If it's possible to have a great towing experience, this was it. Moore's was on the scene quickly, and did a professional job getting my 3/4 ton truck off the road. He didn't even mind my dogs in the truck when he had to hop in to drive it on the flatbed. Tom was kind, and we had a great chat on the drive to the mechanic. Hopefully I'll never need the towing service again, but if I do, I'll call Moore's in a heartbeat.

We've had to call Moore's Towing more than I'd like to admit, but the customer service and response time can't be beat! They are all always so curteous and nice even when the call is because of my own stupidity. The owner, Tom is so helpful and has even given me information over the phone for free that helped me at least get home until I could figure out a permanent fix. Thank you Tom and everyone at Moore's Towing that has been so wonderful to us!

Thank you so much to Moore's towing for helping me out yesterday. We had a dangerous snowstorm come in fast in the afternoon, Moore's towing was there right away to help and take care of the situation. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. Now that I know about Moore's towing, I will always call them in the future. Thanks again, your help is greatly appreciated!

My experience with tow company's had never been 'stellar' until now. Tom, the owner and tow operator showed up at the scene quickly and had an incredibly disarming personality. He was friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and polite. It was obvious to us that he's been doing this a very long time, but the business hasn't soured him one bit. If I ever break down again, I hope it's here in Ogden.

This company towed our motorcycle from Coalville to Evanston, WY a couple of days ago. It was my first time using a towing service, so I was dubious about the price, the cleanliness of the tow vehicle and the tactfulness of the driver. Having helped customers at another job line up towing services in the past, I knew these things cost a fair chunk of change from the get, but Moore's price was surprisingly reasonable, plus they gave us a break because we paid cash. As for the tow vehicle, it was nearly brand new, very clean and quite comfortable. Automatic transmission with an air-ride system -- 'nuff said! I was able to stretch out nicely in the back seat. Todd, the driver, was very personable and professional. They turned what could have been a trying and traumatic experience into one that was -- dare I say it? -- actually memorable in all the right ways.

We had to have our diesel truck towed from Evanston to Salt Lake City. Tom Moore showed up and did a fantastic job. He is a man of integrity and professionalism.Thank you Tom. I loved listening to your stories! Blessings!

Awesome! Rescued us when car broke down. Towed our Suburban, utility trailer, family of 6 back to town. Put us in touching with a mechanic who got us on the road again in a couple hours.

The staff were nice! They were so upbeat; They'd greet you and tell you to have a nice day when you left. Have a small 2-person table that you can eat there. Place is small but clean and bright.

my 75 year old mother was stranded on the side of the road on the other side of the freeway was a moores driver on his way to another call . stopped to help my mother on his way back towed her car to salt lake . she had called another company and was waiting for them come to find out that company said they never got her call . she might still be waiting if it wasnt for this kind man we are glad she is home safe and would like to thank this driver ,sorry we dont know your name . and his company for the best customer service we have recived in a very long time . if i lived closer i would shop there every day . and since we were little my mother has always used chevron gas . starting today i will too .

Odd to have a business not even have a mask required sign on the door when you go in. No customers wearing masks and the employees were not wearing them either.Bathroom was not very clean and is very dated, unless you are looking for a Super Spreader hangout you should probably head to a different gas station.

Worst experience I've ever had in my life. Shocking another bat and switch company. Tried to hook my truck and take it back to Coalville. These guys are just adding to the reputation of all the other bad tow companies in Park City.
