their office.If they would have told me when I pulled up your car will sit here for an hour and fifteen minutes with the hood up and nothing happening I would have thanked them for their honesty and gone somewhere else. Unfortunately that is not what happened. I would not recommend this place. 1 star is generous.Service: Oil change

They took FOREVER. Over 45 minutes for an oil change with no one else in the shop. Slow, slothful, unprofessional. Charged us for the plastic oil plug I ve never been charged for this anywhere before. Nickel and dime you to death!

Completed an emissions test. They were very busy but took time to get the job done efficiently. I didn t even have to exit the car. Overhearing the workers conversations I realized they were filling in from another store and would likely do it again the next day. They had good attitudes about it and did a good job.

It took 2 hours to get emissions done. The place didn't look terribly busy. I could have driven to my usual place in West Jordan, got emissions done, and been back home in less time. Kiley was nice, but I won't be going back.

Had any oil change, tire pressure checked, license registration sticker put in plate for us. Fast, efficient and very pleasant.

Emissions test took forever. Then she s ringing me up and charges me for a sticker I wish I would have known they charged for the sticker since at the DMV it comes with the price of the registration. I ll never take my car there for emissions again I ll go to the normal place I always go that doesn t charge for the sticker.

I went on the 17th to get my break lights checked. My break lights and blinker weren t working. I told them I believed it was either my bulbs or my wiring. They came back ten minute later and told me they couldn t find the issue, and gave me the card to another mechanic. I ended up going to another jiffy lube in sandy and it turned out the problem was the bulb like I had said. They replaced them for $30. I m convinced the mechanic didn t even check before telling us they couldn t find the issue

I was loyal to Jiffy Lube but they were not loyal to me. This Jiffy Lube location is the worst! My experience was so bad here that I don t think I will ever use any Jiffy Lube again. We always take our vehicle to be serviced at Jiffy Lube. We do all their recommendations when it comes to servicing it. We try to take care of our vehicle as best we can. In our last service, Jiffy Lube recommended we change the air filter which we did and paid for it. We then drove the vehicle for about 5000 miles and when it was time for another service, to our horror we discovered that this Jiffy Lube location FORGOT TO PUT IN THE AIR FILTER we paid for(so we drove with no air filter for 5000 miles)! When we confronted the manager Cody about this he was extremely rude. He did not apologize at all and stated that since we didn t even realize there was no air filter then there would be no damage to the vehicle. Obviously driving a vehicle for 5000 miles without an air filter would cause future damage and add to the wear and tear of the vehicle. This manager refused to acknowledge this and didn t even offer to compensate us in any way. I am actually shocked that a company with the slogan Leave Worry Behind has caused me now to worry about the future reliability of my vehicle because of their incompetence and lack of accountability.

I've been to several jiffy lube locations in the past couple of years and today was my first time getting my oil change at this one. They have the best service I've experienced at any other jiffy lube locations so far. The staff is super friendly, they finished the job fast and they even helped me finding a great coupon to save some extra money. I will sure come back to this location for all my future oil changes and car maintenance.

Honestly, I had a great experience at this location! We took my husbands car in to get fixed, and the guy working with me was very helpful and informative. He even took me to the downstairs part to actually show me what was going on with the car rather than just telling me and expecting me to believe. The repair was pricey, not gonna lie, but he made sure he looked at the cheapest options for parts. When I decided to leave my car there for the day and cal a Lyft to get to work, he offered to have one of the workers drive me to work no charge, even though I work in American Fork. It was overall a very pleasant experience and they fixed my car very quickly! Very impressed.

I usually go to the highland location, but This particular location recieved my first visit yesterday. I was the only car there. There was a free AC Check which I really needed so I was excited about the promotion and my company gets a 15% discount. When I got there, I was told everything would take fifteen minutes. In the waiting room, that s when everything went downhill. All the employees in the garage were screaming at the top of their lungs (no I m not over exaggerating) for no reason, screaming the F word twice a sentence and all acting like immature 9 year olds screwing around. As other customers came in, they were all astonished at the language and to think it s those babies working on our cars.... just very unprofessional and I know that other Jiffy Lube locations have been very professional and usually exceed my expectations. so I was told 15 minutes but it didn t get done until 55 minutes later even with me being the first car there. Which I was being pretty patient about because I wasn t sure how long the AC check would take. But the AC check wasn t even done at all. And I didn t get my promised 15% off. I was late to work. No one thanked me, no one acted like they cared.

We recently moved in very close to Jiffy lube store #3442 in Draper, UT- so the first time we visited the store was out of convenience to have a chip repaired on the windshield of a different car. However, the staff was so friendly and accommodating we decided to come back to get my husband's oil changed on his car. I mentioned this, and they gave me a high value coupon. Upon returning, I was treated with the same service and kindness. They even helped us solve a problem we were having with the coolant depleting rapidly, without recommending services we really didn't need. We were very impressed, and would recommend it to anyone.
