This shop is out of the way from me but WORTH IT! Their service was great and kept me in the loop about everything. I never had to call to check in to see where things were at. I d take my bikes to them over Harley Davidson any day.

A wonderful place of people with passion. A European tourist on solo tour around the USA with a drive chain issuee in Suzuki V-Strom. Guys dealt with the matter as a priority and dealt with the matter comprehensively. I can't imagine having any better luck. Angels on my way! Fully recommend.

I took my 16 FXDF in for full service, and some custom changes and alterations to aftermarket parts for the brakes. On the ride home had a problem with the bike. Richard and his staff are totally Awesome!! If you want honesty, solid repairs, and quality. You have to go to Hell to get it. HELLMONKEY is the place to take your bike so you can safely get back to burnin' up some blacktop.. Thanks Richard..

I was referred to these guys by a couple of people and I can see why, I spent a couple hours on Google trying to figure out an issue on my bike and they figured out the issue in 5 minutes. Very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I won't go anywhere else.

Richard and his crew are THE BOMB. Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating with your needs. GREAT prices. Will give you great advice with parts and will not up sell you. Took my Harley there for some upgrades , I took his advice and I am 100% SATISFIED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Bill was 3 weeks out and managed to squeeze me in same day, fixed my bike which now rides smooth as can be, could have charged me for a ton of stuff and didn't. Solid dude, really good people. Can't recommend enough.

It has to be some of the best customer service around, very honest work quotes, very reasonable pricing and great mechanical work. It's about the only place I go to get my 2017 HD Breakout worked on now. I'm really glad I found Hellmonkey's cycles. It's a bit out of the way, but worth the few minutes extra to get there.

Fair prices and nice guys, but very slow. My bike has been there for about a month and they haven t gotten it started yet on my carburetor checkup. I ll edit and change this rating when I get my bike back, from other reviews I m hopeful the bike will be running smooth and better than ever, just disappointed right now with not having my commuter bike for a whole month

Richard and Bryson are amazing. They keep you in the loop with everything, they work fast but precise. Been going there for four plus years and never was not satisfied. Will not let anyone else work on my and my wife's bike.

Super glad I took my TW200 to Bill! Such a solid shop. Truth is, my bike was in a bit of a mess and Bill was super kind about it. Didn t make me feel bad or point fingers, he got to work and got it done. He was great to talk to and suggested solutions and did a fantastic job. Stock M8 107". Went in upgrade camshaft, throttle body, and handlebars. Done professionally, on time and within budget. Richard and his crew go above and beyond expectations! I will definitely be back to get more work done! Book early because I had to wait a month to get in!

Richard and his crew got my bike in quickly for its 5000 mile service. Good prices with a knowledgable crew. Returning to get a new rear tire thrown on soon, have zero complaints about being timely and getting great work done.

I took my victories motorcycle into hell monkey and they replace the fuel pump and the silt or socks and put on new front brakes new front tire and reworked the forks worth new seals and a new preload!They were professional and helpful I really appreciate all the hard work.I would never hesitate didn't take anything back to them again. It's refreshing to meet people who are hard working and honest!!!
