Elite auto is 100% top shelve for your European car. They completely fixed my BMW 535I without taking advantage of me. My BMW now runs like I just bought it off the floor. They use genuine BMW parts, they take there time they tell you needs to fixed. They sent me pictures of the diagnostic test. Saved me $3,000 by not dealing with the dealership. Many thanks incredibly reliable great service and honest. Which is rare to find.

If you want a top notch, world class shop that will take care of your European car, then stop looking because you have found it!!! They don t try and sell you things you dont need. Bronson and crew here are phenomenal and I can t recommend their customer service or mechanic enough! They take excellent care and try and make sure that everything is done right and if it isn t, they fix it. I ll only take my car here even if it s a 30 mile drive

Bronson and the team at Elite Auto Specialists are A+++. My favorite mechanics and shop I have ever used. I take my Mercedes GL 550 there for everything. They do phenomenal work, and Bronson is exceptionally good at being open, honest, fair and timely. DO NOT take your car there! They charged me thousands of dollars and my car still had the same problem. WTH?! They refused to admit they had made a mistake. I had to take my car to a different mechanic to get the same problem fixed and pay again. I ended up paying double. The know it all guy at the front desk was the worst!! He lied straight to my face and told me the problem had been fixed; he knew damn well it hadn t. Please save yourself the time and agony. Consider this a BIG red flag to avoid this place!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Garff sold me a disastrous used car with a lot of issues. (trust me, they DON'T 'hear you.') -- Elite Auto was highly recommended to me, so I decided to have them help me get the car running again.1) Working with Bronson was a pleasure. This is a good guy. The experience was awesome. They hit all expectations and communicated great throughout the processes. -2) They fixed the car and they did a great job. That was no small accomplishment considering how many things were wrong with it.3) The were priced fair.These guys are now my official mechanics that I'll always be loyal to. Highly recommend.

Bronson and his service team here at Elite auto have absolutely exceeded my expectations. We were quoted and miss diagnosed at BMW dealer and Elite auto saved us thousands by taking the proper time and care into looking into our service. Bronson and his team are the best for service and pricing. All other places I had quotes for my BMW were much higher. Great shop and they always deliver. This experience has been wonderful! I have cancer and needed my car fixed in a set timeframe to make it to treatments. They were so kind and understanding and have gotten my Mercedes fixed quickly, and were very thorough. As of 2 visits to the shop and 2 times of taking my car home, my car still persists with the same problem. I was told on the 1st pickup the problem would resolve after a bit of driving the car, (with no success). After dropping my car off a second time i was assured before pickup that the car was in proper order and ready to go. A couple of miles off the lot, both DPF and check engine light came on yet again. These people seem to have no quality control and don't seem to check their work.I was explained that they were trying to save me money by not replacing a sensor after the DPF work was done as the DPF fault could have been throwing a invalid reading on the sensor. This seemed understandable, yet my car still had the sensor replaced. In which the money they were trying to save me was now spent on the car, along with other work, along with time, along with headaches. AND THE CAR IS STILL THROWING BOTH CHECK ENGINE AND DPF. So nothing was resolved at the end of the day.When i confronted the guy in the office about my frustration, the conversation got heated. At which point he made it a point to tell me i was removed from their system and his anger led him to get right into my face.

I took my car into the Nissan Dealership for a recall. They proceeded to tell four different things that were wrong with my car, two were definitely safety issues. I decided to get a second opinion at Elite where I have had work done before. Lenny was great! He told me that there were no issues with my car that they had suggested. I appreciate their integrity and honesty here. As a woman I sometimes feel I get taken advantage of-thinking I will just do as they say. I m never treated that way at Elite.

We love Elite Auto for so many reasons! Kevin is wonderful! He goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. He really cares and wants to help. He s always there for us. Taking your precious car for repair to these people would be a hard no from me. I should have known by the attitude I got from the person who booked my appointment on the phone. Pretty rude. In any event I made an appointment and waited a week to take the car in. I m outside waiting to drop off the car as promised. Guy with an obvious chip on his shoulder angrily opens the shop. I say good morning- that I m here for an appointment. He takes my name and address then wants to keys. I offer to explain the problem I m having with the car. He wouldn t hear of it. We pull the codes and that s all we do. I m an engineer and enthusiast- I was prepared to discuss my issue briefly, and had a pretty good idea of what the problem was and where they should start looking. Sure, diagnose and confirm but a competent diagnostician will always want to know what s happening and any steps taken to rectify. He wouldn t hear of it. His attitude, arrogance and lack of fundamental communication skills were so off putting I just said just give me the key- I ll be going elsewhere. On the way out he has the nerve to yell at me don t waste my time ! Folks- don t waste YOUR time. Find someone who has some customer interaction skills. There are plenty of others out there. I won t go anywhere and be mistreated, and certainly wouldn t refer anyone for that treatment. Elite- you ve lost a potential customer, and I ll be sure to let my regular domestic repair shop- GT auto- who referred you, know too.

The audi dealership had my car for a week and quoted me at 12,000 dollars for EXTENCIVE repairs that "needed" to get done in order for my car to be drivable. I bought my car for $9000... Out of options and out of time I took my vehicle to Elite Auto Specialists. I dropped my car off and 1 hour later I was informed by Ken that I needed a couple new parts. Total? $900 . I gave them the green light and two days later my car is running better than ever. This auto shop will be my first recommendation to anyone who has an import. They are very fast, the customer service is outstanding, and no one can beat thier price. Anytime I have a problem with my car in the future im going here first. 1 million thanks guys! You really saved my a$$!

My son opened the door and the wind picked up and slammed another person's car. I had the person take their car to Elite and they quoted me a fair price and was able to get the car back to where its before. They did such a good job, the person had Elite do additional work. They let me pay over the phone and were very easy to work with. Everything worked out well because of their professionalism and customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My go to neighborhood dealership for my 15 Audi S3They did service my transmission, heldex AWD oil change, engine oil change, and camera circuit.Car runs smooth all the time. (90k ish mile )I say their service is very reasonably priced. (I used to call Audi Lehi to compare and they are either lower or willing to talk if not)Most importantly, they are pretty transparent and doesn't scare you anything but gives you reasonable explanation and details.Highly recommend if you wanna friendly proficient repair shop that doesn't break the bank for German cars.- Lee family -

Fantastic. Really trust the owner Kevin. They felt bad for me on a diagnostic (blown engine) I got done so they didn't even charge me. STOP! Don t waste your time anywhere else! Elite is a rare find. HONEST, HONEST, & HONEST! But it doesn t stop there. Kevin & his crew treat you like your Top Priority and take the time to explain everything & give you upfront cost estimations. They are straight shooters & very knowledgeable and their work & turn around time to get your vehicle back is fantastic. I have been extremely impressed with the crew at Elite. they are knowledgeable, and professional. I watched as they went out of there way to make sure one of there customers who had a fairly unique Audi that needed a very specific part to find said part reaching out as far as somewhere back east to ensure they did there customer right. No question with out a doubt my TDI is getting it's love from the crew at Elite. 5 starts would recommend to a friend or foe.

Highly recommend using Elite Auto Specialists. They've always been honest and transparent, and very timely. And more affordable than the Audi dealership. The owner himself (Kevin) has driven me back home after dropping my car off (when my wife wasn't able to pick me up). I like the emailed quote, too - very nice to get it in writing - before they proceed and incur the cost. Best customer service I've ever received from an auto shop, hands down.

We use elite auto for all our cars repairs. They are extremely customer service oriented. Lenny is fantastic! He gets back to you w accurate information and pricing as well as regularly updates you on vehicle status. The mechanics are wonderful w diagnosis and quality repair. I highly recommend Elite!

I recently took my car into Elite Auto for some repairs that needed to be done before my car could be registered. They understood the urgency for me to get my car in. They worked with my busy schedule and even offered a loaner car for me to use so that I wasn't without a car. I loved that!Another reason I will be returning to Elite Auto in the future is I can trust them to give me honest answers to my questions and give me all my options. I never felt like they were trying to talk me into getting something "fixed" that didn't need to be done or trying to up sell me.And finally, the staff at Elite Auto were courteous and respectful. Their concern to be sure my vehicle was safe and running efficiently was assuring to me. It's great to know I have a mechanic I can trust with all my vehicles!

My original post after my first visit is below. Now I have taken my car back a second time and I'm even more impressed with Elite. This time I had major work that was needed and although they had to keep my car longer than anticipated Kevin completely made it up to me and went over and above what would be required. He did this not once but TWICE on the repair. I HIGHLY recommend ELITE with multiple visits and the same great honest service each time.Original review -Great service and they have factory diagnostic equipment. They know BMWs very well. Also willing to work with customer on parts pricing. Great find.

I went to a different shop before coming here and was told I need a new transmission. They were very quick to get back to me after taking a fluid sample and checking codes that I had a bad shift solenoid. They replaced the shift solenoid and the transmission works fine! They did an inspection on my car and sent me a detailed report with pictures and videos showing me what needed to be done. They prioritized what I needed by safety and anything that would cause my car to breakdown. Very honest and love the fact that they sent me a report with pictures to show me other things on my vehicle that need repair!

No one I knows enjoys auto repairs, but next time I have an repair/maintenance issue, it just might put a smile on my face. Kevin was absolutely great to work with!We had an out of town family emergency that required some work to be done on our X5 before heading out on a long road trip, Kevin was flexible enough to fit me in the next day so my family could attend the funeral on time. Kevin also provided me shuttle service so I did not have to sit around his shop all day.I absolutely would recommend Elite Auto to anyone! Great customer service!!

Kevin was so helpful and efficient in getting my car in and evaluated in a timely manner. The evaluation was very informative and let me know what needed to be done the most and what could wait and then gave prices for everything. I felt like they were very honest and upfront about what needed to be done, and didn't try and throw in a lot of unnecessary repairs in this tune up. I will definitely go there again.
