The room was clean and comfortable. Everything looked nice and worked well, except the toilet kept running until you jiggled the handle. The stairs to the second floor were steel and the treads would sag under your weight unless you stepped on the cross braces. Other than that, it was the best motel we stayed at in the area.Nearby activities: Good base for rockhounding in the area.

Best place in town....only because its the only name brand in town, and that's not a good thing.Owned by Shandra LLC. Staff is typical of this class of a hotel. Scent of curry slaps you in the face as you walk in the front door.Rooms were clean. Door latch lock was ripped off the door, but the door lock itself worked.Exterior doors let all the sounds from outside in.HVAC unit sounded like it was flooded with water and makes some interesting noises.Dresser drawers didn't all open, one seemed broken.Beds were not terrible. Bedding was sad.Anyway, if you have to stay in Delta, UT...dont.

Not a hotel by any stretch of the imagination, but I had a very pleasant motel stay. The facility seemed to be decently well maintained. I'd requested an end room ahead of time and was pleased they had one for me. Breakfast was typical minimal but still good. Location was easy to see (though I missed the turn off the highway) and area felt safe. Pleasant staff.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!I felt like we were at risk all the time, there is an employee named Bobby, he was too rude, rude, offensive:1) when we arrived he did not greet us, he treated me as if I had interrupted his meal, and as if it was my fault that he had to work shift at night. He gave me the room, and did not explain to me where my room was, on the contrary he said - go around the corner and left.2) On the day of breakfast, the same person who worked the night shift was there, he was attentive to see what I had for breakfast and how many items I had for breakfast.3) I called him the day before my check-out to see if he could give me a late check-out option and Bobby wouldn't let me finish talking and yelled at me - NO! I will charge you $40 for every hour you stay over. Then I asked him again for the check out time and he told me 11:00 and then 11:30 and when I asked for clarity he told me 11:00 in a very mean tone.Honestly I was very anxious tonight thinking that Bobby was going to come by or yell at us.4) today I checked out and there was another person, who was really nice and willing to help me with my doubts, there I could see a total change in Boby, he was smiling, he greeted me, he wanted to help me, but I was afraid of him so I didn't look at him and thanked who seemed to be his supervisor.I don't usually leave these reviews, but this was honestly the worst night of my life, if you go to delta stay in Nephi or some other place but not here!

I called to update my card information for an upcoming stay. The person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. They were impatient when I couldn't locate my confirmation number and didn't offer to take any alternative information to locate the reservation. They were also talking to a colleague while I was on the phone. I cancelled my reservation; if this is any indication of their service, I'd rather not stay here.

The rooms were fine. They were not gross, but not extraordinary. My towels were changed out everyday. I didn't eat breakfast because the waffle maker was broken. I also didn't swim in the pool. I didn't see any sign of bed bugs but something bit me 3 times on my back in the middle of the night. It could've been anything. The location made it great to commute to my job site for the week I was there. It seems most people that stay here are in town for work. With that being said, including myself, workers need receipts for expense reports. The day I checked out they said their system was doing and to leave an email address for the receipt. I never got it and had to call many times before I finally sent them an email and were able to reply back with my folio.I'm not saying the staff was negligent or anything, but there is something wrong with their system that's not allowing receipts to be sent out. So if you need a receipt, ask to email them and they can reply back to it.Also, it's kinda over priced for a Days Inn... $140 a night, really?

Bed bugs.Staff did not care.I had about 250 bites, looking like a crumble cake.Spend one day to clear our stuff with insect spray, just to be sure to keep the bugs out.Anyone not so sensitive to insect bites would carry the little critters to the next hotel or home .Sleep in your car or camp, but don't stay in this hotel.

We made a reservation here months ago. When we arrived we were offered two rooms to choose from, each located directly next to or above a group of partying and barbecuing men who were watching us suspiciously.Oddly enough, the hotel hadn't noticed anything of this before then??And they weren't sure whether these rooms (in the late afternoon!!) were already clean. We didn't want to stay here under these circumstances and our reservation was canceled without hesitation. The hotel made a good impression, the staff is nice and we would have liked to have stayed here.

Rooms are clean and average overall. There are a few more permanent guests that may be a little over comfortable with barbecues and loud music past 9pm, but it feels safe and friendly.Pricing is a little fishy as everyone seems to be told they have the last room available at wildly varying prices, but that may be more of a general problem than this place specifically. LolBooking ahead, we paid 160 for the "last room available" on our way out on our trip. Coming back and dropping in in the early afternoon, we paid 84 for the "last room", which was promptly changed to provide us two beds... THAT being the truly "last room". Later, my husband overheard someone else getting the "last room" for 140. When he asked about it, they said the rooms get more expensive later in the day. I guess that doesn't apply for booking ahead, though.

On a family trip (2 adults, 2 kids) driving through to Great Basin Natl Park and needed to stay in Delta due to an early morning reservation for cave tours. If I could give this a 0 star, I would. Room was not clean, bathroom was dirty and clearly hadn t been cleaned in months. Bathroom door jamb was completely torn off in what looks like someone had kicked in the bathroom door. Breakfast was pathetic and they ran out of waffle batter at 7a (and we were the only ones eating breakfast). I would never stay here again.

The only reason I stayed here is because when I called they said there pool was available. (It's not. But we didn't find that out until after we had checked in). Considering this hotel is significantly more pricey than anything else in Delta I expected it was because 1. They have a usable pool. And 2. The rooms are better. Both assumptions were wrong. There is not a usable pool despite 70+ degree weather and the rooms have chipped paint, unfinished drywall, bare concrete floors around the bed because the carpet doesn't meet up to the bed... etc.Not to mention they got mad because we hadn't checked out before 10am (check out is at 11am). Housekeeping came by 4 times from 8am to 10am to see if we were gone yet and even came in while we were sleeping! We left at 10:40am but the whole morning felt pretty harassed.So... truth be told you can pay $144 a night here or $70 - $80 at any of Delta's other motels. There is zero benefit of paying more for this Days Inn.

Room wasn t cleaned very well when we checked in. Smudges on the mirror, crumbs and a wrapper on the floor and found a wrapper in a drawer. I used a wipe and you can see how dirty it was. I did mention this to the hotel front desk and they did give me a discount. Even with the discount didn t think it was worth it to stay there. We booked for two nights, but should have left after one. The bathroom was so dark I couldn t tell if there was mold on the walls or dirt. The room smelled of dog and urine. They sprayed something to mask the smell. The breakfast was awful. There really wasn t anything to eat. They said the coffee was frozen.( I don t know what that means.) We ended up going to McDonald s for breakfast.Pool was freezing and so was the hot tub. It was windy and in the 70 s when we went though. The pool is outside. Wished the hot tub was hot at least.I would pass on this place if you plan on thinking of staying here.

Never stayed at a hotel that had BLACK MOLD all over in what I thought was just the bathroom grout. It s literally everywhere. The room itself is okay but the fact that they re not only allowing people to stay in a building that contains visible black mold, but charging for it, is wild to me. Obvious safety concern. Don t stay here.

When you have to pay 100.00 for a room, you shouldn't have to deal with flies in your room. And the door to my room didn't shut good. You had to slam it hard to get to close tight. I went to breakfast. I really thought my door was shut tight. When I came back, the door was unlocked but mostly closed. I could have had all my money and credit cards and laptop stolen. The woman on the phone told me they only had tea and coffee. It turned out they did have waffles, so I was happy about that.

We stayed here for a night on Sunday. The room was average. The Wi-Fi never got connected. The breakfast was worst. No hot items. No bread or bagel too. When asked , they said it didn t get delivered(so make sure you plan ahead ). There was only waffle. The pool seemed clean but we didn t use it.

We had 9 rooms and for the most part it was good. Its not the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in, it is definitely older, every room smells like cigarette smoke and has something broken. As for the Continental breakfast it s okay. Small packaged muffins, yogurt, cereal bowls, apple and orange juice, milk and coffee (when they don t run out). The kids loved the pool, and the hot tub that was turned into a kiddie pool was a hit. I would stay there again if I couldn t find anything else close but if you don t need to stay in Delta I would go elsewhere.

Best place to stay in Delta and if you are trying to go to Topaz Mountain. Loved my stay here!!! Everyone was so nice. Very quite, very clean, felt safe being here with my family. Has a convenient location in the town and right next to a Mexican restaurant. But if you are looking for some of the best food and best breakfast you have ever had, look no further than Rancher Cafe aka Motel Cafe!!!

We were very happy with the location and convenience of this hotel. We also appreciated the low fee for dogs. We stayed here twice in the last week and half while we traveled over Christmas break. One thing that we did not enjoy, though, was being woken up by housekeeping knocking and starting to open the door BOTH mornings around 8:30 am when check out is not until 11:00. Today, it actually happened a second time around 10:45. This is definitely something that should be addressed

If you have the option to stay in a bigger city- do it. This place completely overcharges, due to no other competition nearby. In need of many updates. Our room had odd furniture. The shower head was about 5 4 . There were slashes in the curtains. The heat/AC unit was LOUD and so was the mini fridge . The carpet was ancient, should be pulled and put hardwood laminate. Bathroom door had allSorts of stains & needs painted or replaced. WHY are the walls bright yellow?! So strange. For 115$ a night....
