This place is amazing they help me change my battery in a jiffy. Jemeriqua did change the battery and he was very efficient and quick. Amazing work would come here for help and they provided excellent service.

I ve been to this store several times and have had incredible interactions every single time. The employees are super helpful and friendly. The manager, Jill, has jumped in and gone above and beyond to help me get parts and even help install them. Life savers for a person like me starting over with no tools and little resources.

Best customer service ever ! I went this morning to purchase a wiper blade for my windshield and unfortunately I don t know how to replace this, Jemeriqua was awesome he recommended a good brand and also helped me to install it in the middle of the rain ! this is what I call Amazing customer service . 100% recommended .

I'd like to personally thank Jill again for superior Management skills and doing all she can to help me accomplish my objective. You don't see her proffessionalism anymore today. She's very intelligent in this field & should be in charge of training all employee's. She deserves a raise! Very Impressed! I won't go anywhere else.... a raise

Despite my father s best efforts, I m not great with car maintenance. When a brake lamp needed replacing a friend said I could get the part and you guys would probably even be happy to install it for me. I didn t really believe him and I was nervous to go, (Again, I was not in my element.) but your employees were so kind. I basically repeated what my mechanic said and they led me to the part I needed right away. There were many options but they made sure I got the right one for my vehicle. I attempted to replace it myself (for my dad s sake...) but had to admit defeat and head back to AutoZone. Sergio in Clearfield, Ut replaced the brake lamp for me in five minutes-and he was cheerful the entire time. He and the rest of your employees have made me a faithful AutoZone customer-thank you very much.

Don't expect refunds from this AutoZone. I bought a locking gas cap and put it on the same day I bought it. The next day my service engine soon light came on. So I ended up buying one from the dealer and putting it on. And then tried to return the locking one I bought from Autozone. The employee I talked to said they won't return it.

Great service! I had a wiper blade break at the connection point. I went in to see if they could sell me the connector and instead they looked up that I had recently purchased it and instead got me a new one and replaced it for me on my car. Thats service! I ll keep coming back.

Jill was eager and happy to help my wife and I get the longest lasting and most cost effective battery for our Acura. It's easy to sell a car battery but it takes someone like Jill to actually make it enjoyable.

Staff is great and I have had my battery tested here as well as my alternator for free. I also usually buy my oil from AutoZone and got a free oil filter last time I went as there was a sale going on.

I've being a customer for 30 years since I've being in utah, and today I had the most desrespecful kid helping me to give me a part on my guarantee, he was ignorant, desrrespected my friend, sized hos voice on us, and in the end he gave us the part, he signed the screen h self ,no receipt, and walk away like customers don't matter.That kid needs to be put on check, otherwise, autozone, is still my favorite

Great service!! I'm so glad to get my battery replaced here and got lifetime warranty. Employees here are awesome and efficient. Even at the last minute they're able to fixed my car battery issue. A plus!! Thank you!!

Had to get a new battery. The crew there was amazing efficiently finding the best battery and price. They quickly removed the old and replaced it with the new. Would definitely visit this AutoZone again

Tonight, Jarrid at the Clearfield store on 1700s was SUPER helpful! I was simply changing oil but ran into a stripped bolt and he helped me 3 different times with getting the oil and filters, the extraction kit to remove the bolt and even helped me empty the old oil. Both the guys tonight were AWESOME but Jarrid really went above and beyond! Auto zone management please take good care of guys like this, good customer service is really hard to find these days and experiences like these make customers very happy and always coming back!

Probably one of the worst experience I've ever had at this location especially going to them for years now i decided to do a in store pick up order to make everything easier for me especially when they said that it was "instock" with receiving an email stating that it had arrived I drove down there to have them tell me that we didn't have it and we would get it be 4pm. Which at the point I was like yeah accidents happen I get it. so I left and came back at 4pm yet again to be told that it will he here tomorrow morning which at the point I should canceled the order but I didn't and called to see if they can do it over the phone and they said i have come in again to get a refund another 15 minute drive. Long story short just order from Amazon I also went to 3 different autozone that said they were in-stock but they weren't so if your ever ordering I would recommend order from Amazon lol

These people have good hours and are either great or sticks-in-the-mud that let you know what you need to know. Hours are only a priority because this area wants to act like they are rural and everyone should get off at 5pm and take off work for oil changes.

This is my 1st stop whenever I have a problem! These guys are great! Very helpful, professional, & friendly. They can read your check engine light codes here & it's free! Makes dealing with your own car issues at the parts store instead of super expensive mechanic shops a real possibility. Even for those of us that really don't have a clue. I've actually had several times these guys have saved me. They answer questions & help me decide what my best options are. They test batteries & charging systems for free too. I bring all of our vehicles here & have been coming here for the past several years now. Never had a bad experience. When I buy new wipers, I just nicely ask if they would mind helping me get them on & they always come right out & put them on for me! Guess that other customer didn't ask for that kind of help. Thanks for some awesome customer service over the years guys & gals! I really appreciate it!

Do better with who you hire!!! The workers or so called ppl that mosey around in there for their shift are no help. Especially that big @$$ lady I think Janelle is her name. She is no help and when asking her a question she looks at you like your talking foreign to her. Either give her more training or put her in the special ed section where she belongs! Also caught them talking about other coworkers in front of us customers. Very unprofessional. Get a job you like or stay and do your job you were hired for and act like your getting paid.

I have shopped at the Syracuse, Utah Auto Zone since it opened. In the last 3 weeks I have ordered to parts the clerk told me that they had the one part and ordered the other part. When I went in to pick them up and was told that they only had the one. The reason I ordered the other sensor is that they told me they could get both. I had to go someplace else to get the parts and my truck was down longer because I was unable to get the part there.The second time I was told that the part was ordered and would be in by 3 the next day. I called at the time they told me the part would be in and was told that there was no part and no record of the part being ordered so, my truck is down longer because I had to call a different store to get the part.I feel that something should be said to the employees of this store that they should be accountable for their actions because people go in there to get parts for their vehicle because they need their vehicle.

Walked in got the part I needed went to counter for the guy to tell me we are closed for another 13 minutes go outside. Why was the door unlocked? You saw me getting my part snd coming to counter? Horrible customer service

When I walked in the employees seemed bothered.Other must haves felt the same way because I was the only person in the store.I asked if they could do a diagnostic, and the employee gave me the device and said "go do it yourself"I get if they were busy to have me do it, but there was no one else there to service.I will eventually figured it out and they printed me out a paper and didn't even explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle lolI just took my business to the shop down the street.

I came to this location to have my battery and charge system tested. The staff were super friendly. They told me my battery was bad because of high voltage but then didn't test the rest of my charge system. I had my system tested at two of the competitors who said my alternator was failed, not the battery. I feel like this autozone was just trying to get a sale on a high dollar item. Instead of making sure I was taken care of, or maybe the staff person was not trained properly. I'd go back if I needed a simple tool in a pinch but probably not for hard parts and definitely not for my charging system to be tested again.

Helped is read the sensor in our car. Now we know what the error codes are
