Had a brake chamber leaking air, loves didn t wanna do it, so I called these guys to come out on a Monday evening to change it. A winter storm was moving in, the tech that came out got it changed right away. He communicated as he was in route to let me know his eta, will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I broke down in my truck on the highway near their business so I said screw it and 1 fuel filter and fuel pump later I'm still in the same position that was 800+ 250 for a tow 90 for fuel filter 120 per hour for labor when I told them my pickup tube in the tank needed cleaned you no what they didn't do the only thing I specifically asked for several times Stay away yes the tall guy was quite polite and cordial the shorter dude was letting his position get to his head. Go elsewhere if you can Go Somewhere Else ....

I'd give this company a 10 star review if I could. He saved us $30k by saving our motor in our 2017 f350. He did it in one day and brought us our truck by the end of the day, because of them we are no longer stranded in Utah. Thanks Dillon for getting us on the road and back home.words can't express our gratitude. The pricing was beyond far. True American company.

I cant give this place a full bad or good review but I can say that I am late on this posting. I had a radiator hose on the driver side of the engine leaking pretty bad, they sent out a mechanic, the guy was really nice but the issue I had is he said the job to replace the hose (detroit compressor coolant line) would take 8 to 10 hours and had to go to a shop, I sent him on his way and after a few other road side mechanics told me they could not come I called freightliner who referred me to a road side mechanic in Salt Lake City who came out and replaced that hose in under 25 minutes from the time he arrived til the moment I paid him it was exactly 25 minutes. While I don't want to talk bad about the bozz mechanic, I don't know his skill level as a mechanic, he did tell me he called 3 other mechanics and they all told him it had to be brought to their shop for a 8 to 10 hour repair. I am glad I did not listen to his and their advice because even though I am not a mechanic, I know for a fact that line can be replaced on the side of the road or in a parking lot with the correct tools. Anyway maybe next time you will get a chance to redeem yourselves for a 5 star review, until then, youtube is your best friend and this part is all over youtube being replaced in minutes.

Amazing service, above and beyond. I was stranded for three days at the Love's travel station trying to replace a broken radiator on my CDL truck. (They failed! NEVER USE THEM!!)I was sent to Bozz Towing, who managed to not only do it in a fraction of a day, but also agreed to put me up at a nearby hotel for the night while the payment for the labor cleared with my company.This guy and his family who run the shop then drove me, in their truck, with their children to the hotel. Like I was some distant relative of theirs! And they stuck around until they knew I was checked in and safe for the night. The kindness of these people!There are no words to describe my gratitude, but I'm doing my best. This has been one of my worst breakdown experiences, but they gave it a silver lining.11/10 serviceThank you!

I had a blown coolant line called these guys and they were able to come out on a Sunday. Within an hour they were able to diagnose the problem and got me back on the road to see my family. The guy who came out was supper helpful and very nice! Will call them again with any issues within the area. I can't say enough good things about Dillon. I broke down ant the love's in Brigham city, UT. And when to the shop and they didn't have a mechanic but they gave me the number for Bozz towing. When I called I spoke with Dillon and told me that he would come to the truck stop and check my truck. If it wasn't that he was waiting on some parts for my truck, he would've finished a 1 day job in 5 hrs. He's very knowledgeable, great communication, very reasonable prices, very respectful. I'm very very happy with the work he did on my truck. If you're passing through northern Utah and need service on your truck, give them a call. They also have a shop in Evanston, Wyoming. Thank you Dillon for getting me back on the road.

My battery died and I tried to call my insurance to come jump my battery but they were going to take over an hour to get to me. So I called Bozz Towing and spoke with Dylan. He got to me within 10 minutes and was really friendly and did not try and take advantage of the situation. He was very generous with price and I was very grateful for his kindness. These guys are absolutely amazing! After sitting on the side of the interstate for 2 1/2 hours they saved us! We were in a terrible spot and they got there 20 minutes after calling got it fixed and to a safe location and then came back the next day and fixed our trailer. Boy, we are so happy that Bozz Towing and Diesel Service helped us when we lost a wheel off our tandem axle, 5th wheel trailer. First, they secured our trailer so we got off the I-15 safely. They tried to fix it on site but didn t have the right parts. Plus it was a Saturday so parts wouldn t be available until Monday. They followed us with 4 ways flashing as we slowly made it to Aspen Grove RV in Tremonton. Monday came and Dave picked up the parts from Ogden, then finished fixing our trailer at the RV park. We re quite happy with the repair and felt the cost was very fair. This was our first experience with the trailer breaking down on the road. Bozz Towing made it bearable because of their level of care and professionalism. As a bonus, we discovered a beautiful, newer RV park which will be even better when the trees grow. These Guys are Completely Thieves.my truck was not starting i called these guys to send me mechanic they send me unprofessional guys they charged me $393 and told me that they can not start it. so i had to tow my truck to power smith it cost me $1100 when the mechanic took a look at power smith in his first 10 minutes they found one fuse was miss plug so because this these unprofessional mechanic i spent thousands of dollars and time.i don't recommend these guys to do business with.they will send you a labor as a mechanic and take your money from you....Service: Special vehicle towing

This place was called by Good Sam Emergency Road Service at 3:30 pm to come and look at my motorhome after it was leaking coolant on our trip north. Good Sam said they would be at our location in 2-3 hours. 6 hours later I called ERS and told them to cancel Bozz. They never showed up, or even called until 9pm. ERS needs to get better vendors for their service. Just glad I want along side the freeway for that amount of time. Good Sam could have called someone 35 miles closer in Pocatello, Idaho instead of Utah. I'll be talking to Good Sam about this lack of service.

Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! They were rude and didn't want to answer any questions I had they were acting they were know it all when I'm going to school to be a mechanic and they didn't know what they were doing!!! Worst towing company (update) it's been over a week mechanics just got back to me, my whole front suspension is ruined I will only tow flatbeds no matter the car.id give 0 stars if possible.
